Chapter 185 - King and Queen of Demons

Niraval shot out of the Dark Family mansion like an arrow, his wounded body cleaving the sky. He flew at full speed, his heart pounding, his mind a whirl of curses and insults. "Damn it... how am I going to defeat this boy? I never expected to face a being like this..."

Behind him, Side emerged from the mansion with terrifying calm. He didn't fly; he walked through the air. His eyes were half-closed as he effortlessly tracked Niraval energy. "Even if you manage to escape... you won't be able to hide from me," he said in a low voice, the certainty of a hunter.

He released a fragment of his energy. It wasn't an attack, but a message. Niraval felt the aura instantly, like a deadly chill piercing his spine. He screamed inwardly, accelerating to his absolute limit until the air around him seemed to tear apart.

Moments later, Niraval reached the realm of Light and Hell. He landed violently, slithering through the rubble of the destroyed buildings, and hid inside one of them. He shut down his energy completely, held his breath, and clung to his last hope. "He won't find me… he won't find me…"

But suddenly, an immense pressure surged through the area. His body froze. "How…?"

He slowly raised his head, and before he could catch his breath, a terrifying force appeared before him. But it wasn't Side energy. It was Emilia.

She was still in her shapeshifted form: two enormous white wings, demonic horns protruding from her head, and an outfit combining four colors: white, black, yellow, and red. And the demonic energy still held sway.

She was holding the heads of Lythra and Nyssra, which she had ripped out after mercilessly killing them. Niraval shuddered at the sight. "Is there… someone else with that boy's power?"

At that moment, Side landed heavily before her. He slammed to the ground, and dust flew in every direction. "Who is this idiot who ruined my mood?" Emilia said coldly, her voice laced with annoyance.

The dust settled. Side turned. His eyes met hers. Emilia froze. "He…he looks so much like Saruto…"

Regaining control of her demonic energy, she asked cautiously, "Who are you?"

Side smiled. "Hello, Emilia…you still don't recognize me?" he said in a familiar tone.

In an instant, Emilia moved with lightning speed and hugged him tightly. "Saruto?! Is that you?! But…you look different! What happened to you?" she exclaimed, her voice a mixture of surprise and joy.

The anger vanished from Side face. "I'm Side," he said calmly. "A fusion of Saruto…and the dragon Void."

Emilia eyes widened. She had never heard the name Void before. "Don't worry about it now," Side said. "When the fusion is over, Saruto will return. He'll explain everything."

Emilia smiled and nodded in agreement.

Away from them, Niraval watched, his eyes gleaming with desperate malice. If this girl was close to him, she could be a bargaining chip. At that moment, Side sensed something.

A glance. He didn't turn around, so as not to reveal that he had noticed. He continued talking to Emilia, all the while pinpointing the lookout's location. Then he smiled. "Niraval… I've found you."

He vanished. He reappeared right behind Niraval. A single punch to his back sent him flying through several buildings, shattering them completely. "How… how did he locate me?!" Niraval cried out.

He staggered to his feet. "This is my chance. I must… take that girl hostage!"

He moved with incredible speed toward Emilia. Side saw what he was planning and stopped.

But Niraval smiled. He reached Emilia, pinned her to the ground, and aimed his blade at her head. He laughed maniacally. "If you want to see her dead… just take one more step!"

Side laughed. Niraval froze. "Can't you see her life is in my hands?!"

Side replied coldly, "You don't know anything."

The next moment, a demonic energy erupted from Emilia. Niraval eyes widened in terror. Taking advantage of his distraction, Side teleported and delivered a blow that sent him flying. Emilia sprang to her feet. She was now a full-fledged demon. Niraval struggled to his feet. Side said with a calm smile, "Let me introduce you. This is my fiancée… Emilia, Princess of Demons and Saints."

Emilia demeanor changed. She laughed in a completely different tone and said, looking at Side, "My future husband… shall we finish this scum now?"

Side was taken aback. He immediately realized that she had activated her demonic energy and that her personality had temporarily shifted. He smiled. "Yes."

Niraval was utterly terrified. It was as if he saw two demons incarnate, and then, in an instant, they both vanished. A barrage of blows began. Every time Side struck, he was tossed aside. Emilia would instantly move, deliver a blow, and toss him back down again.

The scene repeated itself until every bone in Niraval body was shattered, and he lay motionless. "How... how could this happen?" he cried, bleeding. "I, who was meant to be king... how could I be humiliated by a child who's barely fifteen?!"

He looked at them, holding hands, their faces etched with mockery. "You were never meant to be king," Side said. "You only... deluded yourself."

"My future husband," Emilia said with a murderous grin. "Let's get this over with."

Side agreed. The two of them gathered their strength and focused it on Niraval. "Do you have any last words... you nobody of the Dark House?" Side demanded.

Niraval smiled faintly. "I don't regret anything."

They launched their attack, and as it headed straight for Niraval, he thought to himself, "I've realized something, Saruto. I hate you. You had everything I didn't... without even trying."

Then, a massive explosion obliterated Niraval, wiping out the entire area.
