Antonio remained silent for a long moment, the ticking of the old clock the only sound in the room. Finally, he looked away, staring out at the garden covered in snow.
"You've always had too much imagination. Go see your husband. Dante needs your 'intuition' more than I do."
Natasha stared intently at the old man, as if ignoring his words. "If you can't take care of my sons, you should let me and Dante take them out of the country. You insist on keeping them with you, but only to use them as your business tools. I can't protect them from you, I just ask you not to cause them suffer."
Antonio chuckled, grabbed his cigar, and lit it. "Suffer? A witch like you, wanting to raise a child. The only thing you and that stupid man care about is having fun. What do you know about responsibility?"
