As I walked through the lobby with my men following behind, I was handed my gun. I twisted the silencer onto the muzzle, racked the slide once, and a quiet click followed.
The gun hung on my side as I made my way to the VIP, light flashes, thick smell of smoke and sex tainting my nose.
Marcus saw me coming, grinning broadly as he spread his arms. "Done so soon? I trust my gift was—!"
I raised my gun, and his eyes widened. One shot to his hand and another to his leg. Their men pulled out their weapons, but mine were faster.
Muted shots were fired, and as the bodies dropped, all hell broke loose. The women screamed, and everyone scurried out in panic.
Amidst the running chaos, I set my goal on Marcus on the chair, holding his bleeding hand and his leg wound, causing a mess on the floor.
When I got near, he looked at me, face twisted in pain and sweat. I buried the muzzle of my gun in his mouth, a finger on the trigger.
