Under the horrified gazes of countless soldiers, a terrifying giant beast with bronze-colored skin crawled out from the energy-crackling wormhole—demonic in appearance. This was Mutavore, announcing doomsday's return with its roar!

In this world, everyone knew the terror of Kaiju. This beast, nearly a hundred meters even in its crawling state, could undoubtedly tear them all to shreds.
Before Jaegers were developed, the military's only means against Kaiju was nuclear weapons—and it took more than one nuke to eliminate a Kaiju.
Here, they couldn't possibly use nukes.
The soldiers' weapons hitting Mutavore's skin couldn't harm this defense-specialized giant beast at all.
As Mutavore leaped upward with all its might, the armory ceiling was torn open. Amid flames and debris, Mutavore climbed to the top of the armory, surveyed the entire military base, and released another earth-shaking roar into the night sky.
"ROAR!!!"
Without intervention, the entire base would soon fall to the Kaiju's unbridled destruction.
"This is Texas Army military base. A Category IV Kaiju has invaded the base interior. Requesting support!" Commander Walker immediately coordinated the scene while reporting to his superiors. "Repeat, requesting support!"
A Category IV Kaiju appearing inside the base—the situation had far exceeded their expectations.
"Support is arriving on scene. Evacuate personnel immediately. We'll complete the next battle together." The voice answering through the comm wasn't his expected superior, but another somewhat familiar voice.
Hearing this voice, Commander Walker froze.
"Mr. Stacker?"
"Why...?"
He recognized the voice as Stacker Pentecost, but the man should be the former PPDC Marshal. Why could he directly access military communications now?
"Well... that's a long story."
"But right now, I need your cooperation—and the cooperation of commanders at several other bases." Marshal Stacker's voice continued through the military channel.
Taylor hadn't been idle during this time. He'd proposed and passed the PPDC's reconstruction within the UN, and transferred overall command authority for subsequent Kaiju combat operations to Marshal Stacker.
With his past experience, connections, and recent achievements, no one objected to Marshal Stacker's reinstatement.
"How do we cooperate—" Commander Walker was about to ask for specifics when he saw through the window a streak of fire rapidly approaching the base through the night sky.
"Mako, slow down!"
"Prepare for impact!"
"Right!"
Commander Walker saw a massive Jaeger with a rocket booster mounted on its back streak across the night sky, heading straight for Mutavore roaring atop the armory.
"BOOM!!"
The next second, they collided. The massive Kaiju was sent flying by this Jaeger that everyone found familiar.
Though they'd slowed down, the impact force was still tremendous.
"THOOM!!"
The Jaeger and beast tumbled through the air. Only after the rocket completely burned out did they land on the ground behind the military base, rolling repeatedly before finally stopping. Mutavore was flung even farther.
"That's..."
"Gipsy Danger!"
"It's a Hunter Jaeger! They've come to support us!"
Many soldiers recognized the dark blue massive Jaeger. Gipsy Danger slowly rose from the ground, its blazing reactor core and searchlights fighting the surrounding darkness, its deafening siren dispelling the fear in their hearts.
This scene occurred simultaneously at military bases across multiple countries.
Germany, Bavaria.
"Look at the sky!"
"What is that!?"
Soldiers at the military base looked up to see a streak of fire on the horizon.
"Shaolin Rogue, arriving at combat zone!" Hansen Jr. shouted in the cockpit.
The silver-white Jaeger dove down with rocket booster assistance, its legs plowing two furrows in the earth as it slowly straightened, fists clenched.
Stepping forward like a warrior monk, gears grinding in its heavy frame, it delivered a twisting whip kick toward the Category IV Kaiju Otachi ahead.
"I'll make you regret coming to Earth!"
France, Mediterranean coast.
"Can't hold the line—fall back!"
"Damn it, these weapons are useless!"
"So this is a Kaiju..."
A crocodile-like Category IV Kaiju, Raiju, emerged from the wormhole opened by the Kaiju Jaegers, tearing through steel structures, its vicious gaze sweeping across the entire base.
The soldiers retreated steadily under the Kaiju's assault.
"ROAR!" Raiju was about to unleash more thorough destruction when, after taking just two steps forward, it seemed to sense danger and looked skyward.
"Cherno Alpha, arriving at combat zone!" Sasha and Aleksis said in unison.
"THOOM!"
The rocket booster detached mid-air. The heavy Cherno Alpha dropped straight onto Raiju's head, catching it off guard and pinning it beneath!
"ROAR!" Raiju roared in fury, but a massive iron fist already slammed into its head.
"Don't give it a chance to breathe!"
"Take this!" The couple in the cockpit displayed fierce combat prowess, unleashing a barrage on Raiju beneath them.
"Yeah! Nice hit!"
"Woohoo~ Cherno Alpha!" The soldiers cheered with raised arms at the sight.
China, Changzhou—former Shatterdome, now Kaiju Defense Interception Special Base.
"It's Crimson Typhoon!"
"They're here!"
"The Jaeger assembled in Changzhou has returned!"
When people saw that familiar crimson, their hearts surged with excitement. This was the Jaeger once assembled at this base, once viewed as their hope.
The massive Jaeger slowly landed amid rocket exhaust.
"Crimson Typhoon, arriving at combat zone!" The three Tang brothers—Wei Tiger, Wei Dragon, and Wei Cheung—shouted in unison from the cockpit.
"For our country!"
The crimson Jaeger strode forward, charging toward the Category IV Kaiju Virus ahead. It grabbed the Kaiju's torso and, with assistance from small back-mounted thrusters, lifted into a high handstand. The heavy frame twisted, completing a flip.
The instant it landed, it immediately used the momentum to hurl the Kaiju backward.
"THOOM!"
The heavy body crashed into the ground. Dust billowed.
"Thundercloud Formation!"
Crimson Typhoon's three arms extended simultaneously as it strode toward the Kaiju, its lethal momentum rising steadily!
