Nyssa's expression remained calm as Luna stared at her in shock. "You know what the Spirit Locking Talisman does, dear," she said evenly, "but you don't yet understand its full potential."
She lifted one finger slightly, as if placing weight on an invisible scale. "When five thousand of them are stacked together and activated in sequence, they are capable of suppressing a Tier-Ten beast."
"A Tier-Ten?" Luna gasped, the words leaving her mouth before she could stop herself.
A Tier Ten beast is the same as a grandmaster, in human terms. But even then, a grandmaster normally couldn't kill a tier-10 beast on his own either, unless he possessed heaven-defying treasures or large support. Only an Elite Grandmaster, someone who has the potential to become a Half Deity, has the ability to slay a Tier-10 beast.
