Chapter 41 The Men of Ferenczez
Hagrid's massive body moved through the trees, his urgent footsteps like a minor earthquake.
Finally, they found Moon slumped under a tree.
Harry, Ron, and Hermione immediately rushed forward and hugged him tightly.
The four embraced, and Harry's voice was filled with the relief of having survived a disaster, "Thank goodness, you're alright."
Hagrid also came over, his weathered eyes full of worry.
"Oh, are you alright, lad? Let me have a look."
He carefully bent down,
stretched out his huge hands,
and easily picked up Moon as if he were a small pet.
He meticulously checked Moon's body,
and only relaxed after confirming he was unharmed.
"Thank goodness you're okay."
Hagrid breathed a sigh of relief, but soon, he noticed the sudden clearing not far away.
The trees seemed to have been forcibly moved by some power, revealing a patch of bare earth that was out of place with the surrounding dense forest.
He looked at Moon in confusion, "What happened here? Lad?"
"I think I know."
Suddenly, a low, magnetic voice broke the silence.
Everyone looked in the direction of the voice,
only to see a Centaur, with the upper body of a human and the lower body of a horse, slowly walking towards them.
He had the handsome upper body of a human,
with smooth and powerful muscles,
and a strong horse body below, with beautiful chestnut fur.
As the Centaur approached,
his gaze did not linger on Harry, Ron, or Hermione,
but went straight to the weak Moon.
He spoke in an almost solemn tone: "Esteemed Son of God, Firenze extends his highest respect to you."
After speaking,
Firenze knelt on both front knees, bowed his head, and placed his right fist over his left chest, performing a standard kowtow.
This scene,
like a bomb,
instantly exploded in everyone's hearts, leaving everyone dumbfounded and completely incapable of thought.
Ron's eyes widened,
his jaw almost dropping to the ground,
he pointed at Firenze and stammered, "Wh-wh-what… what's going on?"
Hermione was even more shocked and speechless.
A Centaur kneeling to a human Wizard? This was utterly preposterous!
She remembered clearly,
that it was recorded in History of Magic books,
that the Centaur Tribe valued freedom,
usually preferred solitude,
they avoided both Wizards and Muggles,
living a relatively independent life,
not wishing to be overly disturbed by the outside world.
They possessed strong self-esteem and territorial instincts,
even maintaining a respectful distance from all other races.
Now,
this Centaur named Firenze was actually kneeling to Moon?
If she hadn't seen it with her own eyes, Hermione would never have believed it,
no one would believe this if it were told,
it was simply too outrageous!
Even Hagrid was stunned by the sight before him.
He had dealt with Firenze many times,
and knew that this Centaur had a very proud nature,
even when facing a great Wizard like Dumbledore,
Firenze would only symbolically nod in greeting, never performing such a formal ceremony.
Now,
Firenze was kneeling and bowing to Moon,
what did this mean?
Hagrid's heart was filled with confusion and shock,
and his gaze towards Moon also became complicated.
"Firenze?"
Moon said softly, a hint of confusion and exhaustion on his pale face.
His body was very weak,
that battle had almost drained all of his strength.
"It is I, Your Highness."
Firenze raised his head,
his eyes calm and profound,
filled with awe and reverence for Moon,
"We have been observing your movements and have also felt the powerful magic you emit. When you fell into distress, we knew it was time to appear."
"You all?"
Moon looked into Firenze's eyes, "Not just you?"
Firenze nodded,
He stood up,
turned to look into the depths of the forest, and then said, "My people are all awaiting your arrival, Your Highness."
"Waiting for me?"
Moon repeated, puzzled,
he felt that some things had exceeded his understanding.
"Yes, Your Highness."
Firenze confirmed again, "We, the Centaur Tribe, learned from ancient prophecies that a Son of God would descend into the world, who would lead us to a new future, and you are the one we have long awaited."
Firenze's words plunged everyone present into silence.
Ron and Hermione exchanged another look,
they felt that their understanding of the magic world was slowly collapsing.
Although Harry was also shocked,
he looked at Moon with more concern, wanting to know how Moon was doing.
Hagrid's big beard trembled slightly, and he scratched his head, muttering to himself in confusion:
"Son of God? What… what exactly is going on?"
Moon took a deep breath,
he tried to clear his thoughts,
but his mind felt chaotic,
he asked in a low voice: "Firenze, can you explain it to me? What Son of God, what prophecy, I don't understand at all."
"Of course, Your Highness."
Firenze's tone remained respectful,
"This involves the ancient legends of our Centaur Tribe. Perhaps you may find it hard to believe, but we believe this is indeed the arrangement of fate."
Firenze began to recount the long-standing prophecy of the Centaur Tribe.
In ancient times, the Centaur Tribe had contact with gods,
and were told that in the distant future, a "Son of God" with divine blood would descend into the world.
This Son of God would possess powerful magic,
and would be able to lead the Centaur Tribe out of their predicament,
towards light.
This prophecy was passed down orally from generation to generation of Centaurs,
deeply imprinted in the heart of every tribe member,
and they had been waiting for the appearance of this Son of God.
And when they felt Moon's power,
they knew,
that the person they had been waiting for had finally appeared.
"So, you think I am the 'Son of God' you are waiting for?" Moon asked, pointing to himself, with a hint of uncertainty.
"Yes, Your Highness."
Firenze replied affirmatively,
"Your power, your appearance, all align with the ancient prophecy. We, the Centaur Tribe, are willing to follow you and serve you."
Moon fell silent,
he knew that he indeed harbored some secrets,
but becoming a being like the "Son of God" was something he found hard to accept for a moment.
"Alright, Firenze." Moon sighed, then looked up at Firenze,
"I need time to process all of this, but if you are willing to help me, I am happy to accept your goodwill."
A hint of joy flashed in Firenze's eyes,
he bowed again and said, "We are eternally loyal to you, Your Highness."
"Then, Firenze, where is the place you are waiting?" Moonasked.
"Deep in this forest, Your Highness." Firenze pointed into the distance, "Please follow me."
Moon nodded, he turned to Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Hagrid, and said to them, "Let's go see together."
Everyone also wanted to know where the Centaur Tribewould take him, out of curiosity and concern for Moon, they nodded in agreement.
Under Firenze's guidance, everyone walked deeper into the Forbidden Forest.
Chapter 42: Centaur Tribe
Passing through the layers of ancient trees deep within the Forbidden Forest, sunlight filtered through the gaps in the branches, casting dappled light and shadows.
Everyone followed Firenze into a hidden place that no human had ever set foot in before.
This was an open basin, surrounded by towering cliffs, forming a natural barrier that completely isolated this area from the outside world.
In the center of the basin, the residences of the Centaur Tribe were scattered in an orderly fashion—wooden houses of varying heights, built from sturdy trees and tough vines, full of a primitive and mysterious aura, with a faint scent of herbs wafting around them.
When Moon and his group stepped into this territory, all the noise vanished, replaced by a sense of almost sacred solemnity.
The centaurs scattered everywhere, upon seeing Moon, all stopped what they were doing.
They put down their bows and arrows, weaving tools, herbs, and magic vessels, and watched Moon with reverent gazes.
Immediately after, a shocking scene unfolded—all the centaurs, including the playful foals, knelt on one knee, bowed their heads, and placed their right fist over their left chest, performing their tribe's most sacred kneeling salute to Moon.
This scene left Moon and his group utterly stunned.
Harry, Ron, and Hermione all felt as if they were in a dream.
They gaped, excitedly watching everything before them, as if visiting a kingdom of their own.
Their gazes swept back and forth among the centaurs, their eyes filled with curiosity and a desire for exploration, and at the same time, they felt a power they had never experienced before.
As for Malfoy, although he kept muttering, "This is nothing, the servants in my house often salute me like this," his tense body and slightly trembling hands betrayed his true thoughts.
His gaze constantly fell on Moon, his eyes filled with envy, fear, and a hint of unconcealed awe.
The fear deep within him for Moon gradually began to transform into a subtle admiration.
Moon calmly watched all of this, his silver-white eyes as deep and serene as an ancient well.
He used "Time Perception" to preemptively avoid some of the centaur-specific traps, while also using the system to scan the surrounding centaurs and the magic tools they possessed.

He found that although these magic tools all possessed unique characteristics, they were not of much help to his current strength.
What he needed was more magic power, more advanced spells, not these auxiliary items that were merely icing on the cake.
Soon, surrounded by a group of centaurs, they stopped in front of a huge wooden house, built from giant ancient trees and rocks, resembling a small palace.
At the entrance of the wooden house, several centaurs were already waiting, their aura more steady and powerful than the other centaurs.
Leading them was Cassius, the chief of the Centaur Tribe, who had a thick brown mane and a pair of deep, wise eyes.
Standing beside Cassius was Hermes, the High Priest of the Centaur Tribe, dressed in a white robe adorned with star patterns, holding a scepter inlaid with a large crystal, and exuding a mysterious and awe-inspiring aura.
When they saw Moon, they all knelt on one knee, placed their right fist over their left chest, and performed the most solemn kneeling salute to Moon, which once again shocked Harry, Ron, and Hermione behind Moon, and once again made them feel the unique mysterious power emanating from Moon.
Cassius looked up and said in a low, solemn voice, "Respected Son of God, our Centaur Tribe has always been awaiting your arrival. Our ancient prophecy states that in addition to following you, we must also present a token."
Then, Hermes held up an exquisite wooden tray.
He carefully unsealed the centaur's unique magic seal on the tray, revealing a strange item placed in the center of the tray—an empty-looking glass bottle, without any liquid or patterns.
It looked like an ordinary, transparent empty bottle, with nothing special about it.
Hermes held the tray with both hands and reverently offered it to Moon.
Cassius then explained, "This is the token bestowed upon you by the gods in the prophecy; it needs the power within you to activate."
His tone was solemn and grave, filled with reverence for Moon and trust in the prophecy.
Moon nodded slightly, his gaze fixed on the seemingly empty bottle.
A faint sense of familiarity surged in his heart, feeling that this bottle was far from as simple as it appeared on the surface.
He extended his right hand and slowly picked up the empty bottle.
The moment his fingertips touched the bottle, he clearly felt that the trace of magic power he had just recovered within him, as if attracted by a powerful force, uncontrollably surged towards the bottle.
And that trace of magic power carrying "Time-Space Power" was even more conspicuous, like a firefly in the dark.
Under the effect of this trace of "Time-Space magic Power," the empty bottle also began to change.
Inside the originally empty bottle, a drop of liquid emitting a dazzling light suddenly appeared.
That drop of liquid floated in the bottle, like a brilliant star, emitting powerful energy fluctuations.
Moon's system instantly activated, immediately scanning that drop of liquid.
[Target Name]: holy dragon potion
[Talent Attributes]:
magic Doubling: Upon consumption, can instantly and permanently double magic power.
Moon's heart trembled slightly; the ability of this drop of liquid was so simple and crude, with only one attribute: magic doubling!
But it was enough.
For him, this was what he needed most right now.
"It seems this trip to the Centaur Tribe was not in vain!"
Moon thought silently in his heart, a slight smile playing on his lips.
Chapter 43 Voldemort is not dead
Moon tightly gripped the glass bottle in his hand.
The drop of liquid, radiating a dazzling light, floated in the bottle like a star, emanating powerful energy fluctuations.
He felt the faint resurgence of magic within him, understanding that now was the best time for him to increase his strength.
Without the slightest hesitation, he directly opened the cap and drank the precious holy dragon potion in one gulp.
The moment the liquid entered his mouth, a powerful surge of energy instantly erupted within him, like a volcanic eruption, surging and sweeping through every corner of his body.
Moon could feel his originally weak body recovering at a visible speed, and his meridians, like dried-up rivers, were revitalized under the nourishment of the sweet dew.
His magic also skyrocketed like a rocket, and he could feel an unprecedented power emerging within him.
Harry, Ron, and Hermione all showed worried expressions when they saw Moon drink the strange potion without hesitation.
"Moon, are you okay? That potion looks weird, is it safe to just drink it?"
Harry frowned, his voice filled with deep concern, knowing that in the magic world, many potions had strong side effects, and a slight mistake could cause irreversible damage to the body.
"That's right, Moon! We've heard Professors say that many potions have strong side effects. What if something goes wrong if you just drink it like that?"
Hermione quickly added, looking at Moon anxiously, her fair little face filled with worry and self-reproach.
She felt that she should have stopped Moon, after all, she knew more about potions.
Although Ron said nothing, his worried gaze was enough to show his inner unease.
Gently tugging at Moon's sleeve, he knew he didn't understand magic, but his actions showed how much he cared about his friend.
Moon felt the genuine concern of his friends, and a warmth surged within him.
He knew they truly cared about him.
He opened the system's character interface and carefully checked his attribute panel.

After confirming that his magic power had reached 352 points and his body had no abnormalities, he slowly opened his eyes and said in a calm and confident tone: "I feel great, no side effects at all."
His calm tone, full of persuasiveness, also made his friends feel a little more at ease.
"Why did you drink such a strange potion? Did you know beforehand that there was nothing wrong with it?"
Hermione was still a little puzzled, her gaze towards Moonfilled with curiosity and a desire for exploration.
She urgently wanted to know why Moon was so certain.
"I can feel its purity, absolutely no side effects, I trust my intuition."
Moon smiled slightly, his voice deep and powerful, with a hint of confidence in his tone.
"And I must have enough strength to protect you all when the crisis comes."
He didn't explain too much; after all, some things, the more one knew, the more fear it would bring.
Harry, Ron, and Hermione fell silent upon hearing Moon's answer.
They believed Moon, and what he said was all true.
After witnessing the Troll's power, they increasingly felt their own weakness.
They also began to realize that the magic world they were in was not as safe as they imagined.
Cassius and Hermes, who were nearby, saw the stronger power fluctuations emanating from Moon after he drank the potion, and their eyes were filled with shock and awe.
They exchanged glances, their eyes filled with firm belief in the prophecy.
Their judgment was indeed correct; everything recorded in the prophecy was true!
This child before them was indeed the "Son of God" they had been waiting for!
While everyone was still lost in their own thoughts, a commotion suddenly came from outside the tribe.
Several centaurs rushed in, their faces showing a hint of panic and unease.
They placed the corpse of a Unicorn in front of Moon and the others.
The Unicorn's body was already cold and stiff, its fur had lost its luster, its eyes had lost their sparkle, and there was still some uncongealed blood on its body.
The Unicorn's horn, like white jade, was covered with fine cracks, looking very tragic.
Cassius's brows furrowed tightly when he saw the Unicorn's corpse.
He immediately stepped forward and sternly asked Bane, the centaur who had brought back the Unicorn's corpse: "Bane, what exactly is going on? How did this Unicorndie?!"
A tall centaur with a stern face walked up to Cassius and said in a low, hoarse voice:
"Leader, we found its body on the edge of the Forbidden Forest. There were no signs of struggle on its body, but from the wound, it looks like it was bitten by some kind of venomous snake. However, the venomous snakes in our Forbidden Forest would never actively attack Unicorns, nor would they drink their blood. This matter is very wrong!"
His tone was full of worry; he was very sure that this was not the work of an ordinary venomous snake, but a more evil presence that had caused this tragedy.
Moon looked at the lifeless Unicorn, and the unease in his heart finally exploded.
He knew that this was definitely the work of Voldemort; he had indeed not died, and had already begun to regain his strength, which confirmed his previous suspicions!
It seemed his mission still needed the help of the ancient love protection spell that Harry's mother had given him.
He must first help Harry get the Philosopher's Stone, and then prevent Voldemort's resurrection, otherwise, this mission might never be completed.
He took a deep breath, forcing himself to calm down.
Now was not the time for anxiety; he had to act quickly to prevent Voldemort's resurrection.
Chapter 44 Resurrection
The Centaur Tribe displayed unprecedented fury at the tragic death of the Unicorn.
They regarded the Forbidden Forest as their home and bore the responsibility of protecting it.
The brutal murder of the Unicorn was not only a desecration of life but also a provocation to the dignity of the Centaur Tribe.
Their eyes blazed with anger, and they gripped their bows and arrows tightly, seemingly ready to avenge the Unicornat any moment.
Moon looked at the Unicorn's corpse, sensing the sorrow and indignation emanating from the surrounding Centaurs, and felt a touch of emotion within him.
Voldemort's resurrection was imminent, and Moon knew he had to quickly increase his strength to prevent more tragedies and regrets.
His gaze lingered on the Unicorn's broken body, and a bold idea suddenly formed in his mind.
He had always wanted to try out his mutated Vulnera Sanentur, but he had never found a suitable target.
Perhaps, now was the chance?
He decided to try.
He would use his power to save this lost life, thereby proving his idea!
He said to Cassius, the Centaur leader, "Cassius, perhaps I can help it."
His tone was calm and confident, filled with an undeniable power.
When Bane, the Centaur, heard Moon's words, his brows furrowed tightly.
He immediately stepped forward and said in an urgent, slightly questioning tone, "Your esteemed Highness, the Unicorn is completely dead. Its soul has departed. In this world, no magic can resurrect it."
His tone was filled with sadness and helplessness.
He knew that even powerful Wizards could not reverse the passing of life; this was already a consensus in the magicworld.
Even a great Wizard like Dumbledore was powerless to change it.
Hermes suddenly stepped forward.
With his wise eyes, he gazed at Moon.
There was a hint of curiosity and anticipation on his face.
He knew that the power Moon possessed was far beyond what ordinary people could compare to.
He said in a gentle tone, "Your esteemed Highness, please don't be anxious. Let's go to the meeting hall first. It's more spacious and brighter there, and it will be convenient for you to cast your magic."
He then instructed the Centaur beside him, "Bane, take the Unicorn's body to the hall."
His actions seemed to imply that he already had a premonition of what Moon intended to do.
Moon nodded slightly, knowing that Hermes seemed to know something.
He turned to Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Hagrid, signaling them with his eyes to follow along.
Everyone followed Hermes and Cassius to a meeting hall built from huge trees and rocks.
At the top of the hall, a giant crystal was embedded, emitting a soft glow that illuminated the entire hall as if it were daylight.
Cassius and Hermes exchanged glances.
They both raised their arms, signaling all the surrounding Centaurs to withdraw.
In the vast hall, only Moon and his companions remained.
Hermes scanned everyone except Moon.
His tone became serious and solemn, as if he were recounting an ancient secret:
"Since you have followed His Highness here, you should also be aware of his special nature. I hope that everything you are about to witness will not be spread outside."
His tone carried a warning, as well as an undisguised anticipation, as if he wanted to personally witness the power Moon possessed.
Harry, Ron, Hermione, Hagrid, and Malfoy all showed puzzled expressions upon hearing Hermes's words.
They looked at each other, unsure of what would happen next, but they felt that this matter was certainly extraordinary.
Moon looked at these mysterious happenings before him.
His gaze finally settled on Hermes.
He asked in a steady voice, "High Priest Hermes, do you know what I am going to do?"
His tone was calm, yet carried an undeniable authority.
The Centaur Tribe was by no means an ordinary existence; they must know some secrets that he did not.
Hermes stepped forward and said reverently, "Your esteemed Highness, I have only guessed a little. Perhaps... you wish to resurrect this Unicorn."
His tone was filled with awe for Moon and trust in an ancient prophecy.
"Resurrect?"
Harry, Ron, Hermione, Hagrid, and Malfoy exploded in disbelief upon hearing Hermes's words.
Their faces all showed expressions of utter incredulity.
"Resurrect? How is that possible?!" Ron's eyes widened.
He couldn't help but exclaim, his voice filled with surprise and doubt.
In his understanding, death was irreversible, and even powerful Wizards could not bring life back.
"That's absolutely impossible! Not even Headmaster Dumbledore can do that!" Hermione also shook her head repeatedly.
She tried to use her knowledge to explain this incredible event, but in the end, her face was filled with confusion.
"Resurrection? Such a thing only exists in legends!"
Hagrid's rough, gravelly voice carried a hint of disbelief, "Even the founders of Hogwarts couldn't do such a thing!"
Although Malfoy didn't speak, his expression was the most exaggerated.
His eyes were wide open, and his face seemed to say, 'Are you all crazy?'
He completely disbelieved what Hermes had said.
They all felt that this was simply a fantasy.
Resurrecting dead creatures was absolutely impossible, even in the magical world!
Moon, however, remained exceptionally calm.
He looked at the shocked expressions on everyone's faces, his heart unperturbed, because he clearly knew that the power he possessed was beyond the comprehension of ordinary Wizards.
The Time-Space Power he wielded contained mysteries that transcended life and death.
"Moon, you know there's no such thing as resurrection magic in this world. Can you really do it? This is just too..."
Ron's tone was somewhat muddled.
He seemed unable to find the right adjectives to express his current feelings; his worldview seemed to have completely collapsed at that moment.
Moon ignored their doubts.
He simply fixed his gaze on Hermes again and asked in a calm yet confident tone, "High Priest Hermes, why do you believe I can achieve something like resurrection?"
He wanted to know why Hermes was so certain he would resurrect the Unicorn.
Hermes took a deep breath.
A pious expression appeared on his face, as if he were recounting an ancient secret.
He looked at Moon and said in a low voice, "It is said that a long, long time ago, our Centaur Tribe's ancestors suffered a devastating catastrophe for angering a supreme being. They were all deprived of life, their bodies strewn across the land. Our Centaur Tribe, at that moment, fell into complete despair."
Hermes paused.
His gaze became even more profound, and his tone carried a hint of reverence: "It was a deity who descended, and with his supreme power, resurrected them and bestowed upon us the ability to foresee the future. It is also because of the deity's protection that we can guard this forest, and wait for your arrival in the darkness."
His words were filled with reverence for the deity and trust in the prophecy.
"I believe, Your Highness, that you possess the same power as the deity! Only you can resurrect this Unicorn, and only you can lead us to a bright future."
Hermes's tone became even more devout.
His eyes gleamed with an almost fanatical light.
He firmly believed that Moon was the'Son of God' from the prophecy, and that everything Moon did would change the entire magical world's pattern.
After listening to Hermes's words, Moon fell silent for a moment.
He realized that the Centaur Tribe had always worshipped an unknown deity, and he seemed to have been regarded by them as the chosen messenger of that deity.
Perhaps he could make good use of these Centaurs' faith.
The corners of his mouth curved slightly, revealing a meaningful smile.
He said calmly, "Since you believe in me so much, then I shall let you witness the power of time!"
Everything that was about to happen would completely overturn their understanding and make these deity-worshipping Centaurs trust him even more.
His heart was also filled with anticipation.
His gaze fixed on the Unicorn's corpse before him, and his blood seemed to begin to boil!
He was about to challenge something no one in this magical world could do.
"Resurrection!"
Chapter 45 Resurrection failed?
Inside the enormous meeting hall, the atmosphere was incredibly oppressive.
Torches flickered on the surrounding walls, casting everyone's shadows onto the floor like distorted specters, filling the entire hall with an eerie and mysterious aura.
The completely stiffened Unicorn's corpse lay silently on the hall's floor.
Its fur had lost its luster, and its once pure white body had begun to show dark red spots—traces left by congealed blood.
Its horn had also lost its original spiritual energy, becoming dull and lifeless.
Its tightly closed eyes and lifeless body all proclaimed the passing of life.
Harry, Ron, Hermione, Hagrid, and Malfoy all stood not far from the Unicorn's corpse.
Their gazes were fixed on Moon, their eyes filled with doubt, confusion, and worry.
They couldn't believe that a first-year student could truly accomplish something as unnatural as resurrection, yet deep down, there was a faint glimmer of expectation.
Although they had witnessed the immense power Moonhad displayed, resurrection was truly beyond their comprehension.
They couldn't imagine how Moon would complete this impossible task.
Moon felt everyone's gaze but paid it no mind.
He took a deep breath, concentrating all his attention on the wand in his hand, slowly injecting the vast magical power within him into the wand.
The tip of his wand instantly emitted a dazzling silver-white light, like stars from the depths of the void, containing powerful energy fluctuations.
He chanted the spell, something he had learned from Snape over the past few days, and it was his first time using "Vulnera Sanentur" in a practical situation.
"Vulnera Sanentur!"
His voice was deep and powerful, like a resonant bell, echoing through the empty hall.
He raised his wand and gently waved it at the Unicorn's cold corpse.
A silver-white beam of light shot from the tip of his wand, directly hitting the Unicorn's stiff body.
The light, like the morning sun, gently caressed the Unicorn's body, dispelling the coldness and stillness from it.
The once congealed blood began to flow again, and the dark red spots gradually vanished under the silver light.
Time, at this moment, seemed to stand still.
Everyone's gaze was fixed on the Unicorn's corpse, not daring to make the slightest sound, fearing they might disturb Moon's spellcasting.
Then, the once stiff Unicorn began to show some subtle changes.
Its lusterless fur regained its pearly white sheen, the congealed blood was reabsorbed into its body, and its stiff limbs began to twitch slightly.
And its once lifeless body began to emit a faint spark of vitality.
Seeing this, Harry, Ron, and Hermione were filled with shock and disbelief.
They stared intently at the Unicorn before them, wanting to confirm that everything they saw was not an illusion.
Harry couldn't help but exclaim, "It moved! The Unicorn, it really moved!"
Ron, on the other hand, walked directly in front of the Unicorn.
He reached out his hand, trembling, and touched the Unicorn's body, saying in a slightly excited tone, "Really, really! Its body seems to have become... fresher!"
His tone carried a hint of excitement and also a hint of confusion, as if he couldn't comprehend how all of this was happening.
Hermione, hearing Ron describe the Unicorn as "fresher," couldn't help but roll her eyes, complaining in a helpless tone, "Ron! It's not meat, can you please stop using 'fresher' to describe it! And also, can't you be a little more serious?!"
Although her tone carried a hint of reproach, her eyes were also filled with shock, as resurrection was simply too unbelievable.
Ron, hearing Hermione's complaint, awkwardly scratched his head.
He knew he had said the wrong thing again and quickly retreated back into the crowd.
He focused his gaze on the Unicorn's corpse once more, his blue eyes full of curiosity.
Hagrid, seeing this, slightly widened his weathered eyes.
His beard also trembled slightly due to his inner shock.
His heart began to waver.
Could Moon truly achieve resurrection?
He quickly shook his head, trying to dispel the absurd thought from his mind.
After all, how could Moon do something that Dumbledorecouldn't?
He still believed that this was absolutely impossible.
Meanwhile, the Centaur leader Cassius and the High Priest Hermes, seeing the changes in the Unicorn, showed no disappointment; instead, they became even more devout.
Their bodies trembled slightly, and their wise eyes were filled with reverence and adoration for Moon.
They seemed even more certain that Moon was the "Son of God" from the prophecy, and the power he possessed had already exceeded their imagination.
They firmly believed that Moon would definitely create a miracle.
Moon watched the changes happening to the Unicorn's body, and he breathed a slight sigh of relief.
The effect of his "Vulnera Sanentur" had indeed not disappointed him.
With the enhancement of Time-Space Power, it truly possessed unimaginable strength.
He could clearly feel the vitality within the Unicorn's body gradually recovering.
He believed that given enough time, he could completely resurrect the Unicorn!
He concentrated, injecting the remaining magical power into his wand once more.
However, this time, he could clearly feel that the once abundant magical power in his body had become incredibly empty.
The rapidly draining magic caused a deep sense of weakness, and his body began to tremble slightly.
He had to finish this spellcasting quickly, or he might fall into danger.
He murmured, and waved his wand again.
The tip of the wand once again emitted an even more dazzling silver-white light.
The light instantly enveloped the Unicorn's entire body, completely wrapping it, as if using powerful energy to repair the Unicorn's broken body.
The silver light gradually disappeared, and the Unicorn's body stopped twitching.
It lay back on the ground, without the slightest change.
Its heart still wasn't beating, and it still wasn't breathing.
It was still dead.
Moon then slumped to the ground, his face pale and etched with deep fatigue.
He knew that the magical power in his body had been completely exhausted and could no longer sustain his spellcasting.
He could only achieve this much.
He needed to rest!
Moon gasped for breath, waiting for what would happen next, and hoping that his experiment would yield the results he desired.
Harry and the other four fell silent again at this sight.
Although they saw Moon's efforts, the Unicorn was still not resurrected.
This extinguished the hope that had briefly flickered within them, bringing them back to reality from their earlier excitement.
Perhaps the miracle they had hoped for would ultimately not come to pass.
Ron's face once again showed disappointment.
Hermione frowned, seemingly deep in thought again.
Hagrid also let out a slight sigh of relief; he still couldn't believe Moon could achieve resurrection, as it truly exceeded his understanding.
Only Cassius and Hermes maintained their devout smiles.
They exchanged glances, as if they saw through everything, and their eyes were once again filled with trust.
They believed that Moon had not failed, and that everything was developing in the direction they hoped for.
They could feel the power within Moon's body still present, and they believed that Moon would bring a miracle.
Because the "God" they awaited would never disappoint them!
Chapter 46 Success
Moon lay quietly on the ground.
He could clearly feel the emptiness of the magic power within his body, as well as the sense of exhaustion, as if he had just experienced a fierce battle.
He kept his eyes tightly shut, adjusting his breathing, and sinking his consciousness into his body.
In Moon's perception, the Unicorn lying on the ground was not merely restored to its original state on the surface; a strange change was occurring within its body.
Its Vulnera Sanentur, mutated by Time-Space Power, was not simply healing injuries but reversing time, sending the Unicorn's body back to the moment before it died.
However, the amount of time that could be altered with a single casting was limited; he needed to cast the spell multiple times to truly resurrect the Unicorn.
He could clearly feel that the Unicorn's body was undergoing repeated temporal cleansing, and each time, the Unicorn's vitality grew stronger.
But this subtle "time-space phenomenon" was imperceptible to ordinary people like Harry; only the Centaur Tribe, who possessed precognitive abilities, could sense a trace of time-space within it.
And it was precisely through their talents that the Centaur Chieftain Cassius and the High Priest Hermes faintly perceived the fluctuations of the Time-Space Power, which affirmed Moon's power, containing infinite possibilities.
Their hearts grew even more convinced that Moon was the "Son of God" they had been waiting for, who could lead them to a bright future.
While Moon was adjusting his breathing, he suddenly felt a warm power, like a trickling stream, flowing into his body.
He could clearly feel that the power came from Cassiusand Hermes; it was a pure and devout power of faith, filled with reverence and respect for the divine.
That power rapidly transformed into the magic he needed within his body, like sweet dew nourishing parched land, and his nearly depleted magic power was quickly recovering.
Moon's heart trembled slightly; this was the Centaur Tribehelping him in their unique way, supporting him in accomplishing this impossible miracle, and he could not betray the Centaur Tribe's trust.
He slowly opened his eyes and once again tightly gripped his magic wand.
He had to seize the moment and complete the final step of resurrecting the Unicorn; he could not waste any more time!
He slowly stood up and once again infused magic power into his wand.
This time, his magic wand emitted an unprecedentedly dazzling silver light, a light as bright as day, illuminating the entire hall as if it were daytime.
He concentrated, gathering all his magic power at the tip of his wand, and his voice rang out again, like a chant from the heavens: "Vulnera Sanentur!"
He cast Vulnera Sanentur twice in quick succession, and two silver beams of light were released from the tip of his wand, instantly plunging into the Unicorn's body.
He clearly felt his magic power draining rapidly, like a flood.
Under the effect of the two silver lights, the Unicorn's body began to undergo even more astonishing changes.
Its previously stiff body began to tremble violently, its limbs began to kick weakly at the ground, and its tightly shut eyes suddenly opened, revealing a pair of blue pupils filled with confusion and fear.
As the last spell ended, a miracle finally occurred!
The Unicorn's heart, which had stopped beating, regained its vitality and began to beat rhythmically.
Its breathing also became steady, and its body gradually grew warm, radiating the vitality of life.
The Unicorn was truly resurrected!
Seeing the Unicorn open its eyes again, Ron was the first to exclaim.
He completely disregarded his image, jumping up, his freckled face flushed red with excitement.
"Oh my god! It's really resurrected! Moon, you really resurrected it! You're absolutely amazing!"
His tone was filled with excitement and agitation, seemingly unable to believe what he was seeing.
Malfoy had completely forgotten his previous fear.
He stood with his mouth wide open, staring at the Unicornthat had stood up again, his eyes almost popping out of his head.
His face was filled with disbelief and admiration, and he said in a trembling voice, "This… how is this possible? Moon, how did you do it? This is too miraculous!"
His voice was filled with adoration for Moon's power.
Hermione's brain seemed to have short-circuited as well.
She looked at the Unicorn, which had regained its vitality, her face filled with disbelief, and she muttered, "This… this is impossible. I've read so many books that say death is irreversible! What exactly is going on?!"
Her worldview seemed to have been greatly impacted; all the knowledge she had learned seemed to lose its meaning at this moment.
Hagrid, upon seeing this scene, was completely stunned.
His weathered face had completely lost its color.
His eyes were wide as saucers, his breathing became rapid, and his beard trembled slightly with shock.
He looked at the Unicorn that had stood up again, then turned to Moon, muttering repeatedly, "This… this… how is this possible? Dumbledore couldn't even do this; how… how did you do it?"
His decades-long worldview completely collapsed at this moment.
Everything he had believed in seemed to be on the verge of crumbling, even making him question his own life.
While everyone was still in shock, the Unicorn slowly adapted to its restored body.
It surveyed its surroundings with its pure blue eyes, and its spiritual gaze finally rested on Moon.
As if thanking Moon for saving its life, it lowered its noble head and gently nudged Moon's clothes with its head.
Its eyes were filled with gratitude and trust.
And the Centaur Chieftain Cassius and the High Priest Hermes, upon witnessing the miracle of the Unicorn's resurrection, also began to tremble slightly.
Their hearts were filled with excitement, and their eyes were filled with fanaticism and piety.
They simultaneously knelt on the ground, prostrating themselves before Moon, continuously chanting ancient hymns praising the divine.
"Oh, great Son of God! Your power has surpassed our understanding! The miracles you have created will forever be remembered by us! You are the savior the Centaur Tribehas been waiting for! We will forever follow you and dedicate all our loyalty!"
Their voices carried an incredibly solemn tone; they truly regarded Moon as the deity they worshipped, and their souls found their true home because of it.
Moon slowly stood up from the ground.
Although his body still felt weak, his heart was filled with an unprecedented confidence.
He clearly felt that the power within him seemed to have undergone a sublimation, and he could feel that his goal was approaching step by step.
Chapter 47: Subjugating the Centaurs
The resurrected Unicorn, in the first ray of morning light, emanated a sacred glow.
It was like a miracle, displaying the power Moonpossessed, a power that transcended the laws of nature.
And the Unicorn's resurrection also brought about a huge change in everyone's hearts.
Harry had been keeping his head down, his usually vibrant green eyes now dull and lifeless.
His small, thin body trembled slightly due to the intense emotional fluctuations within him.
He tightly clenched his hands, his fingernails digging deep into his palms, trying to keep himself clear-headed.
He didn't know what he was thinking at the moment, only that some emotion within him was rapidly growing.
Suddenly, he reached out a trembling small hand and gently tugged at Moon's clothes, his voice low and hoarse, with a hint of barely perceptible longing: "Moon, can... humans also?"
His tone was filled with confusion, yet also with a glimmer of hope.
He looked up, gazing at Moon with an almost pleading look, his eyes filled with endless longing—a profound yearning for lost loved ones.
Moon turned his head and saw the hopeful gaze in Harry's eyes, sighing softly in his heart.
He knew that what Harry longed for was whether the miracle of resurrecting the Unicorn could be used to resurrect his parents.
Harry longed to return to that warm home, longed to feel the love from his parents.
Moon reached out and gently placed his hand on Harry's shoulder, his tone becoming exceptionally gentle, wanting to soothe the deep sadness and loneliness within Harry: "Harry, I understand your feelings, I know what you want."
"Yes, but Harry, you should have seen that its death was not long ago, less than twelve hours, and I still had to try my best to resurrect it.
And, I don't currently possess the ability to fully resurrect a soul."
His tone was full of helplessness; he also understood that with his current strength, resurrecting someone who had died many years ago was still an impossible task.
He could only tell Harry all the current circumstances truthfully; he didn't want to give Harry unrealistic fantasies.
When Harry heard Moon's words, his eyes instantly dimmed.
He silently lowered his head, seemingly struck by Moon's words.
He tightly pressed his lips together, saying nothing, his once hopeful heart once again swallowed by despair.
He knew that his recent thoughts were somewhat unrealistic, and he clearly knew that everything he longed for would require a long wait to truly come true.
Moon could feel Harry's disappointment; he also knew how much Harry missed his parents, how much he longed for the warmth of a family.
He gently patted Harry's shoulder, his tone becoming firm and confident, his eyes also filled with the light of hope: "But, Harry, you must believe me, in the future, I will definitely be able to resurrect your parents!
I will use my power to make up for everything you have lost!"
His words were like a lighthouse in the darkness, instantly igniting the hope in Harry's heart.
Harry abruptly looked up, the flame of hope rekindled in his previously dim eyes.
He stared intently at Moon, and said with a firm tone: "Yes! Moon! I believe you! I will always believe you!"
His words were filled with trust in Moon.
He believed that what Moon said would definitely come true, he believed that Moon possessed the power to change everything, and he also believed that Moon would help him resurrect his parents.
When Hagrid saw this scene, his gaze scanned back and forth between Moon and Harry.
He opened his mouth, as if wanting to say something, but ultimately hesitated.
His heart was filled with conflict; on one hand, he wanted to remind Moon how dangerous resurrection was, and on the other hand, he didn't want to dampen Moon's confidence.
He fell into deep entanglement.
Moon was no longer the ordinary little boy he knew, possessing power he couldn't comprehend, and his future was full of infinite possibilities.
Meanwhile, the Centaur Tribe leader Cassius and the High Priest Hermes still maintained their prostrate posture, devoutly lying on the ground.
They continuously chanted ancient hymns praising the gods; their souls seemed to be immersed in their adoration of Moon.
They had completely regarded Moon as the deity they worshipped, and all they could do was devout prayer and unconditional following.
Moon looked at the people before him, his heart filled with emotion.
He felt the responsibility on his shoulders growing heavier and heavier, and what he would face would be even greater challenges.
He sighed softly, his gaze sweeping over the Centaur Tribeleader and High Priest who were still kneeling.
He said in a gentle voice: "Cassius, High Priest Hermes, please rise.
It's almost dawn, and I should return to Hogwarts."
With a hint of helplessness, he knew he had to return to Hogwarts as soon as possible to prevent Voldemort's resurrection and complete the system tasks.
Cassius and Hermes slowly stood up after hearing Moon's words.
Their eyes still held reverence and adoration for Moon.
The power Moon possessed had far exceeded their understanding, and all they could do was follow him, assist him, and become the sharpest sword in his hand.
"Respected Highness, please allow us to present you with a small gift."
Cassius held a box made of precious wood in both hands.
He handed the box to Moon.
When the box was opened, it revealed an exquisitely crafted small golden conch shell.
On the conch shell, the unique totem of the Centaur Tribewas carved, emitting a faint luster under the morning light.
Cassius explained: "Highness, this is our Centaur Tribe's most precious treasure, the 'Conch of Summoning.'
It possesses the power to summon our Centaur Tribe.
If you carry it with you and need us, just blow it, and our Centaur Tribe will surely come to assist Your Highness."
His tone was solemn and sacred; he hoped that this power from the Centaur Tribe could help Moon, and better help their Son of God grow.
Moon nodded slightly and took the small conch shell from Cassius's hand.
He could feel the powerful energy contained within the conch shell, and he could also clearly feel the Centaur Tribe's loyalty and their expectations for him.
He must not betray their trust.
"Thank you all."
Moon said softly, his tone filled with gratitude.
He knew how precious this gift was to the Centaur Tribe, and he would use this power to protect everything he cherished.
"Highness, you are welcome.
This is our duty.
Our Centaur Tribe will forever be loyal to you."
Hermes replied, bowing his head devoutly, expressing his absolute loyalty to Moon.
Moon nodded again; he had completely gained the Centaur Tribe's recognition, and all his efforts had finally yielded some reward.
He turned to look at Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Hagrid, and said in a calm voice: "We should go too; it's almost dawn."
He needed to hurry back to Hogwarts; he still had many things to do.
Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Hagrid also nodded.
The group once again embarked on the journey back to Hogwarts, the air filled with the coolness of the morning, mixed with a faint, fresh scent of herbs.
Chapter 48 Adopting a Unicorn
The first ray of morning sun pierced through the dense branches and leaves of the Forbidden Forest, casting dappled light and shadow on the ground.
Amidst this interplay of light and shadow, a pure white Unicorn, carrying a slender figure, slowly walked on the path back to Hogwarts.
On the Unicorn's back, Moon was resting with his eyes closed.
He felt the magic in his body gradually recovering, and he also organized the information in his mind.
After last night's battle, his power had greatly improved, and his "Time Perception" ability gave him a clearer foresight of the future.
Surrounding the Unicorn were Harry, Ron, Hermione, Hagrid, and Malfoy.
They walked with heavy steps, closely following behind the Unicorn.
Their eyes were filled with shock, doubt, curiosity, and a hint of unconcealed excitement, as if they were experiencing a fantastical journey.
Behind them was a silent troop of Centaurs, armed with bows and spears, following silently like guardians.
Their steps were solemn and firm, and their eyes were filled with awe and respect for Moon.
Their appearance seemed to herald the arrival of a king.
This magnificent procession moved through the Forbidden Forest, appearing exceptionally grand and mysterious.
As they gradually approached Hogwarts Castle, some scattered students began to appear.
Seeing such a peculiar scene, they all showed expressions of shock and curiosity.
They had never seen such a sacred creature carrying a human Wizard, nor could they understand what was happening.
Those students who were jogging in the morning had now completely stopped.
They gaped, staring blankly at the scene before them.
Their eyes were filled with shock and doubt, seemingly unable to believe what they were seeing.
Some even rubbed their eyes to make sure they weren't dreaming.
"Look! That... that looks like a Unicorn!" a bold girl exclaimed to her classmate beside her, her voice trembling slightly.
"Oh my! That Unicorn is carrying someone! That person looks like Moon White!" another boy's eyes widened, his tone filled with disbelief. "How... how did he do that?"
They began to whisper, discussing Moon's identity and the reason for the Unicorn's presence.
Their curiosity was thoroughly ignited, and they all pulled out their wands, using various spells to record this rare sight.
Many more ran back to the castle, wanting to share this scene with their friends.
The Unicorn carried Moon, unimpeded, to the gates of Hogwarts Castle.
It stopped, lowered its head, and gently nudged Moon's clothes, as if expressing its reluctance to part.
Moon looked up and gently stroked the Unicorn's cold horn.
He knew that this Unicorn was still very weak after its recent rebirth and needed to rest well.
And the Professors of Hogwarts would not agree to it staying by his side, as it would greatly affect his studies.
He felt the Unicorn's soft fur and said in a soothing tone, "Alright, thank you for bringing me back. Go wait for me by the edge of the Forbidden Forest for a bit. I'll come see you after I've handled some things."
The Unicorn was already sentient and could understand his words.
He needed the Unicorn to temporarily return to its familiar place.
The Unicorn seemed to understand the meaning of Moon's words. It looked at Moon again with its blue eyes, then let out a low whinny.
It turned around and disappeared back into the dark forest, and the other Centaurs who had followed also silently followed behind it, vanishing at the edge of the forest.
Hagrid watched the departing Unicorn, then turned to Moon, his face showing a conflicted expression.
He tightly clenched his fists and asked with some hesitation, "Um... Moon, about the Forbidden Forest... I want to talk to Dumbledore about it, if that's okay?"
The power Moon had displayed had far exceeded his comprehension.
All he could do was tell Dumbledore everything and let the great Wizard make the decision.
Moon looked at Hagrid's slightly worried eyes.
He knew Hagrid's inner conflict.
He looked at Hagrid with calm eyes, a faint smile on his face.
This matter would be known to Dumbledore sooner or later.
"It's alright, Hagrid, you can tell Headmaster Dumbledore, there's nothing to it." Moon nodded gently, knowing he couldn't stop Hagrid.
All he could do now was accept whatever might happen.
He turned his head and looked at Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Malfoy, his voice becoming serious: "Regarding my ability to revive the Unicorn, try not to speak of it.
I'm sure you also understand what kind of chaos and danger this matter would bring if it spread."
His intimidating gaze focused particularly on Malfoy.
Malfoy felt Moon's cold eyes and trembled suddenly.
He quickly Shrinking his neck, guaranteeing with a trembling voice: "Don't worry, Moon, I... I definitely won't say anything, I swear!"
His tone was filled with fear.
He knew that if Moon wanted to do anything to him, he had no power to resist.
Harry, Ron, and Hermione also nodded, knowing the importance of the matter.
They all said with firm voices, "Moon, don't worry, we won't say anything.
Besides, no one would believe such an outrageous thing if we did, and we don't want to be seen as crazy."
They all showed absolute trust in Moon.
Moon nodded with satisfaction, knowing his friends would keep his secret.
The group passed through the castle gates and entered the Hogwarts campus.
The surrounding students, upon seeing them, all stopped.
Their gazes were all focused on Moon, whispering and discussing the peculiar scene of Moon riding a Unicorn into the castle.
They also speculated who Moon was, to be able to tame such a sacred magic creature.
"Look! Is that Moon White? He can really ride a Unicorn?"
"Who exactly is he? Is he a legendary magic genius?"
"That's incredible! I've never seen anything so amazing!"
Their voices were low, but still loud enough for Moon and his companions to hear.
Their discussions made Moon and his group the focus of the entire Hogwarts.
Moon didn't pay attention to the students' discussions around him; he was more concerned with Voldemort's current state.
Chapter 49 Go to the third floor
Inside Hogwarts Castle, the morning sun streamed through tall windows, casting a warm golden glow on the mottled stone walls, illuminating everything in the corridor.
Hagrid stood in Professor McGonagall's office, his massive frame almost filling half the room.
His face showed a hint of disappointment and confusion, and he clutched a crumpled hat tightly in his hand, his weathered eyes having lost their usual sparkle.
"I just went to the Headmaster's office to see Headmaster Dumbledore, but…" Hagrid said in his deep, hoarse voice to Professor McGonagall, who sat behind her desk wearing glasses.
His tone was tinged with helplessness; he wanted to tell Dumbledore everything about the Forbidden Forest and seek his advice, but he found that Dumbledore seemed not to be at Hogwarts.
Professor McGonagall pushed her glasses up her nose, her stern face revealing a trace of weariness and worry.
She sighed softly, saying with a hint of resignation, "Headmaster Dumbledore just received an owl from the Ministry of Magic; it seems something important has happened in London, and he has already left immediately for London."
She knew that Headmaster Dumbledore's departure meant she would have to manage all of Hogwarts alone.
Hagrid's eyes instantly dimmed upon hearing Professor McGonagall's words, and his mountain-like body trembled slightly.
He silently lowered his head and said in a dejected tone, "Oh... alright, we'll talk later."
He knew that the matter he faced was far beyond his ability to resolve, and he had to wait for Headmaster Dumbledore's return.
As Hagrid walked out of the office, Moon and the other three, who were waiting at the door, immediately gathered around him.
Their faces were filled with anxiety and worry; they wanted to know where Dumbledore was, if he had learned everything that happened in the Forbidden Forest, and they also wanted to hear his advice.
"Hagrid, do you know where Headmaster Dumbledore is?" Harry asked anxiously, his voice full of anticipation, hoping Headmaster Dumbledore would return to Hogwarts soon to lead them in resolving the current crisis.
Hagrid shook his head, his bearded face etched with disappointment.
He replied in a low voice, "Professor McGonagall said Headmaster Dumbledore went to London; he's not at Hogwarts."
His large frame also appeared incredibly weary.
Hermione's face showed disappointment when she heard Dumbledore was not at Hogwarts.
Clutching her wand tightly, she said with a hint of anxiety, "No way! Why did he leave at this particular time? What are we going to do now?"
She felt a faint unease, realizing that they would have to find their own way forward.
Hagrid seemed unaffected by Dumbledore's departure.
He turned to Moon, a warm smile returning to his face.
He patted his chest and said in a booming voice, "Moon, don't you worry! I'll take good care of your Unicorn; you must be extra careful!"
Having said that, he eagerly took his giant strides and hurried towards his hut.
He now only wanted to return to the edge of the Forbidden Forest as quickly as possible to see the resurrected Unicorn.
Moon watched Hagrid's departing back, his heart filled with helplessness.
Hagrid couldn't help much; he had to rely on himself to change everything.
Thinking of Dumbledore immediately leaving for Londonupon receiving the letter, a hint of speechlessness appeared at the corner of Moon's mouth, and he grumbled in his heart, "That old busybody, as soon as he heard about his old flame Grindelwald, he ran faster than anyone else.
What I told him was completely useless; it seems I still have to rely on myself!"
He pondered all the plans he had to execute next, knowing he had to accelerate his progress and absolutely not allow Voldemort to regain too much strength.
Harry, Hermione, and Ron exchanged glances, vaguely sensing the anxiety hidden beneath Moon's calm exterior.
"Moon, we have something to tell you." Harry took a deep breath, deciding to tell Moon everything they knew.
They had to unite to overcome everything.
Moon looked at Harry's serious expression, his heart stirring slightly, knowing they must have discovered something as well.
"On our way back, combining the clues we investigated earlier, we discovered a huge secret!" Harry said earnestly, his tone filled with both excitement and unease.
His eyes were fixed on Moon, hoping Moon would give him an affirmative answer.
"Oh?" Moon raised an eyebrow, feigning surprise, his voice full of curiosity.
He knew the secret Harry and the others were referring to must be related to the restricted section on the third floor.
Harry took a deep breath and continued, "We discovered that Voldemort seems to want to get the Philosopher's Stone from the third floor! He wants to use it to resurrect himself! If he succeeds, the entire magic world will be plunged into darkness; we must stop him!"
His tone was filled with determination; he had to stand up and fight against the Dark Lord who threatened the entire world and prevent Voldemort from getting the Philosopher's Stone.
Moon thought, Harry and the others have indeed sensed the truth of the matter, knowing that he could no longer hide.
He must face the upcoming challenges with them, especially needing Harry's strength.
He nodded and replied in a calm voice, "I also know about this, and I also clearly know that Voldemort is currently at Hogwarts, but he is very weak right now."
His words carried a subtle warning; he didn't want Harryand the others to worry too much.
"What?!" Ron exclaimed, his face showing an expression of disbelief, and his body trembled slightly.
"He... he's actually at Hogwarts? How... how is this possible?!"
Hermione also frowned, asking in a serious tone, "What exactly is going on? How can we stop him?"
She knew Voldemort's power far exceeded what they could imagine, and they had to prepare in advance to ensure everything was foolproof.
"We need to go to the third floor, find the Philosopher's Stone, and not let Voldemort steal it!" Harry's eyes were firm, and his tone carried an undeniable strength.
He had already made up his mind; he would fight for everything he cherished!
"Alright then, let's go to the third floor together!" Moonsaid earnestly.
Moon, Harry, Hermione, and Ron exchanged glances, their eyes filled with determination and courage, knowing they were about to face a huge challenge and that they must stick together.
Chapter 50: Hardcore Breakthrough (Part 1)
Moon and the three others cautiously made their way to the end of the third-floor corridor.
Before them was the very door that led to the restricted area.
To everyone's surprise, the door, which should have been tightly shut, was now open.
A chilling aura emanated from within, sending shivers down their spines.
"This... how can this be? Someone must have gone in!" Ronexclaimed, his face showing panic as he saw the open door, his voice trembling slightly, a sense of unease starting to grow within him.
He instinctively felt that things seemed to have spiraled out of control, and they might have been a step too late.
Moon ignored Ron's gasp, his vigilance intensifying.
He slowly raised his wand and softly chanted, "Invisible, unseen, coming and going without a trace."
A faint glow instantly enveloped Moon, Harry, Ron, and Hermione.
Their figures vanished into thin air.
They were now like transparent ghosts, able to move silently through the corridor without fear of being discovered by others.
For Moon, at this point, casting such a low-level Invisibility Charm required almost no magic consumption; he could do it at will.
He gestured for everyone to proceed with caution, then led the way through the door to the third-floor restricted area.
Through the door was a dark room.
In the center of the room, a giant harp was placed, its strings emitting a faint glow, seemingly radiating some mysterious power.
And in front of the harp lay the sleeping, massive, and fierce Three-headed dog—Fluffy.
Moon's gaze quickly scanned the room; he could not afford the slightest oversight.
He slowly raised his wand, injecting the faint magic within him into the harp.
As Moon's magic was injected, the giant harp began to tremble slightly.
Its strings also began to play on their own, emitting a melodious and soothing tune.
The music seemed to possess a magical power that made people feel incredibly calm and comfortable.
Three-headed dog Fluffy, upon hearing the sound of the harp, gradually lost its vigilant gaze, becoming hazy.
Its mountain-like body slowly lay down on the ground, emitting heavy breaths.
Its three massive heads also drooped, seemingly completely fallen into a deep sleep.
Moon knew he had to act quickly, so he gestured to the three behind him, signaling them to follow closely.
They silently passed the Three-headed dog and arrived at a wooden door hidden in the ground—the entrance to the next level.
Harry, Ron, and Hermione once again felt a pang of fear seeing Fluffy's massive body.
They gripped their wands tightly, afraid of accidentally waking this terrifying guardian beast, but at the same time, they deeply admired Moon's effortless control.
Moon gently opened the wooden door.
A damp, sticky aura instantly rushed out.
They could clearly feel that some dangerous presence seemed to be hidden beneath the wooden door.
But they still jumped down without hesitation, and what awaited them was a sticky and soft Devil's Snare.
As soon as the four fell into the Devil's Snare, they were immediately enveloped by its sticky touch.
It was a very uncomfortable experience; the slender vines tightly wrapped around their bodies, seemingly wanting to completely devour them.
A suffocating feeling surged into their hearts.
But before the Devil's Snare could attack, the effect of their Invisibility Charm was also triggered at the same time.
The Time-Space Power carried by the Invisibility Charmonce again demonstrated its strength.
They appeared as if flashing, instantly reappearing beneath the Devil's Snare.
They didn't even have time to feel how they had passed through the Devil's Snare before they had safely landed on the ground.
Harry and Ron exclaimed, their voices filled with disbelief.
"Oh my goodness! What's going on! How did we suddenly appear here? I feel like my body just flashed!" Ron excitedly waved his arms.
He felt as if he possessed magical power and could Time Travel at will.
"Yeah! Moon, what exactly is going on? I feel like I suddenly flew here." Harry's eyes also widened.
He felt the lightness within his body, his tone filled with surprise, seemingly wanting a more accurate answer from Moon.
Hermione looked at Moon expectantly for an answer.
She realized that even though her knowledge base far surpassed Ron's and Harry's, in the face of these abilities, the knowledge she possessed truly seemed insufficient.
Moon ignored their exclamations, his heart calm.
He explained, "This is the Time Travel characteristic that comes with the Invisibility Charm; it can Time Travel a certain distance.
We must leave here as soon as possible to conserve magic!" His tone carried a hint of seriousness.
Now was not the time to relax; he had to seize every minute and second to solve the problems ahead.
"Buzz buzz buzz ~"
Suddenly, a sound came from a distance.
The sound was like a swarm of bees, growing louder and clearer as it approached.
Moon led the way.
They quickly arrived in a spacious room.
They were stunned by the sight before them.
Above the room, countless winged keys floated.
They flew continuously in the air like caged birds.
Their wings made a buzzing sound, a sound that made people feel very uneasy.
On the other side of the room, a worn-out flying broomstick was placed.
It floated quietly in mid-air, seemingly waiting for its owner to appear.
Harry's eyes lit up when he saw the flying broomstick, and an excited expression appeared on his face.
He felt that he had finally found his place to be useful.
But Ron suddenly stepped forward and slammed his head hard against the closed door.
His already somewhat muddled head directly hit the hard wooden door, and his body immediately bounced back, landing on the ground with a dull thud.
Hermione, seeing Ron's foolishness, couldn't help but cover her face, saying in a tone of exasperation, "Ron! What are you doing?! Did you hit your head and make yourself stupid again!"
"I... I just wanted to try.
Since we could pass through the Devil's Snare, maybe we could pass through the door too!" Ron said weakly.
He scratched his head, an embarrassed smile on his face, not understanding the true principle of Moon's Invisibility Charm.
"Although my Invisibility Charm can Time Travel, it cannot pass through objects protected by magic," Moon said to Ron with a helpless tone.
He could feel Ron's simplicity and knew not to underestimate Ron.
In the original story, he could sacrifice himself to pass the challenge.
This was a kindness and courage that ordinary people could not achieve, and it was also Ron's unique charm.
"Then what should we do?" Hermione frowned tightly.
She scanned the countless keys floating above the room, her voice tinged with anxiety.
She began to think about how to find the one unique key among these thousands of keys.
Ron looked at the keyhole of the door and analyzed, "We should look for an old and rusty key."
Harry's eyes suddenly became sharp.
As if he had discovered something incredible, he pointed to one of the keys and said, "Look! There, there's a key.
Its wing seems to be broken!"
Everyone looked in the direction Harry pointed.
Sure enough, among the dense keys, there was a rusty old key whose small wing seemed to have been torn, unable to flap normally.
It circled with difficulty in the air, much slower than the other keys.
Harry looked at the flying broomstick suspended in mid-air again and instantly made a decision in his heart: "It seems we need to use the broom to chase that key.
Only by catching that key can we open the door!"
He seemed filled with excitement, feeling that he had finally found what he should do.
Just as Harry was about to grab the broom, Moon suddenly raised his right hand and gently grabbed forward.
His hand seemed to pierce through time and space, instantly appearing above the broken-winged key, grabbing it in his hand.
He lowered his head, looking at the key in his hand.
The key seemed to sense his power, instantly becoming quiet and no longer struggling.
Moon smiled and said, "See, it's simple!"
He pointed the key in his hand at the door, aligned it with the keyhole, and gently twisted.
The lock turned, and the originally tightly shut door was easily opened.
