"Are you okay?" Tori asked, probably worried, because I was chuckling at random.
I sighed heavily before rubbing my forehead. "I'm in a dark place, Tori. I'm lost in a way I can't find myself anymore, and it's scary. It's only been like three months, and it already seems like I'm losing my fucking mind. I don't wanna talk about it because i-it's complicated, very."
My breath came off harsh as I offloaded what's on my chest, and even though not everything, I pray she didn't question for more answers.
There was silence from her side before she spoke. "Do you want me to come over?"
"I will come to you."
"Okay. Have some rest, munchkin, you need it."
"I will." I forced a smile even though she couldn't see me.
The call ended, and I dropped the phone on the tray, eyeing the finished breakfast. I can't believe I ate all of that. I must've been really hungry.
