Chapter 272: Hospital Commotion, Departing for Hachinosu

Pushing open the ward door, the smell of disinfectant rushed out. The first scene Roy saw was a chaotic hospital room:
On the hospital bed, Sanji had lost a significant amount of weight, his face as pale as paper. He had an IV drip in his arm and wore a thick black eye mask, terrified of accidentally seeing a nurse and spraying blood again.
He looked as if his soul had been sucked dry, so weak that even his breathing trembled slightly.
In the corner, Luffy and Ace stood like two elementary school students being punished, holding medical charts above their heads while the Head Nurse scolded them furiously.
"Do you two know that patients need quiet?!"
The Head Nurse slammed the medical chart, her voice rattling the glass. "Mr. Sanji suffered from severe blood loss, and you actually took him out to eat 'Volcanic Hell Spicy BBQ'?!"
Ace shrank his neck, muttering quietly, "We just thought Sanji needed to replenish some blood..."
Luffy scratched the back of his head, looking guilty. "And he was so happy eating it..."
"You still dare to talk back?!"
The Head Nurse glared, and the two brothers instantly shut up, their shoulders slumping like deflated balloons.
Just then, the two brothers saw the tall figure appearing at the door, their eyes instantly lighting up:
"Big Brother Roy!!! Save us—!"
The Head Nurse immediately noticed the commotion behind her and spun around—
Meeting Roy's gentle and deep eyes.
Wearing his Justice coat, standing against the light, his handsome face carried a faint smile, his voice warm:

The Head Nurse's anger froze instantly. A blush rapidly spread across her cheeks, and her eyes literally turned into heart shapes. "V-Vice Admiral Roy?!"
Other female nurses were also peeking from outside the door, unable to help but whisper in awe: "It's Vice Admiral Roy! The living legend of Headquarters!"
The Head Nurse's tone instantly softened. "So they are your younger brothers... It's fine, it's fine~ They're young men, it's normal to be a bit lively..."
Luffy and Ace widened their eyes: "???"

Walking out of the ward, Ace and Luffy immediately started chattering and complaining. "Big Brother Roy, we really didn't mean it!"
"Sanji was eating so happily!"

Roy stopped walking and sighed.

Two iron fists landed solidly on their heads, instantly raising two steaming bumps.

The two brothers clutched their heads, howling in pain.
Roy remained expressionless. "Make any more trouble, and I'll throw you to Old Man Garp for special training."
Ace and Luffy petrified on the spot. They shut their mouths instantly, behaving as obediently as two quails.
Inside the ward, Sanji weakly raised a hand, his voice as faint as a mosquito. "Mr. Roy... please tell me..."

Hearing that gentle voice, Sanji's nosebleed shot three meters high again, and he passed out completely.
After disciplining Ace and Luffy, Roy let out a long sigh, turning to look at Sanji, who was surrounded by nurses in the ward.

Law raised an eyebrow. "Usopp? Isn't he currently at the Science Unit every day developing new bullets and refining his sniping techniques?"
"Yeah... it's about time he came out to get some sun."
Having said that, his gaze fell on Ace and Luffy, who were still roughhousing in the distance.
Two grown men, nearly two meters tall, acting like two unleashed brats, fighting over the last meat bun in the hallway.
"If these two stay idle for a few more days, they might just tear Marineford down..."
Roy stopped walking helplessly, hands behind his back, locking his gaze on the two brats.
"You two—"
The moment his voice rang out, the brothers' ears perked up like deer, and they obediently stopped their movements.

Roy's expression was calm. "Option One—special training with Vice Admiral Garp,"

"Alright, Option Two it is." Roy shook his head, laughing secretly inside.
"Recently in the New World, there's an arrogant pirate trying to claim dominance, constantly shouting about becoming a Yonko."
"I plan to send you two over to 'keep them in check'."
"A fight!" Ace's eyes instantly lit up.
"Meat to eat!" Luffy's eyes also shone, his stomach growling loudly.
"Let's head out right now!!" The two were boiling with battle intent, fists cracking as they clenched them.
Roy reached out and pressed down on their shoulders. "Don't rush. I wouldn't feel at ease sending you out alone."
"I've arranged for someone to lead you on this operation. You must follow her orders."
"Huh?" The brothers looked at each other.

Morning mist shrouded the entire military port. The sea breeze carried a chill, the occasional cry of seagulls breaking the tranquility.
A large warship was moored at the port. Supply crates and weapon racks were neatly arranged on the deck. The soldiers were making final preparations for departure.
Ace leaned lazily against the railing, yawning. "Seriously, the sun is almost up. Why haven't we left yet?"
"What if the old man Garp runs over to catch us?"
Luffy sat on a wooden crate, a large chunk of meat in his mouth, asking indistinctly, "Ace, who do you think... is coming with us?"
Ace shrugged. "Don't know. But Big Brother Roy said we have to follow their orders, so they're probably not simple."
Just as he finished speaking, the sound of light footsteps cut through the morning mist.
Within the fog, a slender figure slowly emerged.
Wearing a crisp military uniform, the sword Konpira hanging quietly at her waist, her stride carried a chilling, blade-like aura.
"Yo, you two young masters are up quite early~"
The sea breeze scattered the morning mist, completely revealing that familiar face.
Gion (Momousagi) stood in the morning light, her heroic eyes sweeping over the two of them, a hint of a smile on her lips.
"Big Sis Gion?!!"
Ace and Luffy instantly jumped down from the warship, standing at attention with a posture as standard as a military parade.

Her gaze pierced the two like a sharp sword: "Any objections?"
"NO OBJECTIONS!!!"
The brothers waved their hands simultaneously, speaking in unison, their posture rivaling that of the greenest recruits.
