Scene – In the center of ten superclusters, there is a massive stadium. Ten Supercluster Lords are standing there. Among them is Four-Eyes—the lord of Arjun's supercluster, the one whose orders caused everything.
Four-Eyes throws a single punch at Arjun, sending him crashing into a wall.
Random Cluster Lord: "Can we stop them?"
Second Lord: "No way. That guy is a monster. Even all nine of us couldn't kill him."
Third Lord: "Yeah. His race is naturally powerful—his kind rules over galaxies. But this monster, just to test his limits, first kills his own people. Every kill increases his power. After that, he destroys entire galaxies.
His skill is simple—the more he kills, the stronger he becomes. That's how he became a Cluster Lord, and eventually surpassed even us. Now he's the most powerful being alive, with no equal.
That's why he created this 'game,' where one being from every galaxy is forced to fight here. The last winner gets a prize.
If the winner is a boy, he becomes the ruler of a galaxy. If it's a girl… this guy tortures her until she dies from exhaustion. You understand what I mean by torture, right?"
Fourth Lord: "Yeah… torture on the bed."
Third Lord: "Mm." (nods)
Scene – A loud burst of laughter echoes. It's Arjun.
Arjun: "AHAHAHAHAHA… You said no one survives your one hit? I didn't even get a scratch."
Four-Eyes: "Haaa! Nice, nice! You're really a great toy!"
Scene – Arjun and Four-Eyes vanish and reappear, clashing with kicks and punches at insane speed. The fight is so fast that only impacts and shockwaves are visible, as if their bodies have become transparent.
Suddenly, one of Four-Eyes' arms breaks—but instantly regenerates.
Four-Eyes: "!"
Scene – Arjun, however, takes no damage at all. He lands a powerful kick, slamming Four-Eyes into a wall, blood bursting from his body.
Four-Eyes: "Agh… you bastard!!"
Scene – Four-Eyes activates his skill.
Four-Eyes: "Monster Nova Supreme Throw!!!"
Scene – The entire stadium and nearly every being inside it explode. Almost everyone dies. Only three or four top-level Supercluster Lords remain alive, heavily injured.
Four-Eyes stands unharmed.
Arjun doesn't even move from his spot.
Four-Eyes: "A-Are you kidding me?!"
Arjun: "Was that an attack? Was I supposed to feel pain? Oh, sorry—I didn't take any damage."
Four-Eyes: "N-No way…!!"
Scene – Four-Eyes throws another punch. Golden light forms into the shape of a fist. Arjun dodges and counters.
Arjun: "Field Lock."
Scene – A black ring wraps around Four-Eyes' body, crushing him with immense pain.
Four-Eyes: "AAAAAAAAAA!!!"
Scene – Four-Eyes retaliates.
Four-Eyes: "Three-Tail Nova Ring!!"
Scene – His tails grow enormous, forming a huge circle aimed at Arjun. From it, a white laser-like beam erupts and engulfs Arjun completely.
Four-Eyes: "Aha! There's no way you can survive this after that attack!!"
Scene – But Arjun remains standing, completely unharmed.
Four-Eyes: "N-No way…!!"
Scene – Arjun attacks.
Arjun: "Galaxy Ray."
Scene – A thin, razor-sharp beam strikes Four-Eyes. The instant it touches him, his entire body burns away.
The attack lasts less than a second—appears, hits, vanishes.
Four-Eyes is dead, his body reduced to ash.
Arjun: "Now it's finally over…"
Scene – Arjun turns to leave, but one Cluster Lord stops him.
That Lord: "Stop."
Arjun: "?"
Lord: "Y-You killed him… So now, you are the Ten-Cluster Lord."
Arjun: "What does that title mean?"
Lord: "It means the one who rules over ten superclusters. You killed the being who previously held that position."
Arjun: "I see."
Scene – Arjun restores the entire stadium. He walks to the throne of the Ten Supercluster Lord and sits.
Arjun:
"As the Supreme Lord, I order this:
From now on, only one or two beings from galaxies that possess magic will participate in this game.
Other galaxies—where magic or such powers do not exist—must never be disturbed.
And anyone who breaks my rule will be trapped in an endless loop, where they will endure pain without dying."
All Cluster Lords and Servants: "As you wish…"
Writer's Note:
This volume ends here. I know it's short, but I want to focus on the main story. This arc is part of it and needed to be shown, but stretching it longer wouldn't make sense.
See you in the next volume.
