"The mastermind who placed the soul restriction on me—the one I'm forced to call master—is Doctor Strange Black."

"By the way, what is the master's plan? Didn't he promise Doctor Strange Black that if he could—"
"What do you know? The master is playing a much bigger game!"
MODOK snorted: "Strange corrupted by darkness is just a chess piece."
"Just like those poor people erased by the TVA… and Thanos, who invaded the TVA. All of them are just pieces in the master's plan."
"Oh, and Black Strange already learned about your death. Next, you have more important tasks."
"Loki and Sylvie have convinced Wanda—who has mastered Chaos Magic—to side with them."

"So next, you need to perfect the plan targeting Sylvie!"
MODOK suddenly asked, "By the way, Wanda has been with Linen for more than 20 days. Is Linen's body marked by Chaos Magic?"

Somolo shook his head: "I'm just a Hell creature not even close to a dimensional lord. How could I sense something as high-level as Chaos Magic?"
"Maybe try next time."

As MODOK turned and prepared to leave the universe, Somolo stretched his back, his hunched body straightening.

Then Somolo and MODOK left the universe together.
Not long after they vanished, the half-succubus Dilis slowly appeared from behind an ancient tree.
Yes—Linen had deliberately left her here.
After all, who is better at hiding than a creature from Hell?
Originally, Linen thought that killing Somolo would force the mastermind who placed the soul restriction on him to appear.
