"Okay, guys, good luck," Aria said as she left for her meeting.
"Thank you for your time, Ms. Lee."
Aria extended her hand across the elegant desk in Mora Lee's private office, and her Isabelle Marchand persona was perfectly in place as she concluded their meeting about the retainer arrangement.
"The pleasure is mine, Ms. Marchand," Mora Lee replied, and she shook Aria's hand like a professional. "I'm delighted we could agree on the terms. Having you as a client will be a wonderful addition to my practice."
"I'm equally pleased," Aria said. "Your expertise and discretion are exactly what I need as I continue building my collection. I'll have my attorney draw up the contract this week, and we can finalize everything by the end of the month."
