Roman panted hard, almost believing Lodi's words, but anxiety still coiled tight in his chest over this thief.
"What do you mean by me being your strongest master?" Roman asked firmly, jaw clenched.
Lodi let out a low chuckle. "Because Feren Howel asked me to dig up dirt on you, sir. He wanted leverage to come to Kingston. He planned something behind your back using that video. And Mrs. Kingston used the same video to pressure you, did she not? So whoever has that video holds the greatest power."
Roman frowned. He knew exactly how that video could destroy his family's name if it ever fell into the wrong hands.
With the chairman election just around the corner, he would do anything to make sure no one uncovered his father's disgrace.
