Peculiar! Stubborn! Stingy! Extremely protective! Vengeful! And so on... These... adjectives are considered extremely negative evaluations of the Sovereign by all forces in the Universe.
Some say they would rather offend Asgard than offend the Sovereign, and others say they would rather offend the Kree Empire than provoke the Sovereign.
Because this is a peculiar race that will dispatch a Universe fleet to hunt you down across the entire Universe for even the most trivial matter!
If you offend an Asgardian, you can go live in a place beyond Asgard's reach and still live a good life.

Just like in the Guardians of the Galaxy plot, because of a single sentence, the entire Sovereign army was dispatched to relentlessly pursue Star-Lord and his group!
Although this also involved Rocket Raccoon stealing a few micro-nuclear energy batteries.
While those few micro-nuclear energy batteries were completely insignificant to the Sovereign as a whole, for the extremely image-conscious Sovereign, the actions of Star-Lord and his companions were, in their view, utterly unforgivable!
Of course, under normal circumstances, no one would provoke the Sovereign, not even Star-Lord, that old fox, would actively provoke them, but who knew there was a mischievous Rocket Raccoon in the Guardians of the Galaxy!
The Galactic Alliance, in the eyes of the Sovereign, was... nothing.
At worst, after hunting down the target, they would symbolically compensate... those... Empires and Federations who felt they had been infringed upon with a few energy batteries.
Anyway..., the Sovereign cannot be wronged; if wronged, they must first vent their anger!

Teleporting alone consumed no energy, but teleporting with someone consumed far more than opening a spatial channel!

The Planet-Level peak power of the Vibration Wave was... that unreasonable!
