Dumbledore did not attempt to persuade further, a flash of a Disarming Spell made the Elder Wand return to his hand.
"Compared to this wand which is of no use to me, I prefer to gain your support, Professor Dumbledore," Vivi said with a faint smile. "After graduation, I want to pursue studies at a Muggle university, and I hope the International Wizarding Union and the Wizengamot Council will not trouble an innocent and kind little girl like myself."
A request like this?
Dumbledore showed no signs of opposition and assured Vivi, "Rest assured, senior."
"Even if the Austrian Ministry of Magic opposes, is that okay?" Vivi asked.
"Of course, Grindelwald senior," Dumbledore said earnestly.
Upon hearing Dumbledore's assurance, Vivi flashed a satisfied smile, a quick gleam of triumphant success in her eyes unnoticed by all.
This was the trap she laid for Dumbledore, and the most crucial part of her plan to stomp the Wizarding Secrecy Law underfoot.

In that brief moment, Vivi inscribed a simple Ancient Magic mark on the Elder Wand—right when she scraped the wand's handle with her nails.
As long as the holder attacks her, this Spell will surely backfire.
Why would Vivi ever make a losing deal?
"What a pity," Gellert smacked his lips, "personally, I've always been fond of this wand."
Dumbledore chuckled and said to Vivi, "Legend has it that possessing all three Deathly Hallows makes one become the master of Death. Back then, Grindelwald and I were captivated by this legend, which led us to make numerous plans—to seize the Deathly Hallows. The Deathly Hallows include the Elder Wand, Invisibility Cloak, and one other item never heard of—and I've only seen the Elder Wand and Invisibility Cloak, but have never heard about the third item's whereabouts."
"Oh, right, Harry." Dumbledore turned to Harry, "The Invisibility Cloak is the one I returned to you last Christmas, left behind by your father."
Harry was taken aback.
He hadn't anticipated the significant heritage of his Invisibility Cloak.
"Possess the Deathly Hallows to become the master of Death?"
Upon hearing this, Vivi laughed disdainfully.
"Heavens, only when young would you believe such a vague legend—becoming the master of Death just by owning the three Deathly Hallows? That's utterly fantastical."
"I think so too," Dumbledore smiled meaningfully, "as age and experience grow, I've realized how ridiculous we once were..."
He inquired again, "Speaking of, this time coming to Nimongard, why didn't I see Lady Rozier?"
"I sent Rozier to Hogwarts as the Professor of Defense Against the Dark Arts," Gellert said frankly, "at the start of the year, upon witnessing my sister's return, I thought to send someone to Hogwarts to gather intel—and later heard you were hiring a new Professor of Defense Against the Dark Arts, that conceited bestselling author Lockhart, isn't a good choice."
"This Lockhart, after extracting some adventure stories from others, claimed them as his own—and even used the Spell of Oblivion on those victims," Gellert said dismissively. "He became a bestselling author, a grand adventurer, reaping both fame and fortune while those victims could only live out their days dazedly—"
Harry widened his eyes; he was truly surprised that the real Lockhart had such a story.
Thus, his and Ron's earlier suspicions were indeed correct, this Lockhart was no good—yet "Professor Lockhart" was undoubtedly a competent and responsible professor.
"You should know, the Defense Against the Dark Arts class is cursed at Hogwarts, Gellert," Dumbledore shook his head, "no one can hold the position for more than a year due to Tom's curse on it."
"I must admit, your student does have some skills," Gellert nodded, "but I really hope you can allow Vida to complete this year because you won't find a more competent Professor of Defense Against the Dark Arts than her."
"I agree with your view, Gellert," Dumbledore smiled; he knew best about the competence of Hogwarts' past Professors of Defense Against the Dark Arts over the years.
Then he said to Gellert, "However, I prefer she uses her original identity to teach everyone—"
"Then, for what reason? How to let the students accept it?" Gellert frowned, "everyone knows Vida is a Saint..."
"The admirable lady uncovered a chain of conspiracies," Vivi suddenly said, "to find evidence, she used Polyjuice Potion to turn into Lockhart, only to expose Lockhart's true identity—"
Upon hearing Vivi's words, everyone showed approval.
"This reason indeed works, Grindelwald senior," Dumbledore nodded with a smile, then said to Gellert, "I think you should tell me where the real Lockhart is now. We ought to bring him to justice."
"You haven't told me why you let this conceited person become a professor at Hogwarts," Gellert asked leisurely.
Dumbledore gave him a mysterious smile, "Simply because there were no other options."
