The other two who appeared alongside him were the remaining two squad captains of the Third Company.
Changsi stared at Yuan, his gaze deep and unreadable.
"Haven't you noticed?" he said slowly.
"He's issuing a challenge—to us, to the entire Police Force."
Uchiha Taichi frowned.
"This farce should end already. Where is Company Commander Tie Xiong? Why hasn't he shown himself to stop this?"
Xun replied indifferently,
"No idea. None of the three company commanders seem to be present today.
They're probably watching this spectacle from some corner."
At that moment, Yuan's voice rang out again.
"You're a bunch of fools—blindly worshipping the power of the Sharingan."
Those words immediately ignited Takahiko's fury. His face twisted into a vicious snarl.
The other squad captains' expressions darkened as well, irritation flashing across their faces.
Yuan lowered his gaze, glancing disdainfully at the two fallen Third Squad team leaders before continuing coldly:
"I've never cared about the fact that I haven't awakened the Sharingan.
"Three-tomoe Sharingan may be the strongest form of the eye—but even after awakening it, the two of them were still fragile before me."
He snorted.

His expression fluctuated wildly as he stared at Yuan, shock and gravity filling his eyes.
That punch had been thrown in anger—without restraint.
Yet in the clash, he was the one repelled, while Yuan hadn't moved an inch.
This kid… is even stronger than I thought.

Several figures flashed into place in front of Yuan—Uchiha Yi, Uchiha Heisuke, and the others.
Only Uchiha Taichi remained where he was, unmoving.
Xun's smile vanished. He looked at Yuan seriously.
"Captain Yuan, I can't pretend I didn't hear what you just said.
Your contempt for the Sharingan makes me very uncomfortable."
Yuan met his gaze calmly.
"I don't belittle the power of the Sharingan."
He paused, his sharp eyes sweeping across Xun and the others.

is you, who possesses it."

At that instant, the others' expressions turned icy and feral.
The air temperature seemed to plummet as murderous intent surged.
Uchiha Changsi narrowed his eyes, his voice cold and sharp.
"Are you declaring battle against us squad captains?"

Yuan's gaze passed over the captains and landed on the Police Force members scattered all around.
His voice was calm—terrifyingly so.
"I am declaring war on everyone present.
On the entire Uchiha Police Force.
"I already told you—
my anger has not yet subsided."
The training ground erupted into an uproar.
"Challenging the entire Police Force?!"
"Hahaha! That's the funniest joke I've heard all year!"
"Brat, your arrogance makes me sick!"
Some captains mocked, others scoffed, disbelief and fury mixing together.
At that moment, Yuan's aura shifted violently.

The ground beneath his feet shattered.
The air distorted as a visible shockwave erupted from him, sweeping straight toward the squad captains.

All the captains vanished simultaneously, using Body Flicker to scatter into the air.
