The pregnancy passed quick. too quick.
From jay's cravings and having keifer massage her feet and online classes.
To today.jay is 8 months along. At University she was stubborn and wanted to attend offline. Keifer trailing right behind her.wabbling her way into class.
That's when it happened.
Jay clutched her stomach tight. In pain.
Keifer noticed and immediately rushed to her.
She gasped.blood pouring down.
A lot of blood.
To much.
Her knees buckaled beneath her.he caught her as always.
Eyes dark with concern.
"I have got you. I got you.i got you."
He whispered more to himself than her. Forcing calm into his voice but obviously failing.
"Someone call an ambulance " he shouted. Tears falling down his cheeks.
"Jay- please keep your eyes open.dont close them okay i got you." his voice cracked.
At the hospital :
The doctors said the bleeding was severe.they needed to do surgery. The twins were in distress.Early labour.
They asked him.him.if they were complications with the surgery who should they save.
In a heartbeat he picked jay.
The surgery took hours jay lost a lot of blood. But she made it.all 3 did.
The nurses brought the babies to keifer.
A healthy boy and a healthy girl.
Keifers pov:
The moment i held them. Its like i feel in love again.
Im a father now.of these two beautiful kids.
A baby jay and a baby me.
So beautiful. So tiny.so small.
I named them.me and jay had already picked the names.
Jeanine olivia watson.
Micheal keir watson.
My life.
I brought them to our family.and friends.
Everyone cried.including section e.
"Wheres jay?" her tita asked.
"In the icu. It will take her a few hours for her to wake up." i smiled.she is doing well.
hours later:
I sit beside jays hospital bed waiting for her to wake up.
Her eyes finally fluttered open.
"Keifer?" she called out.
"Yes love my sunshine im here"
"Where- where are my babies. Please tell me there okay. "
"They are.they are healthy. I already filled their birth certificates. You did well"
She breathed a sigh of relif.
Meeting the babies:.
I put our babies in her arms.
Her eyes lit up wth joy as she kissed their forheads.eyes welling up with tears.
"My babies " she whispered like she couldn't believe this moment.
I went up and hugged them.
"You did it"
It wasn't perfect.but it was us.
We did it
