The Great Elder just wouldn't reveal the true effects of the Pills, only showing a strange expression.
All the powerful figures held their breath, eagerly waiting for more details, unable to resist urging him.
"Taking a Pill isn't like having a baby, just give us the result already."
This is just too much dawdling.
A group of old men looked at him with disdain.
The Great Elder smacked his lips, then suddenly used two fingers to grab another Pill from the air and popped it into his mouth.
"One isn't enough to taste the effects, let me try another, don't rush."
Though they didn't know the efficacy of the Pill, everyone knew the Great Elder's character. This old fellow wouldn't lift a finger unless there was something in it for him.
Then one of the old men couldn't hold back and grabbed a Pill from mid-air, swallowing it. His expression suddenly changed.
"Everyone, take one and try it."
With that, six more Pills disappeared from the air.
