Chapter 91: New York Ministry of Magic
Tina, carrying a heavy suitcase, hurried through the corridors of the New York Ministry of Magic.
Her high heels clicked urgently on the smooth flagstone floor, the sound echoing in the empty corridor, highlighting her inner anxiety.
She knew that everything she was doing was fraught with risk.
She also knew that she had to report this matter to the Ministry of Magic as soon as possible to ensure the peace of New York City.
She also had to quickly catch Newt and return all the escaped magical creatures to the case.
She passed through archways and corridors, finally arriving at the Auror office area, at the end of which was Graves's office.
She tidied her somewhat disheveled clothes, walked to the door of Graves's office, raised her hand, and gently knocked on the closed door.
Her heart pounded faster with each knock.
She had initially expected Graves to open the door quickly, but she found no response from inside the room.
She knocked again, a little louder, but the room remained silent.
She used her magic to sense that there was no presence inside the room; it seemed as if no one was there at all.
Her heart grew uneasy again, and she had a vague, ominous premonition.
She quickly pushed open the door to Graves's office and found the room empty, with documents scattered all over the desk.
She then hurried to the offices of several other supervisors, only to find that all of their offices were empty.
Her anxiety intensified.
She knew that something major must have happened to cause all the high-ranking officials of the Ministry of Magicto leave their posts!
Just as she was about to leave the Auror office, a somewhat familiar voice sounded behind her, interrupting all her thoughts.
"Goldstein, are you meddling in the Investigation Department's business again?"
A slightly mocking voice reached Tina's ears.
Tina turned around and saw Abernathy standing behind her.
His somewhat thin face was full of disdain, and his eyes held a hint of amusement, as if he enjoyed seeing Tina in such a disheveled state.
"Wasn't it already proven yesterday? You arrested the wrong person! What are you doing here again now? Don't tell me you're trying to use yesterday's tactics to cause trouble here again?"
Abernathy said with a mocking tone.
He knew Tina's personality; despite being demoted from the Investigation Department to the Wand Permit Office, she still liked to interfere in the Investigation Department's affairs, and he was quite happy to see Tina frustrated.
Tina frowned tightly, her gaze turning cold and sharp.
She didn't have time to argue with Abernathy now; she had to see Graves as soon as possible and tell him everything she knew.
She ignored Abernathy's mockery and said in a cold tone, "Excuse me, sir, I need to find Mr. Graves now; I have something important to report to him."
Her tone was firm and resolute.
She had completely lost interest in arguing with Abernathy; she had to act quickly to prevent the impending crisis.
Abernathy seemed not to have expected Tina to be so forceful.
His face instantly turned unpleasant, and his tone carried a hint of displeasure: "Mr. Graves is currently attending an important meeting with Madam Minister.
He doesn't have time to see you now! You're not even qualified to attend.
If you go, I believe you'll soon receive a dismissal letter from the Ministry of Magic!"
His tone was full of disdain and schadenfreude, as if he eagerly awaited the moment Tina would be completely abandoned by the Ministry of Magic.
Tina knew she couldn't delay any longer.
She had to see Graves as soon as possible and tell him everything.
Clutching the suitcase tightly in her hand, she ignored Abernathy's mockery, turned, and quickly left the Auroroffice.
She ran quickly towards the conference hall, knowing that Graves must be there now!
At this moment, the Ministry of Magic conference hall was unusually solemn and dignified.
The long conference table was surrounded by high-ranking officials of the Ministry of Magic.
Their faces bore grave expressions, and their eyes were filled with worry, as if they were discussing some important issue.
The pyramid-like layout showed that at the apex was the Minister of magic, Seraphina Picquery.
She wore a magnificent black gown and a luminous tiara.
Her exquisite face, however, appeared very stern, and her lips were slightly pursed, indicating her displeasure.
Inside the conference hall, the atmosphere was oppressive and heavy.
A bald old man was still chattering, "The loopholes in our Statute of Secrecy have seriously threatened the safety of the entire magic world."
His tone was sharp and critical, filled with disappointment in the current Ministry of Magic.
Seraphina, the Minister of magic, who was seated at the highest position, heard the bald old man's words, and her face filled with displeasure.
She coldly retorted, "What right does a man who let Grindelwald escape have to dictate to us here?"
Her words carried disdain and mockery towards the bald old man; she seemed to not regard him at all.
Just as the two were about to argue, an urgent voice suddenly rang out in the conference hall, breaking the tense atmosphere.
"Madam Minister! I'm very sorry to interrupt! It's an emergency!"
Tina, breathless and carrying her suitcase, rushed into the conference hall.
Her hurried footsteps echoed jarringly in the quiet hall, and her appearance instantly drew everyone's attention.
She stood at the entrance of the conference hall, her breathing slightly ragged.
Her determined gaze swept over everyone in the hall.
She knew that what she was about to face would be an interrogation from the entire high command of the Ministry of Magic.
Everyone in the conference hall was shocked by Tina's sudden intrusion.
They all turned their gaze towards her, their faces filled with displeasure.
They seemed to be blaming Tina for her rudeness, daring to interrupt their ongoing meeting.
A hint of dissatisfaction arose within them; they felt Tina's behavior was very rash!
Everyone looked at the Minister, waiting for her to speak.
Seraphina, looking at Tina who had suddenly burst in, frowned tightly.
She looked at Tina with a cold gaze, her tone filled with displeasure: "Ms. Goldstein, you've just barged in like this; you'd better give me a reasonable explanation!"
With a hint of warning, she seemed to be implying to Tinathat all her actions had already challenged the authority of the Ministry of Magic, and if there was no reasonable explanation, she would not forgive Tina.
Tina took a deep breath, trying to suppress her inner unease.
She had to remain calm to better explain everything she knew.
She took a step forward, her gaze fixed on Seraphina, and said in a calm yet firm tone: "Yes, Madam Minister, I do! I need to report to you an incident that concerns the safety of the entire New York magical community!"
She paused, then continued, "Yesterday, a Wizard suddenly arrived in New York.
He brought a case, and that case was filled with all sorts of magical creatures.
Unfortunately, some of them escaped."
Her tone was steady, without the slightest panic.
Her gaze was firm and strong, as she recounted the events of yesterday.
After hearing Tina's words, Seraphina's already stern face became even colder.
Her eyes were filled with anger, seemingly very displeased with what Tina had said, and her tone became even more severe: "He arrived yesterday?"
Tina nodded.
Seraphina angrily questioned, "It's already been 24 hours.
An unregistered Wizard let magical creatures escape in New York, and you only think to tell us after someone's been killed?"
Chapter 92 Graydens' Abnormality
Tina's heart sank when she heard Minister for MagicSeraphina Picquery's words.
She could clearly feel the coldness and questioning in Seraphina's tone; she was being held accountable for not reporting the incident in a timely manner.
She knew that she would likely face a very severe punishment.
"I'm sorry, Madam Minister, I didn't know anyone was killed," she said with a slight unease.
She tried to keep her voice calm, but its slight tremor still betrayed her inner anxiety.
Seraphina ignored Tina's explanation.
Her exquisite face remained cold and furious.
She looked at Tina again, her tone becoming even more severe: "Where is that Wizard now?"
She had to find out the full story of this matter and provide an explanation to the entire magic world.
She needed to know who dared to be so presumptuous in her territory!
She would never allow anyone to threaten the stability of New York's magic community!
Tina looked at Seraphina's icy gaze, knowing she had to obey her orders now.
She took a deep breath, slowly put down the suitcase she was holding, and opened its latches, then quickly stepped back.
As the latches were undone, the suitcase door slowly opened.
Newt emerged from the suitcase, his light brown hair a bit disheveled, his face full of confusion.
He stared with slightly constrained eyes, surveying everything around him.
He seemed completely unaware of the dangerous place he was in.
Jacob and Moon followed closely, also emerging from the suitcase.
The moment the three of them appeared in the conference hall, they attracted everyone's attention; all eyes were on them.
The Wizards, who had been discussing animatedly, instantly fell silent, their faces showing expressions of surprise.
"Scamander?! Theseus Scamander?! The war hero?!"
A balding old man with a large head looked at Newt, his face showing shock and confusion.
His tone was filled with surprise; he seemed to have heard of Theseus Scamander's deeds.
Another Wizard in a blue robe retorted, "No! He's not Theseus Scamander, he's his brother, Newt Scamander!"
He seemed to know Newt, and his tone carried a hint of disdain.
He glanced at the old suitcase in Newt's hand, seemingly dismissive of Newt's identity.
"Newt Scamander, what exactly do you want to do in New York?" an older male Wizard asked Newt with a frown, his tone impatient.
Newt was somewhat flustered by the gazes of those around him.
He quickly hugged the suitcase tightly to his chest.
He lowered his head, his voice becoming a bit constrained: "I… I just wanted to come here to buy a Puffskein… sirs…"
His voice grew softer and softer, seemingly unable to bear the questioning gazes of those around him, and his heart began to feel uneasy.
Just then, another male Wizard in a green robe said impatiently, "Enough! Stop with the nonsense! What exactly are you doing here?!"
His tone was full of disgust.
Seraphina looked at the unruly Wizards before her, her heart filled with aversion.
She snorted coldly at everyone, her sharp gaze sweeping over every person present.
Her voice became even colder: "Enough! Everyone be quiet!"
Her voice, full of authority, instantly quelled the chaos in the conference hall.
She fixed her gaze on Tina, her intimidating eyes causing Tina a hint of fear.
She said in an icy tone, "Ms. Goldstein, you can tell me now, who are these two people?"
Seraphina looked at the man and the child standing beside Newt.
Tina took a deep breath and, pointing at Jacob, said, "This is Mr. Jacob Kowalski, he is a Muggle, and he accidentally picked up Mr. Newt's suitcase and was injured by the magical creatures inside!"
Her tone was calm and clear, knowing she could no longer hide anything; she had to tell the truth.
Her words exploded like a bombshell in the conference hall!
The Wizards, who had been relatively calm, instantly became agitated upon hearing the word "Muggle."
Their faces showed expressions of fear and disgust, and they began to murmur, their voices filled with unease.
They seemed to be full of fear and rejection towards No-Maj, seeing them as a threat.
"Muggle! It's a Muggle! How is this possible?!"
"Quickly use the Memory Charm on him! We absolutely cannot let him remember us!"
"This is too dangerous, how could a Muggle appear here?!"
Their discussions rose and fell, and they used various unspeakable words to express their disgust towards No-Maj.
Jacob, upon hearing what the surrounding Wizards said, trembled violently; he finally understood where he was.
He also clearly felt the malice emanating from the Wizards; they seemed to be full of disdain and contempt for him.
Tina looked at Jacob's frightened expression, and her heart felt a pang of guilt.
She shouldn't have brought Jacob to this place; she should have protected him as much as possible, not put him in danger.
Tina continued, "And this is Mr. Moon White, he is a Hogwarts student, and he also…"
Before she could finish her sentence, she was interrupted by a sharp voice.
"A Hogwarts student? Just a child! What can he prove! He could be Grindelwald's accomplice, or a minion of some evil organization!"
A lady in an ornate purple robe said with disdain.
Her gaze never lingered on Moon; her eyes were full of contempt, as if she regarded Moon as an insignificant character!
Just then, Newt suddenly spoke, breaking all the silence, his voice low and full of sorrow.
He raised his head, looking directly into Seraphina's eyes.
His finger pointed at the wounds on the deceased: "Have you all seen these wounds? These wounds absolutely cannot be caused by my magical creatures; please do not turn a blind eye! I can tell you clearly, this is definitely an Obscurus!"
He noticed the wounds were clearly made by an Obscurus.
When Seraphina heard the name "Obscurus," her body trembled violently, and her face instantly turned grim.
She roared at Newt, "What nonsense are you talking about, Mr. Scamander! In the United States, there absolutely cannot be an Obscurial!"
She wanted to deny all of it!
She did not want to admit that such a terrifying creature could appear in the place she governed.
She coldly looked at Graves, who was standing beside her, stopping Newt from continuing: "Graves, confiscate everything Newt and that Muggle are carrying; I want to investigate them thoroughly! As for the child, just lock him up for now."
She wanted to use her absolute authority to maintain the order she believed in!
But Grindelwald, disguised as Graves, remained standing still, his eyes fixed on Moon.
He completely ignored Seraphina's command, and his silence made all the Wizards feel confused.
What was Graves thinking?
Chapter 93 The Curse Fails
Seraphina Picquery looked at Graves, his figure like a statue, unmoving.
Her already stern face grew even gloomier, and her sharp eyes filled with displeasure.
Her authoritative voice echoed through the conference hall like thunder: "Graves! What are you doing?! Why aren't you acting?!"
She seemed unable to comprehend Graves's behavior, not understanding why he was so focused on a child.
She wanted Graves to understand that she was the master here!
Her words once again ignited the atmosphere in the conference hall.
The high-ranking officials of the Ministry of Magic all turned their gaze to Graves, their eyes filled with doubt and confusion.
They, too, seemed to want to know what Graves was looking at.
But Graves seemed to have not heard Seraphina's questioning at all.
His body remained rigid, his gaze fixed on Moon.
His face was filled with solemnity and unease.
Such abnormal behavior made everyone present feel extremely puzzled.
They all turned their gaze to Moon, wanting to see what was so special about this child that he could attract such attention from Graves.
The purple-robed witch who had spoken earlier, seeing Graves staring at a child without stopping, immediately showed a mocking smile.
Her tone became sharp and sarcastic: "Graves, is he your son? Why are you looking at him like that? Are you a pedophile?!"
Her heavily made-up face was full of disdain and sarcasm, seemingly ridiculing Graves's abnormal behavior.
Seraphina heard the witch's mockery, and her brows furrowed even tighter.
She looked at Graves again, her tone becoming even sterner, her voice filled with impatience.
She had never expected Graves to so completely disregard her orders, which made her extremely angry; her authority had been greatly challenged.
"Graves! Enough! If you don't act now, I will demote you!"
She reprimanded angrily, her tone full of threat.
She wanted Graves to understand who was the supreme ruler of the Ministry of Magic!
But Graves still did not hear Seraphina's warning.
His eyes remained fixed on Moon, and his body did not move an inch.
This made everyone present incredibly puzzled.
Seraphina knew that Graves had completely lost control now.
She could not wait any longer; she had to take action to control the situation.
She turned her gaze to the black-bearded Wizard beside her and ordered in a cold tone: "Perial, confiscate that suitcase! I don't want to see those messy things anymore!"
Her tone was filled with undeniable authority.
She wanted everyone to understand that she was the master here, and no one could disobey her orders.
Perial, dressed in a black robe, wearing a black hat, and with a thick beard on his face, immediately stepped forward upon hearing Seraphina's order.
His stern face showed no expression.
He raised his hand and cast an Accio at the suitcase on the ground!
His wandless magic ability also drew exclamations of admiration from the surrounding Wizards, and his position in the Ministry of Magic was thus further solidified!
However, all sounds ceased abruptly!
The suitcase, which should have flown towards him, still lay there quietly, unmoving!
Perial's face showed a shocked expression.
He could clearly feel that the magic he had released seemed to be completely blocked by some kind of barrier.
His spell seemed to have completely lost its effect.
He raised his wand again, this time releasing even more powerful magic.
He also chanted a more powerful incantation: "Suitcase Accio!"
A strong magical light shot out from the tip of his wand, straight towards Newt's suitcase.
However, the suitcase still lay there quietly, unchanged, as if the spell he had cast had no effect on it at all.
He could even feel that the magic he had released was like a stone sinking into the sea, completely swallowed, leaving no trace.
Perial knew that things had gone wrong.
He once again raised his magic to its peak.
He even used his famous magic, Diffindo.
The light at the tip of his wand became even more dazzling, as if wanting to completely destroy everything.
But his spell, just as it was about to approach the suitcase, strangely disappeared, without any sound, without leaving any trace!
The surrounding high-ranking officials were stunned by Perial's exaggerated actions.
They also seemed to realize that things had gone beyond their control.
They began to discuss, unable to understand why all spells would suddenly disappear upon contact with the suitcase.
The suitcase seemed to be protected by some powerful force, and more Wizards also began to test it with various different spells.
Accio, Expelliarmus, Diffindo, and so on, they used all sorts of spells to bombard the air around Newt, but everything they did was in vain.
All their power, in front of that invisible barrier, was like a mud ox entering the sea, completely swallowed!
The lights of various spells intertwined, illuminating the entire conference hall in a kaleidoscope of colors, but all of this could not change the fact that the suitcase remained motionless.
Powerful energy fluctuations also filled the entire hall, making people feel uneasy.
Newt, Jacob, and Tina, looking at the chaotic scene before them, all turned pale, huddling together, slumped on the ground, fearing that a spell might break through this invisible barrier.
They could not understand what was happening.
They looked up at Moon, who was still standing there like a puppet.
They felt that perhaps only Moon could explain all of this.
Just then, someone suddenly noticed Moon's eyes.
A clear voice resounded throughout the conference hall: "Look! Look at that child's eyes!"
Everyone looked in the direction indicated by the voice.
They found that Moon's silver-white eyes, at this moment, emitted an unprecedented glow.
That light was pure and dazzling, as if containing some mysterious power.
The silver light dyed the entire conference hall with a sacred hue.
And the magic they had released seemed to be swallowed by these eyes, disappearing without a trace!
This shocked them greatly!
Seraphina also noticed Moon's abnormality.
She looked at Tina with a questioning gaze, her tone full of doubt: "Goldstein, what is the situation with this child? Why do his eyes emit such strange light?"
If she couldn't figure out Moon's secret, she feared she wouldn't be able to control the current situation.
Tina also shook her head in confusion.
She also completely failed to understand the changes in Moon, and responded in a nervous tone: "I... I don't know, Madam Minister."
She had only met this child yesterday; how could she understand?
An elderly Wizard in a golden robe was frowning tightly, his eyes filled with solemnity.
He slowly walked to Seraphina's side and whispered: "Minister, I... I feel, this... this seems to be..."
His voice trembled, as if he was afraid of something.
"What? Speak quickly!" Seraphina said impatiently.
She knew that this old man must have discovered something.
The old Wizard said tremblingly: "This... this seems to be... Time-Space Power!"
His voice was low, but it clearly reached everyone's ears.
And those four words he spoke made everyone fall silent.
The entire conference hall fell into a deathly silence.
Their faces all showed expressions of terror.
They all knew what "Time-Space Power" meant.
That was the power of gods, a power that no Wizard could ever touch!
Chapter 94 Talent superposition?
The moment Tina quickly entered the New York Ministry of Magic with her suitcase, Moon, who had been resting with his eyes closed, opened them.
The opportunity he had long awaited had finally arrived!
Based on his temporal senses, he calculated that he had already entered the New York Ministry of Magic.
He took a deep breath, suppressing the excitement in his heart.
He communicated with the system in his mind, silently asking, "System, have I reached the Ministry of Magic sign-in location yet? Can I start signing in now?"
He wanted to verify his previous guess, wanting to know if the "Ministry of Magic" as defined by the system included all Ministries of magic.
If that were truly the case, then his future choices would become much more diverse!
"Ding! Sign-in location detected: New York Ministry of Magic. Do you wish to initiate sign-in?"
The system's prompt rang in Moon's mind.
That cold, mechanical voice, at this moment, was like the sound of nature, instantly lifting Moon's mood.
An irrepressible smile appeared on his face; his guess was indeed correct!
The Ministry of Magic defined by the system was not specifically referring to the Ministry of Magic in London.
As long as he was in a Ministry of Magic, he could trigger a sign-in task!
He immediately replied with his thoughts: "Yes! Initiate sign-in!"
"Ding! Sign-in initiated. Host, please do not stray from the sign-in location. Countdown: ten minutes!" The system's prompt sounded again.
Now all that was left was to wait.
He forced himself to calm down.
He began to analyze his current situation and the enemy he was facing.
The biggest enemy now was Grindelwald.
Every one of his actions had to be careful and cautious to ensure nothing went wrong.
He must use this sign-in opportunity to improve his strength as much as possible!
He began to recall the movie "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" and the magical items that appeared in it that could potentially help him increase his strength.
Familiar magical items flashed through his mind, but he quickly abandoned these thoughts.
What he needed most right now was not these items that could enhance his power, but a wand that would allow him to cast spells freely!
Having his wand confiscated this time made him realize the importance of a wand.
Although the Time-Space Power he currently possessed was powerful, its consumption was too great.
And without a wand, and unable to cast wandless spells, his magic was useless.
Therefore, the most common wand was what he needed most right now.
As Moon was deep in thought, he heard Jacob and Newt's conversation coming from the entrance.
"Newt, still can't open it? Should I ram it open? This isn't working; we might be taken to a dangerous place."
Jacob's voice was filled with worry and unease.
He didn't want to stay in this dangerous magic world.
He wanted to return to his familiar world.
He wanted to run his bakery.
He wanted to live an ordinary life.
Newt quickly stopped Jacob.
He could feel that the situation outside the suitcase was not right.
He said in a serious tone, "Jacob, you must calm down. The entrance to the case cannot be damaged. There are still many fantastic beasts in my case. We can only wait. Perhaps Tina is looking for us; she can help us solve the problem."
He also worried about the fantastic beasts escaping from here.
He feared these lovely creatures would harm Muggles and be mercilessly killed by other Wizards.
Moon sighed helplessly as he listened to their conversation.
Newt and Jacob's personalities were just like that: kind yet persistent.
Just then, the system's prompt sounded again, interrupting Moon's thoughts:
"Ding! Ministry of Magic sign-in task complete. Reward: Blue Talent Replication x1."
Moon's heart leaped with joy at the system's prompt, and he became even more excited.
He could finally gain new power.
He didn't hesitate.
He would use this opportunity to replicate the "Wand Mastery" characteristic of a wand.
He couldn't let himself fall into such an awkward situation again, having magic power but being unable to cast spells.
Just then, Newt suddenly stopped moving.
A hint of surprise appeared on his face, which had been filled with worry.
He suddenly looked up at the case's entrance, his voice filled with excitement: "It seems... it seems it can be opened?"
With trembling hands, he fumbled at the case's entrance, seemingly wanting to verify his inner guess.
A faint light shone in from outside.
Jacob quickly looked at Newt, his eyes full of curiosity and nervousness.
He didn't know what the situation was like outside the case at that moment.
But he still shielded Moon.
It wasn't until Newt extended half his body to look around and then stepped out of the case that Jacob relaxed his tense body and turned to Moon, saying, "Moon, I'll go first; you follow me."
Kind-hearted Jacob subconsciously thought Moon was still a child and needed protection, completely forgetting that Moon was also a very powerful Wizard.
After speaking, Jacob also followed closely behind Newt.
He still looked around with some worry.
He also wanted to know what had happened.
Perhaps he couldn't handle it, but he still chose to face it.
When Moon stepped out of the case, he found himself in a luxuriously decorated office.
Newt also began to argue with a serious-looking woman in a black uniform about the deceased's wounds.
Their excited voices echoed throughout the room, as if both wanted to convince the other.
Moon quickly activated the system.
His gaze quickly scanned the conference room, looking for targets worth his attention.

When Moon's gaze fell upon the familiar yet unfamiliar Elder Wand, he remembered that the current owner of the Elder Wand was Grindelwald, who was currently impersonating Credence here.
He suddenly realized that he could replicate the Elder Wand again.
He asked the system in his mind, "What happens if I replicate two identical characteristics?"
The system's cold voice rang in his mind: "Identical characteristics will stack and merge."
Moon's eyes lit up, and he unhesitatingly replied to the system with his thoughts: "Replicate the 'Infinite Magic Power' and 'Wand Mastery' characteristics of the Elder Wand!"
He wanted to see what effect two Infinite Magic Power would have.
Chapter 95 Magic Fusion
Moon stood in the chaotic conference room of the New York Ministry of Magic.
His figure appeared exceptionally calm amidst the disarray.
His eyes were tightly closed, as if he had entered a world of his own, and everything external was irrelevant to him.
His consciousness was immersed deep within his body, where he could clearly feel powerful forces surging within him.
His magic, which was already like a volcano brimming with energy, was now like an unbridled wild horse, galloping madly within him, washing over every inch of his skin and cleansing every corner of his soul.
He focused his consciousness on the "Infinite Magic Power" trait, and an empty progress bar appeared.
It was now growing rapidly at an astonishing speed, with numbers constantly flashing on the progress bar, seemingly indicating that the speed of his magic power's surge was increasing at an incredible rate.
10%, 30%, 50%!
The progress bar stopped at the 50% mark, and Moon's magic power, like a wild horse unbridled, began to grow frantically at an uncontrollable speed.
30,000, 50,000, 100,000, 200,000, 300,000... In the blink of an eye, his magic power broke through the astonishing figure of 500,000!

The magic within his body had reached an unprecedented height.
That surging power, like a raging tsunami, seemed to threaten to burst his body completely.
He felt like a bomb about to explode, capable of utterly destroying everything around him at any moment.
His consciousness began to blur, and his body started to tremble slightly.
He felt completely unable to control this powerful force.
He wanted to release this power but was afraid of harming innocents.
He was now like a person walking a tightrope, every step requiring caution to ensure he wouldn't fall completely into the abyss.
He forced himself to calm down; he had to control this power and not let it consume him.
He began to try to merge his consciousness with the Time-Space Power.
He wanted to transform that volatile magic into a softer power to enhance his physical strength.
He mobilized the surging magic within his body, and the Time-Space Power, which had previously only existed on the surface of his body, seemed to be affected by the magic, beginning to permeate deep within him.
He could feel the Time-Space Power resonating with his body.
That feeling was like a fish merging into the ocean, harmonious and natural.
The restless magic within him also seemed to gradually calm down due to the integration of the Time-Space Power.
The magic, which had been like an unbridled wild horse, slowly became docile.
Under his guidance, the magic imbued with "Time-Space Power" began to continuously wash over his body.
He could clearly feel that his body was undergoing tremendous changes.
His bloodline was being transformed by the Time-Space Power, his bones became tougher, and his muscles grew stronger.
His entire body was developing towards a more perfect state.
And his soul, with the sublimation of his body, began to become purer and more powerful.
He could clearly feel that he was already standing at the threshold of a higher realm; as long as he could take that step, he would be completely reborn.
Just as he was experiencing the changes brought by the Time-Space Power, a subtle crack began to appear on the surface of his body.
It was a crack difficult to see with the naked eye, appearing and disappearing as if fragments of time-space were moving across the surface of his body.
His skin, with the appearance of the cracks, began to emit a faint silver light, and his body seemed to be developing in an even more unknown direction.
And the light from the Time-Space Power gradually formed a thin barrier on the surface of his body.
That barrier was invisible yet indestructible; it was his unique domain, impenetrable by any force.
That barrier perfectly enveloped his body.
His body, under the blessing of the Time-Space Power, also began to exude a sacred and inviolable aura.
He could finally, initially, control his body!
He could finally control the power he possessed!
Moon's heart also calmed down due to the changes happening in his body.
He regained control of his body, withdrew his consciousness from within the system, and slowly opened his eyes.
His silvery-white pupils, like two brilliant stars, shone exceptionally brightly in the dim conference room.
And the faint time-space fluctuations around his body gradually receded until they completely disappeared, and the surroundings returned to peace.
He gently moved his fingers, feeling the fullness within his body, and felt more comfortable than ever before.
He looked around and found that everyone in the conference room was staring at him.
Their faces were filled with shock and disbelief, seemingly not having recovered from the strange scene just now.
The Wizards who had been fiercely arguing were now as if petrified.
They stood there dumbfounded, their bodies trembling slightly, their eyes filled with fear, as if they were looking at a monster that should not exist in the world.
Moon looked at the incomprehensible expressions of these Wizards before him.
He paused slightly, a faint smile playing on his lips, and asked in a calm tone, "What's wrong with all of you? Why are you all looking at me like that? Is there something on my face?"
His tone carried a hint of teasing; he wanted to break the oppressive atmosphere.
Seraphina, the Minister of the New York Ministry of Magic, finally recovered from her shock.
Her face, which was usually full of authority, showed an unprecedented caution.
She put aside her demeanor as Minister, and her tone became careful.
She looked at Moon with an inquiring gaze, her voice even trembling slightly: "Your Excellency... you... who exactly are you? Where do you come from? And what is your purpose in coming here?"
Her tone was filled with awe; she couldn't determine Moon's background or what kind of existence could possess Time-Space Power.
And the other Wizards around also watched Moon with grave and shocked expressions.
They, too, urgently wanted to know who this mysterious and powerful young man was!
Moon looked at everyone's nervous expressions.
He blinked his eyes, which emitted a faint silver light, and an innocent smile appeared on his face.
His clear voice then rang out, his tone still calm, seemingly completely unaware of the immense impact his power had on them: "I am truly just an ordinary first-year student from Hogwarts. My name is Moon White, and I came here by accident. You really don't need to be so nervous."
The calmness and confidence revealed in his words, however, seemed so unsettling.
His silver eyes, moreover, were like stars in the night, emitting an undeniable light.
Chapter 96 Grindelwald
Seraphina, suppressing the fear in her heart, asked again in a probing tone, "Your Excellency… you… do you really have no ulterior motive? Is your presence here merely a coincidence?"
Her voice still held a trace of awe. She seemed to want a definitive answer from Moon to put her mind at ease.
Her heart was filled with unease because she was facing an utterly unpredictable existence!
Moon looked at Seraphina, so cautious and wary. The corners of his mouth curved slightly into an amused smile. His gaze passed over Seraphina and settled on Graves, who stood silently in the corner.
In a playful tone, he spoke to Graves, "Mr. Grindelwald, we meet again. What brings you here today?" His tone was full of provocation and a hint of mockery.
He had to take the initiative to break the current stalemate!
His words, like a bolt from the blue, instantly exploded in the entire conference room!
All the Wizards, upon hearing the name "Grindelwald," were struck as if by lightning, instantly freezing in place.
Their faces showed expressions of disbelief and fear. They began to look at Graves with suspicious eyes, even forgetting their current predicament.
They seemed unable to believe that this Auror, whom they had always trusted, was actually the notorious Dark Wizard Grindelwald!
They all instinctively moved away from Graves, wanting to maintain a certain distance from Grindelwald, fearing they would be caught in his wake.
Their terrified eyes and trembling bodies silently conveyed the fear in their hearts.
They all seemed to recall the power Grindelwaldpossessed and the crimes he had committed!
They began to whisper among themselves, seemingly wanting to verify whether Moon's words were true.
"Oh my God! How is this possible?! Graves is Grindelwald?!"
"This must be a joke! This is absolutely not true! How could he be Grindelwald?!"
"I already felt that Graves was a bit unusual today. He seemed to be constantly watching that child, never speaking."
"Yes, the Minister gave several orders, and he didn't react. I thought he was sick!"
Various discussions echoed in the conference room. Everyone's heart was filled with shock. They simply couldn't believe that Graves, who had been masquerading in front of them, was the Dark Wizard Grindelwald they feared!
And the Aurors standing around, protecting them, also raised their wands. Their eyes were fixed on Graves. They could feel the powerful magic radiating from Graves, a disturbing power.
Seraphina also instantly understood why Graves was so abnormal today. His unusual behavior was all thanks to Moon, which made her even more wary of Moon.
Her sharp eyes fixed on Graves, trying to find some flaw on his face. She questioned, "You… are you really Grindelwald?!" Her tone became cold and intimidating, but it couldn't hide her inner unease.
The formidable power emanating from Grindelwald made her feel a touch of fear, but she could not back down.
And Graves, who had remained silent, finally shed his disguise after hearing Moon expose his identity.
He slowly stood up, and his body began to undergo astonishing changes.
His originally brown hair gradually turned snow-white, and his eyebrows and beard also became pale like winter snow.
His face also seemed to change into a different person, becoming more sinister and evil. The corners of his mouth curved into a bloodthirsty arc.
His eyes were full of confidence, and his aura instantly became incredibly powerful. A suffocating sense of oppression emanated from him.
He turned his head and scanned the surrounding Wizards with a disdainful gaze.
His gaze finally settled on Seraphina. The corners of his mouth curled slightly, revealing a chilling smile.
His voice echoed in the room, with a hint of playfulness and sarcasm: "Your policies are too foolish, Seraphina. You actually fantasize about separating Muggles and Wizards! Your foolish actions will only hinder the development of the magic world. Only powerful Wizards can rule this world!"
His tone was domineering. He seemed to be mocking Seraphina's weakness and incompetence. He also wanted to conquer everything with his power!
His words instantly made the atmosphere in the conference room even more tense!
His undisguised ambition made everyone present feel an unprecedented crisis!
Seraphina watched this scene, her face instantly becoming incredibly grim, and her eyes filled with anger. She felt that her long-held beliefs were being cruelly mocked by Grindelwald, like a joke.
With a trembling voice, she sternly shouted at the surrounding Aurors, "Take down Grindelwald for me! He must not be allowed to continue acting so arrogantly!"
Her tone was full of fury. She wanted to use her power to uphold her dignity as the Minister.
As Seraphina's order was given, the Aurors, who had still been in shock, finally came to their senses. They immediately raised their wands.
They knew that they were facing not an ordinary Wizard, but an extremely dangerous Dark Wizard. They had to go all out to take down Grindelwald.
Countless spells of various colors, like a torrential rain, flew towards Grindelwald. Those powerful spells contained terrifying power.
They traced clear trajectories in the air, accompanied by piercing whistles, aiming to completely engulf Grindelwald.
Grindelwald looked at the spells coming towards him, a scornful smile on his face. With a flick of his wand, a transparent barrier instantly appeared in front of him.
It blocked all the incoming spells one by one. Those powerful spells, upon contact with the barrier, vanished without a trace, like a clay ox entering the sea, posing no threat to him.
He began to display his powerful magic. The wand in his hand seemed to come alive, dancing in his grasp. A disturbing dark power emanated from around his body. He chanted a series of eerie incantations, and his powerful spells spread out in all directions like a tide.
The Aurors who tried to approach Grindelwald were struck by that powerful spell. They were sent flying like kites with broken strings.
Their bodies slammed heavily against the walls, emitting dull thuds. They spat out streaks of blood, completely losing their combat ability.
Grindelwald scanned the surrounding Aurors with a cruel gaze. The corners of his mouth curved slightly into a bloodthirsty smile, as if he was enjoying the feeling of controlling others' lives and deaths.
His gaze once again fixed on Seraphina. He took slow, elegant steps, gradually walking towards Seraphina. Each of his steps seemed to tread on everyone's hearts,
causing everyone a pang of fear. His figure exuded a suffocating aura, as if death itself was approaching!
He fought while slowly approaching Seraphina. The wand in his hand danced faster and faster, and one powerful Dark Arts spell after another was continuously released from its tip.
He was like a demon from hell, mercilessly crushing the Aurors' defenses. Wherever he passed, he left behind a trail of devastation.
Seraphina watched Grindelwald gradually approach, her already pale face turning even whiter.
She raised her wand and cast one defensive spell after another at Grindelwald, trying to stop his advance.
But those spells, in front of Grindelwald, were like paper, instantly destroyed, unable to stop Grindelwald from advancing an inch.
She knew she was about to give out. She also knew that if she continued like this, she would completely fail!
In despair, she turned her gaze to Moon, who was standing in the corner.
With a trembling voice, she pleaded with Moon, "Mr. White, I beg you, can you help us… help us take down this evil man? Only you can stop him!"
Her tone was filled with despair. Her pride, at this moment, was completely cast aside. Now, the only one she could rely on was Moon!
Chapter 97 Eliminating Harm for the Future
Moon heard Minister Seraphina's request and slowly raised his head.
A playful smile flickered in his eyes.
He spoke to Minister Seraphina in a calm, slightly sarcastic tone: "Why should I? Minister, you just wanted to arrest me, and now you want me to help you deal with Grindelwald. That seems a bit unreasonable, doesn't it?"
His tone was full of mockery; he wanted Minister Seraphina to understand that everything she had done would come at a price.
His gaze swept over the woman in the purple robe, who was hiding behind Minister Seraphina and continuously shrinking back.
The corners of his mouth curved slightly into a malicious smile, and he said to her in a calm voice: "Oh, I remember now. This lady just said I was Grindelwald's accomplice. So why should I help you? Wouldn't that be harming my accomplice?"
His tone was full of teasing; he wanted this self-righteous woman to pay the price for everything she had said!
The woman in the purple robe was Elsie Umbridge.
Upon hearing Moon's words, her body trembled violently, and her face grew even paler.
Her body also trembled slightly from fear.
She knew that this time, she had truly provoked someone she shouldn't have.
Everything she had just said would bring her immense trouble.
She tried to defend herself in a tiny voice.
Her voice, utterly lacking confidence, seemed to have completely lost its strength: "Who... who knows if you really are accomplices? You... you're so powerful, who knows if you're just pretending..."
She blurted out everything she was thinking,
and completely exposed her ugly and dark inner self.
Minister Seraphina's face instantly became incredibly grim upon hearing Elsie's words.
She could feel the anger in Moon's heart,
and understood that everything Elsie had said would bring even greater trouble to the Ministry of Magic.
She glared angrily at Elsie,
and roared in a voice full of authority: "Elsie Umbridge! Shut your mouth! You had better apologize to Mr. Whiteimmediately! Otherwise, you can forget about taking up your post at the London Ministry of Magic!"
Her tone was full of fury; she could no longer tolerate Elsie's foolish behavior.
Elsie's body trembled violently when she heard Minister Seraphina's roar.
Her inner desire to argue completely lost its courage.
She knew that everything she had said had thoroughly enraged Minister Seraphina.
If she continued to be stubborn,
it would only put her in a more disadvantageous position.
She quickly lowered her head, her body trembling slightly like a startled rabbit, and her face also became grim.
The promotion opportunity she had secured through connections
was probably about to be completely ruined because of this!
She took a deep breath and said to Moon in a trembling voice: "I'm so... I'm so sorry... Mr. White... I... I didn't mean it... I was just... too scared..."
Her voice grew softer and softer,
but her heart was filled with venom.
If she had known this would happen,
she would never have said those words.
She had completely offended Minister Seraphina this time.
It was all this child's fault, all his fault.
Moon heard Elsie's apology,
He interrupted her again and asked in a calm tone: "Is your surname Umbridge? And you're going to the London Ministry of Magic?"
He seemed to want to confirm his inner suspicion.
Elsie's heart jolted when she heard Moon's question, feeling a bad premonition. She forced a smile,
and replied reluctantly: "Yes, I... my surname is Umbridge. Hogwarts... Hogwarts is also under the jurisdiction of the London Ministry of Magic... you'd better be sensible..."
Her tone was full of resentment.
Damn this child,
just you wait, when I get to the London Ministry of Magic,
I'll show you what I can do.
Moon's lips curled slightly into a playful smile when he heard Elsie's reply.
He was now completely certain
that this woman in front of him must have an intricate connection to Dolores Jane Umbridge,
the hateful pink toad from the original story!
He chuckled softly, ignoring Umbridge's resentful gaze.
Instead, he turned his attention back to Minister Seraphina. Everything that followed would depend on Minister Seraphina's choice.
Just then,
a powerful surge of magic suddenly erupted from the center of the hall. Three Aurors, blasted away by Grindelwald, slammed hard into the wall,
making a dull thud. Shattered stones flew everywhere, engulfing the entire hall in chaos. Grindelwald's figure slowly approached Minister Seraphina again.
His terrifying aura once again pressed down on everyone. He seemed to have lost all patience; he wanted to end this farce quickly and completely take control of the Ministry of Magic!
Jacob watched Grindelwald's approaching figure, and his body began to tremble slightly, his heart filled with fear.
He pleaded with Moon: "Moon, why don't you... help them out! You... you can't just stand by and watch Grindelwaldkill them!"
His heart was full of kindness; even though these people had previously disliked him,
he couldn't bear to see those innocent lives ravaged by Grindelwald.
Moon looked at Jacob's kind eyes, knowing that he still couldn't ignore the passing of life. His heart was also slightly moved by Jacob's request.
He sighed softly, his gaze returning to Minister Seraphina, and his tone became calm,
yet carried an undeniable firmness: "Minister Seraphina, I can help you deal with Grindelwald, but I have one condition: you must immediately fire this Umbridge who just slandered me!" His voice was clear, yet full of power.
Minister Seraphina's brows furrowed tightly when she heard Moon's condition. She knew Moon was taking advantage of the situation to pressure her.
Although she was unwilling to be manipulated by Moon, at this moment, she had no choice. She had to use Moon's power to defeat Grindelwald.
She knew she had to make a choice, and she also knew that every decision she made might affect her future management!
She gritted her teeth, looked up, and said to Umbridge in a trembling voice: "Elsie Umbridge! You're fired! From now on, you are no longer a member of the Ministry of Magic!"
Her tone was filled with anger and unwillingness, but she had no regrets. She knew she had to act to earn Moon's trust.
And Elsie Umbridge, upon hearing Minister Seraphina's words, her body trembled violently and she fell to the ground. Her already pale face became even whiter.
She opened her mouth wide, as if to say something,
but in the end, nothing came out. She knew that everything was over, all her power, all her schemes, at this moment, had completely turned to dust. Her future was also completely ruined!
As for the other Wizards, seeing Umbridge's fate, their hearts began to panic.
They finally realized how powerful Moon was, so much so that even the Minister of the Ministry of Magic had to compromise with him.
They all secretly warned themselves not to be like that fool Umbridge, underestimating the situation.
Chapter 98: Eliminating the No-Maj
"Hahahahaha, you truly disappoint me, Seraphina!" Grindelwald stopped, raised his wand, and said with a mocking tone,
His voice was like the whisper of a venomous snake, filled with chilling malice: "You would compromise for these No-Maj? Is this your choice? I think it would be better if I were the Minister of magic."
His tone was full of disdain; he completely disregarded Seraphina, believing himself to be the savior who could lead the magic world.
His words thoroughly enraged Seraphina. She looked at Grindelwald with eyes full of fury, her body trembling slightly from anger.
She responded with a trembling voice: "Even if I compromise with everyone, I would absolutely never allow an extremist madman like you to lead the magic world to war and darkness! I will absolutely not allow you to turn this world into the hell you yearn for!"
Her tone was filled with determination and hatred for Grindelwald! She would use all her strength to stop Grindelwald's insane plan.
When Grindelwald heard Seraphina's words, a disdainful smile once again appeared on his face. He said in a contemptuous tone: "Foolish! You are truly too foolish! Why waste power on the weak? They are not worthy to live in this world with us; they should be enslaved by us, they should serve us! And those No-Maj who dare to resist should be utterly destroyed!"
His tone became increasingly frantic; he completely viewed No-Maj as mere ants. He would use his power to change this world!
His body suddenly jolted. He had been stepping forward but suddenly collided with an invisible barrier.
"Bang!"
His powerful force struck the barrier, emitting a dull thud, and his body recoiled a few steps from the impact.
Grindelwald's eyes were filled with solemnity. He slowly raised his head, clearly sensing a special energy fluctuation appearing around him.
He could feel that the power came from Moon. He knew that this mysterious youth was finally going to make his move!
His gaze fixed on Moon, who stood in the distance. He knew that what he faced was not an ordinary student, but an existence capable of threatening his life!
Moon felt Grindelwald's gaze, and the corners of his mouth curved slightly, revealing a playful smile. He gently waved at Grindelwald.
His tone was calm yet confident: "Mr. Grindelwald, you don't need to waste any more effort. Since I have already agreed to Minister Seraphina, then you must accept the challenge! And now, your opponent is me!"
His voice was clear and forceful, echoing throughout the entire hall.
After Moon finished speaking, he slowly took a step forward.
Sacred Space-Time!
The magic within him burned like a thoroughly ignited flame, raging furiously.
And the energy originating from Time-Space Power also erupted. The space around him began to twist incessantly, and his slender body emitted a dazzling silver light.
Along with it, mysterious runes appeared, like dancing sprites, constantly swirling around his body.
His figure, enveloped in silver light, became increasingly mysterious and powerful. His body grew taller, as if a deity had descended upon the human world.
His previously somewhat youthful face became utterly cold. His silver-white eyes now resembled burning stars, deep and sharp. His magic,
formed a massive domain on the surface of his body. That domain was filled with an unsettling deterrent force.
The surrounding Wizards all retreated as if under immense pressure, not daring to approach Moon's location easily.
All the Wizards, including Seraphina, stared in stunned silence at everything unfolding before their eyes. Their minds went blank.
They completely failed to comprehend what kind of power Moon was displaying. They only felt a powerful sense of oppression
spreading continuously within their hearts. They had never seen such terrifying magic. All their knowledge became meaningless before Moon's power.
All they could feel was a deep sense of despair and powerlessness.
And Grindelwald, his eyes were also filled with shock. This mysterious child had grown stronger again.
The silver light enveloping Moon gave him immense pressure. That power contained a rule that even he feared.
His previously relaxed expression also became solemn, and he focused all his attention on Moon.
He could feel the powerful force hidden beneath Moon's calm exterior. He knew he had to go all out to cope with the upcoming battle.
Grindelwald asked Moon tentatively in his hoarse voice: "Why do you help these stubborn fellows? You should join forces with me to create a perfect world for us Wizards! With such immense power, we are destined to rule the entire world and become its masters!"
His tone was full of enticement, wanting to win over Moonto be his companion.
He wanted to use Moon's power to fulfill his ambition. If he had Moon, he would easily rule the entire world!
Moon ignored Grindelwald's enticement.
He sneered, his body becoming even more ethereal under the enhancement of Time-Space Power, and his voice became deeper and more powerful: "Grindelwald, your ideas will bring endless war! Under the world you yearn for, countless blood flows. This should not happen."
His tone was full of rejection towards Grindelwald; he would never let Grindelwald's plan succeed!
Grindelwald's face darkened, and he said angrily: "Look at where we Wizards live! Like rats, hiding in dark corners to avoid those No-Maj. Do you think this is fair?!"
When Grindelwald heard Moon's words, an angry expression appeared on his face, and his tone became agitated. He wanted to explain to Moon that everything he did was for the future of Wizards.
"Why should we yield to the weak! Those No-Maj, they are not qualified to be on equal footing with us! We should trample them underfoot and make them forever prostrate before us!"
He roared in a nearly frenzied tone, his face filled with madness and hatred for No-Maj. His eyes were like those of a wild beast, filled with bloodthirsty light. He fiercely pointed his wand at the surrounding Wizards,
and finally, his gaze settled on Moon. He wanted Moon to understand that his ideas were the correct ones!
He would use his power to completely rule this world! He would make everyone submit to his feet!
"We are the masters of this world!!" he loudly shrieked, his voice echoing in the conference room, and his magicfluctuations grew increasingly powerful.
Chapter 99 The Green Light Appears Again
Moon looked into Grindelwald's eyes, filled with fanaticism and ambition.
A wave of sorrow washed over him. He knew that what he faced was not merely a Dark Wizard, but a fanatic utterly bound by his own ideals.
He viewed Wizards as noble beings and ordinary people as lowly ants, never understanding the importance of equality and peace.
He gently shook his head. He wanted to explain to Grindelwald that the power of ordinary people should never be underestimated. He wanted Grindelwald to understand that Wizards and Muggles were not two incompatible worlds; they could coexist harmoniously with mutual respect.
But Moon knew it was all in vain. He faced a mad idealist, completely blinded by his own prejudices, who would no longer listen to any persuasion.
Grindelwald had never truly understood ordinary people. He merely relied on his own perceptions, viewing them all as a group of foolish and weak beings. He had no idea how powerful the wisdom and strength of ordinary people truly were.
He also completely failed to grasp that the pace of technological development among ordinary people had long surpassed the imagination of Wizards.
What he yearned for was merely a darker future.
As a Transmigrator, Moon knew that if a war broke out between the magic world and the world of ordinary people, the casualties would reach an unimaginable level. Wizards numbered only in the tens of thousands, while ordinary people had a population of billions. They could easily overwhelm Wizards like a tide.
Even if Wizards were to miraculously win, it would only be through the wonders of magic. But these so-called miracles would be utterly vulnerable in the face of true war!
And those ordinary people, consumed by despair, would, for their dignity, launch nuclear weapons at all costs to cleanse the world!
By then, perhaps less than one ten-thousandth of the Wizards would survive!
His heart was filled with helplessness, and he sighed, remarking that Grindelwald was far too arrogant. He completely failed to comprehend the power of ordinary people, nor could he recognize the mistakes he was making.
His gaze grew solemn. He had to stop Grindelwald's insane plan. He could not allow the Wizarding world and the Muggle world to fall into the quagmire of war again.
He sighed, looking up at the Wizards around him, who had been swayed by Grindelwald's speech. Their eyes were filled with fanaticism and blindness; they seemed to have completely lost the ability for rational thought. They were like a group of brainwashed followers, trusting Grindelwald without reservation. A hint of sorrow filled his heart.
He had to warn Grindelwald of the mistakes he was making!
Moon once again turned his gaze to Grindelwald, saying in a calm yet slightly mocking tone, "Mr. Grindelwald, you don't understand ordinary people. You simply don't understand the power they possess. Their technology is no weaker than magic."
He wanted to awaken Grindelwald, to make him realize how unrealistic his pursuit of 'pure-blood Wizard rule over the world' was!
Moon looked at Grindelwald, a helpless smile on his face.
He continued, "Have you not noticed? The technology possessed by ordinary people is developing rapidly! And the reason for these technological advancements is war. They will pursue greater power at all costs for survival, for dignity!" He wanted to use facts to prove that his words were not empty claims!
"The world you yearn for is destined for destruction! Even if you could defeat the Muggles, how would you stop those ordinary people, consumed by despair, from utterly destroying this world with nuclear weapons?!" He questioned Grindelwald solemnly, his tone carrying a hint of warning and concern.
He knew that even Wizards could be annihilated by Muggle nuclear weapons, and what he had to do was prevent all of this from happening!
Grindelwald heard Moon's words, and a disdainful smile appeared on his face. His tone was full of arrogance: "You are wrong! Our magic will also grow stronger and stronger. Those lowly Muggles will never be able to surpass us! Their technology will eventually turn to dust under our magic!"
His heart remained filled with blind faith in his own power. He simply did not believe that Muggles could possess power capable of rivaling the Wizarding world!
Moon knew that Grindelwald wouldn't listen to anything he said. There was an insurmountable chasm between him and Grindelwald. The worlds they pursued were completely different, and the powers they believed in were diametrically opposed!
He let out a soft sigh. It seemed he could only subdue him first.
He raised his hand and, with a gentle clench, aimed at Grindelwald.
He intended to use the Time-Space Power he wielded to give Grindelwald a profound lesson, to make him understand that he was not invincible.
However, Grindelwald's reaction far exceeded his expectations!
The instant Moon made his move, Grindelwald's figure suddenly blurred. He seemed to transform into a black lightning bolt, instantly vanishing from his spot. His powerful magic erupted completely at that moment, and he used Apparition to escape the area controlled by Moon.
And the spot where he had originally stood was instantly swallowed by Moon's power. That space shattered like glass, forming a massive black sphere that distorted everything around it, appearing extremely bizarre.
But Grindelwald had already made his escape!
After steadying himself, Grindelwald looked with a cold gaze at the distorted space in the distance. He could feel how powerful the Time-Space Power Moon possessed was. He could clearly sense how dangerous his situation had just been.
He muttered to himself with a tone of relief, "Good thing I could sense that strange Time-Space Power, or I would have been done for here!"
Although he spoke those words, his inner unease grew stronger and stronger. He had to admit that Moon's power had exceeded his comprehension.
He could no longer hold back.
He raised his wand, and the tip instantly glowed with green light. He had to strike first now; Moon absolutely could not be allowed to live!
A green light, like a venomous snake, shot from his wand. The light carried a chilling aura of death, flying directly towards Moon!
That was — Avada Kedavra!
Moon looked at the oncoming green light. There was no fear in his eyes; instead, there was a hint of excitement.
Seeing the familiar Killing Curse again, he felt none of the fear he had experienced the first time.
This time, he would face it head-on, without retreating.
He had to use his most powerful strength to overcome this inevitable Killing Curse!
And everything he did would lay the foundation for his path to invincibility!
He slowly raised his arm.
Three silver lights appeared around his body to block the attack of the Killing Curse!
Chapter 100 The Myth Shattered
The green light, imbued with the aura of death, was like a chain from hell, carrying an irresistible force, instantly striking the first barrier in front of Moon.
That barrier, condensed from Time-Space Power, was like paper in the face of the Killing Curse's powerful might.
Without any obstruction, it was ruthlessly penetrated, doing nothing more than slightly slowing the Killing Curse's progress and dimming the green light a little.
Seraphina Picquery watched the green light pierce the first barrier and shoot directly towards Moon, her heart sinking.
Her face instantly turned pale, and she felt her heart stop beating.
She murmured, "He... why didn't he dodge? Why did he choose to take the Avada Kedavra head-on?! Doesn't he know the horror of the Killing Curse?!"
Her voice was filled with despair.
She knew that this time, she had made a terrible gamble.
She had initially believed that Moon possessed great power and could defeat Grindelwald.
But she never expected that Moon would be so arrogant as to choose to confront the Killing Curse head-on—this was undoubtedly courting death!
All she could see was death.
Everything she had hoped for was about to be completely shattered.
She stared intently at the green light, even feeling her blood turn cold.
Everything she had stood for seemed to be turning to naught at this moment.
Moon, however, clearly felt the power contained within that green light.
He knew that the Killing Curse's power was indeed very strong; it could not only devour life but also bypass all defenses and directly attack the soul.
He observed the subtle changes as his "magic barrier" was pierced by the Killing Curse, and his heart became incredibly calm.
He knew that if he wanted to become stronger, he had to understand all magic power, even forbidden magic like the Killing Curse, and understand it thoroughly.
His thoughts raced.
He could feel the magic forming the "Time-Space Barrier" being eroded little by little as it confronted the Killing Curse.
But his goal was not to completely block the Killing Curse, but to feel its power and thereby find a way to break it.
"Indeed! A barrier simply constructed with magic, even with Time-Space Power added, cannot completely defend against the Killing Curse!" Moon looked at the green light that had penetrated the first barrier, his heart extremely calm.
He had once had the idea of using his magic barrier to withstand an "Avada Kedavra" when facing Voldemort.
But he had never had the chance to experiment, and the Killing Curse cast by Grindelwald this time gave him the opportunity to verify his idea.
He was glad he hadn't tried it recklessly before.
Otherwise, he would have long since become a corpse, and certainly not standing here perfectly unharmed as he was now.
"Bang!"
The green light struck the second barrier again.
But this time, the green light did not continue to advance; instead, it strangely stopped, suspended on the surface of the barrier.
The green light, like an insect frozen in amber, could not move another inch.
It still emitted a chilling aura of death, but its power seemed to have been completely blocked by that second barrier.
The Wizards who had been frantically fleeing and dodging spells stopped in their tracks after seeing this scene.
Their faces were filled with shock and disbelief, and they all widened their eyes, saying in trembling voices:
"No... this is impossible! Avada Kedavra... was actually blocked?!"
"I... I must be dreaming! This absolutely cannot happen!"
"That's the Killing Curse! No magic can stop its attack! That's the Killing Curse that even Headmaster Dumbledore couldn't block!"
Their voices were filled with trembling.
They couldn't believe what they were seeing.
The laws of magic they believed in seemed to completely collapse at this moment, and all their understanding could not explain what was happening before their eyes.
They felt as if they were in a dream; what they saw seemed not to be reality.
Those Wizards closer to the battlefield also became weak and powerless due to extreme fear.
He fell to the ground, trembling all over; he had long been shocked by the scene before him and could not remain conscious.
And Seraphina, who had always maintained the demeanor of the Minister for Magic, also lost control of her emotions after seeing this strange scene.
She, too, stumbled back a few steps as if her soul had left her body.
Her face was ashen, and her lips trembled incessantly.
She murmured in an incredulous tone, "Impossible... impossible... this absolutely cannot be... that's the Killing Curse... how could it be stopped...?"
She had completely lost her powerful aura from before; she seemed to have been completely defeated by the scene before her.
Grindelwald, seeing this scene, also frowned tightly.
His face showed a solemn expression.
He had also never expected that Moon would be able to block his Killing Curse so easily.
The apprehension deep within him grew even stronger.
He could feel that the opponent he was facing was far more formidable than he had imagined!
Without any hesitation, he immediately injected magic into his wand again.
His arm, like a drawn bow, waved rapidly.
He once again chanted the death spell: "Avada Kedavra! Avada Kedavra! Avada Kedavra!"
One green light after another shot out from the tip of his wand again.
The three green lights, carrying an even stronger killing intent, directly attacked Moon.
He could not hesitate; he had to use his powerful strength to completely destroy Moon, leaving him no chance!
However, when the three green Killing Curses struck the second barrier again, they still could not penetrate an inch.
His Avada Kedavra, filled with the aura of death, was also frozen in the air, unable to advance another inch.
The three green lights hovered on the surface of the second barrier, like three green gems, emitting a desperate glow.
Moon, however, still stood there calmly.
A faint smile still hung on his face, and his silver-white eyes shone with dazzling light.
He was like a god who controlled everything, looking down on all living beings.
