Chapter 344 - Chapter 160: Who Else Would Love You? Dumbledore? (12,000 Words) (Part 3)

"If you're asking which Harry Potter, I am indeed that Harry Potter, and also this Harry Potter."

"Merlin's beard..." Abufosi leaned forward, still a bit incredulous: "Oh my, are you really that legendary wizard? I grew up listening to your stories..."

Such a situation can be somewhat impactful.

Just imagine, an old man with a white beard, face full of wrinkled folds, saying to an obviously thirteen-year-old adorable boy, "Hello, I grew up listening to your stories..."

"Uh, I'm not..." Harry's gaze wandered to Gellert beside him.

But the issue is, compared to Harry, for Gellert, he suddenly found this goat boy in front of him to be quite good-looking.

So, Gellert didn't plan to help Harry out; instead, he sat at the side enjoying the fun, only missing a handful of nuts in his hand.

However, Gellert had already thought of an escape line for Harry, like 'Hey, goat boy, the scar's not a goat!'

"Since you are able to time travel, could you..."

Abufosi's throat rolled twice, he glared viciously at Gellert, then looked pleadingly at Harry: "Could you save Ariana?"

Having seen Dumbledore's memories, Vivi certainly knew about Ariana, but she didn't understand Abufosi's relationship with his sister nor their family's situation, so she asked, "Mr. Dumbledore, if possible, could you tell us about your sister?"

Dumbledore on the seat raised his head; this was the first time Harry saw him show such a somewhat sad expression.

Abufosi let out a soft sigh, seemingly organizing his thoughts or perhaps unwilling to speak.

After quite a while, he finally spoke.

"The matter started when my sister was six years old..."

"This matter is truly infuriating, it was that time when she was attacked by three Muggle boys—it's quite laughable to say, they saw her using magic through the hedge in the backyard. She was just a child, unable to control her powers freely. As you know, young wizards at that age can't control their magic freely; they only feel the magic, passively following its guidance rather than controlling it."

"You also know what kind of resistance Muggles had against wizards in that era; they thought Ariana was a monster, a freak... They squeezed through the hedges, and my sister couldn't explain how magic worked to them. They might have been jealous, or driven by some other psychology, they just wanted to stop the little monster from using magic again."

Saying this, Abufosi's eyes reddened, his fists clenched tightly; it seemed that if those Muggle kids appeared before him, he would definitely cast some unforgivable spells without hesitation.

In fact, Harry also sympathized with them—even he couldn't help but stand up for Vivi when he knew she was being bullied.

He instinctively reached out and held Vivi's hand.

Vivi smiled gently in return, wrapping her arm around Harry, slowly replenishing mana.

Abufosi noticed Vivi and Harry's actions and, seeing the age gap between them, his brows furrowed tightly.

But now was not the time to point this out, he continued, "That's how it was. What those bastards did destroyed Ariana, completely ruined her. She never returned to normal; she refused to use magic, but couldn't escape it. Magic turned inward, driving her crazy... When she couldn't control it, the magic would act on her."

"Just like Credence?" Newt asked softly; he didn't know the Dumbledore family's story but knew about Credence.

Credence Barrybone was the adopted son of Mary Lou Barrybone, and his real identity was the son of Abufosi, real name Aurilius Dumbledore.

When saying this, Newt wondered in his heart whether Mormon had a hereditary potential?

Credence was a Silent One, and his aunt Ariana was also a Silent One...

"Yes, just like him..." Abufosi covered his face, breathing heavily.

"He is...?" Vivi looked curiously at Newt.

Newt explained, "He is a Silent One and also Abufosi's son. Silent One refers to some young wizards who, due to magical reasons, suffer great psychological trauma; they instinctively suppress their magic power for self-defense. But due to lack of guidance, they haven't learned to harness and control their power, thus leading to the parasitic—dark magical power Mormon."

"It's a powerful but extremely unstable, uncontrollable dark magic, moves quickly, capable of leaving its host to attack others." Newt added a sentence, glancing at Gellert, continuing, "Your brother once wanted to control Credence, thereby mastering this terrifying dark magic power, even resorting to deceiving Credence..."

Vivi didn't speak, but Gellert's back of the head was suddenly struck by an invisible hand.

"Sister!" Gellert protested angrily.

Vivi said nothing, merely looking to the side at Fox, still picking at its feathers, seemingly pinching its quill tube.
