Sometimes age really is an advantage—don't underestimate Dumbledore just because he's over a hundred years old; this is actually a benefit of age, since being just over a hundred is when wizards start to strive.
To put it bluntly, to outsiders, Dumbledore has eaten more candy than Vivi has eaten meals.
Of course...this isn't an exaggeration; Dumbledore has eaten more candy than Vivi plus Harry plus Cassandra have all eaten meals combined...
The election matter ends here.
Even if Vivi is unwilling, she can only accept this result.
"Look on the bright side," Harry comforted her. "We still have to prepare for the decision on dealing with Voldemort tomorrow."
However, at the International Wizards' Association meeting the next day, they struggled with how to handle Voldemort.
Even though Dumbledore wanted to let people enter the United States, the representatives from the American Magic Congress were stubbornly against allowing anyone connected to Grindelwald into the country.
"Not even Harry Potter?" Dumbledore wearily rubbed his acupuncture point, "He's a student at Hogwarts..."
"Stop kidding us, Dumbledore!" The representative from the American Magic Congress pointed at Dumbledore's nose and said, "Who doesn't know about Potter's relationship with Grindelwald? It's closer than you are with her brother!"
Since the discussion reached this point, everyone could only hope the United States would manage on its own.
Vivi, feeling sardonically targeted by the American Magic Congress, decided to give herself a week off and planned to go traveling with Harry.
"Are we really not managing this?" Harry asked hesitantly.
Actually, Harry...ever since he killed Voldemort the sixth time, he didn't have such a strong obsession.
After all, for him, Voldemort was just a rat he could crush anytime.
But since Voldemort was still at large, Harry felt that standing aside didn't seem quite right.
"Ha!" Vivi grabbed Harry by the neck saying, "They're all pointing at your nose, accusing you of having improper relations with the Black Witch Grindelwald! Do you still want to thank them?"
"True enough." Harry rolled his eyes—not at Vivi, but because Vivi was choking him, and he was almost suffocating.
"Hmph." Vivi released Harry, glared at him indignantly.
Since they decided to go on a trip, Vivi called in Cassandra and also brought Pabi back from the wild, intending to discuss a travel destination.
"How about Antarctica?" Pabi suggested with his hand up, "I'm very interested in that place, what do you think...want to go there to play? I haven't been to the Southern Hemisphere yet!"
"Antarctica huh..." Vivi thought it over, and wasn't entirely opposed to the idea.
"Let's take a vote, take a vote." Pabi cheerfully raised his hand, "Look, I count as one vote, Vivi counts as one vote too..."
She said this as she lifted Vivi's arm too, counting it as a vote.
"What about you?" Cassandra asked Annie, "What do you think of the foolish Hufflepuff's suggestion?"
"Hey!" Pabi protested, "Firstly, I'm a smart Hufflepuff! Secondly, my Animagus form is a unicorn! Not a donkey!"
"Alright, donkey, got it, donkey," Cassandra laughed sarcastically.
Pabi was furious, her temper rising and falling like the Alps.
Though she didn't retaliate, the hurt was real.
Cassandra instantly became withdrawn.
"Since Pabi suggested it, I'm quite interested too," Annie said softly, "Of course, it still depends on what Harry thinks..."
"What about you, Kathy?" Harry decided to give Cassandra some respect.
Being asked, Cassandra's expression turned bright, she smiled at Harry and said, "If you want to go, I can oblige and accompany you..."
"Then let's go," Harry nodded; he was actually interested in Antarctica too.
"Aren't you inviting your little animal friends?" Cassandra asked again, "Like your red-haired mole friend, beaver friend, capybara friend, and that little fire dragon?"
"Huh?" Harry clearly didn't understand what Cassandra was talking about, "What are you saying?"
"Look here," Cassandra rolled her eyes, "Who do you think the red-haired mole is?"
"Ron?" Harry guessed uncertainly.
"Right," Cassandra clapped her hands, "And what about the beaver?"
"I don't know," Harry nodded earnestly.
"Then just admit you don't know," Cassandra snorted, crossing her arms.
Vivi quietly explained to Harry, and Harry suddenly realized that the beaver referred to Hermione.
Harry stifled his laugh, but in the end, couldn't hold it in and burst out laughing.
Indeed, Hermione does resemble a beaver quite a bit.
Neville was the capybara, Seamus, who loved creating explosions, was the little fire dragon...the associations were quite fitting.
Perhaps because Draco was her junior, Cassandra didn't give him a nickname.
After calling Ron, he quickly picked up the phone.
"Is the International Wizards' Association meeting over?" he asked, "Hey, mate—listen to me, if you're free, you have to come to Fred and George's shop with me."
"Why?" Harry raised an eyebrow and asked.
"They've opened their shop! We have to show some support, right?" Ron shrugged.
"We'll stop by before we head out," Harry nodded and then asked, "Pabi plans to go to Antarctica, do you and Hermione want to come?"
"Antarctica?" Ron's eyes lit up, "Of course we want to go—when are we setting off? I'm already impatient."
