Azuma quickly controlled the surrounding trees to block them, but against the terrifying gravitational pull of the blue spheres, they were spewed out as if swallowed by a black hole.

Takeshi opened his hand and then clenched his fist. The eight blue spheres converged on Azuma simultaneously.

A massive explosion erupted from Azuma, with flames shooting skyward, forming a giant tower that soared into the clouds.
After the smoke from the explosion dissipated, Azuma reappeared, covered in wounds.
The trees and the explosion had negated most of the blue spheres' power, but a small portion of their force still landed on Azuma, causing him some injuries.
