With a burst of power, Kazuma and Darwin were shooting through walls with incredible levels of speeds as they enclosed in lethal and dangerous levels of combat. Both boys appeared like blurs covered with purple and red lights, Darwin stretched out his hand, ready to grab Kazuma by the face "GIVE IT TO ME!", he yelled, Kazuma violently replied "NO!", he created a huge hammer of purple energy and then banged Darwin on the head. Darwin flew through walls faster and harder than ever, as he did so, he stretched his hand out again, but he was preparing a ball of red energy "YOU BASTARD!", he yelled out before shooting at Kazuma. Kazuma, his right hand bleeding, and a part of its bone showing, used it to create a mirror of energy to deflect the beam shot at him by Darwin. The beam split apart, causing explosions in the pillars and walls around them. Kazuma stretched out the hand that he wore [SHELVERON] on while preparing a spiritual shuriken with it "DIE!!", Kazuma yelled out. With a powerfull explosion of purple energy, the walls blew up from the inside, leading Kazuma and Darwin to fall out and land on a moving train. Both boys crashed on top of a train, they both seemed injured and tired, trying to pick up strength and stand up. Kazuma started to breath heavily, his vision slowly starting to disappear "Damn it! How long have I been fighting this kid? He's way too hard to put down, I can't keep up for long. I was able to get the generator box and teleport it to somewhere safe. Lord Fugaku's office, I teleported it right there.", Fugaku's eyes were shocked as he saw the generator box Kazuma had teleported right on his desk. The words written on it with Kazuma's energy were "Fighting for my life right now. Not sure if I can make it, but here's the generator box I found.", Kazuma's words started to fade, Fugaku looked saddened and guilty. Kazuma was still standing on the moving train when he was breathing heavily, Darwin sneered at him "You bastard! WHERE IS THE GENERATOR BOX?! ANSWER ME!". Kazuma was too tired to answer, he tried to mutter out a word or two before smirking in a smug manner "Who knows? I might have thrown it away when we fought. Looks like you can't have it.", he stuck out his tounge in mockery of Darwin "Bleh! Sucks to be you.". Darwin's eyes grew wild with anger "YOU MOTHERFUCKER! HOW DARE YOU GET IN HELL SHIVER'S WAY!", this got Kazuma stunned "Huh?". Darwin started to rant, almost breaking down "I hate it when I'm trying to achieve a successfull mission and someone or something gets in the way! I want to achieve so much, too! I want to be known as someone who gets the job done!", he yelled out "I WANT TO BE LIKE HIM", a terrifying amount of energy shot out of his body, a sword made from glowing red flesh and bones appeared on his palms with an red eye at its middle. Darwin thought to himself while thinking of Lord Hades "Lord Haded! The most powerful man in the country, the man who leads us into battle. A man who conquers all things he wants and destroys everything that stands in his way! I want to be like that man!". Darwin remembered himself as a child in a dark red room where kids his age trained, he looked up at the giant screen infront of him and saw Lord Hades "It was on that very day I aspired to be like him! I had decided what kind of man I wanted to become! That's why....", standing before Kazuma with his sword emanating power with an eye opening on his head, he growled "THAT'S WHY I'LL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES! TO BE LIKE HIM! LORD HADES!". Kazuma was In awe "Ah! I get It now! This kid, he's just like me! We aren't the same person, nor do we seem to have entirely the same interests. But just like me, he's.... just a kid who want to be strong!". Kazuma paused for a moment "At first, when I started my journey as an assassin and solider, I... I thought of it almost like a joke. Sure, I knew I could get killed, but it didn't matter to me. To me, it was simply.... just what I wanted. And then....", Kazuma started to think of Kargalen "It wasn't until I met him, that guy. It wasn't until I met him that I understood. It's not everyone that commits crimes that truly wanted to be a criminal. And at the same time, it's not everyone who your leaders say is an enemy that is truly your enemy. That was why I made a choice to atleast understand someone before I kill them. It's not like I have much of a choice, but atleast, I just wanted to feel human in a sense.". Kazuma remembered his sisters words "Kazuma. In this world, we've been trained to do what's needed to be done. No emotions, no nothing, we do what we have to do to get what we want. But still....", Kazuma playing video games on his porch, looked at his sister with the side of his eyes and was shocked. Reina, his elder sister, was crying. She said to Kazuma as she shed tears, her voice wavering "Why....?! Why do we have to kill each other just so we can achieve what we want? We're still humans! Why do we have to kill each other like animals without a second thought? It's just so.... sad!". Kazuma, while looking at Darwin, had tears dropping from his eyes "I get It now.", [SHELVERON] started glowing as if it was responding to Kazuma's emotional state. Kazuma softly whined "Why do we have to kill each other? We're just kids! I understand that we want to become powerful adults who would be able to protect whatever is dear to us as soliders. But still, why all this fighting?!". Darwin looked at Kazuma with confusion, he was speechless. Suddenly, a powerful burst of energy shot out of [SHELVERON], it started to take shape into something much more power. [SHELVERON], turned into a drill, rotating with a dangerous amount of energy, one way too dangerous for a C-rank. Kazuma asked "Hey, what's your name?", Darwin replied "The names Darwin! Darwin Destravo!", Kazuma smirked smugly "Nice name. The name's Kazuma, Kazuma Starion.". Darwin looked at him for a moment, Kazuma said to him, his tone almost saddened "You know, both of us would have made good friends. I'm really sorry we both have to kill each other.". Darwin seemed understanding at the moment "Yeah, I'm sorry about that too. I don't really like the idea of killing, but that's only in few cases.". He asked "What do you want to be when you grow up?", Kazuma smirked "I want to be a Lord!", Darwin also smirked "I want to be someone like Lord Hades. Just incase you're wondering.". Both boys kept quiet until Darwin's eyes changed serious "Sorry, but I've got to kill you now!", he charged forward at Kazuma. Kazuma's smirk changed into that of seriousness "Yeah, me too.". [SHELVERON], now a drill emanating incredible power, started rotating faster. Kazuma started to walk forward slowly, before building up speed a hundred times faster than his previous speed while charging at Darwin "AAAAAAAAAAA!", both boys yelled at the top of their lungs, ready to kill each other with their final attacks. Everything went white, Darwin muttered to himself with an almost satisfied tone "Kazuma, you're right. You and I... would have made good friends!". In the clash, Darwin ended up getting stabbed on the stomach by Kazuma's [SHELVERON], that had turned into a drill. Darwin gave Kazuma a soft smile before dropping to the floor, blood all over the trains roof top. At the moment, the train had stopped, the sky was cloudy, and rain started to pour from the sky. Kazuma looked at Darwin, who used to be his enemy, laying dead on the floor, his blood spreading like water as rain dripped on it. Kazuma's eyes were shadowed by his hair that was soaking wet from the falling rain. "I'm sorry.", Kazuma muttered as he looked at Darwin. Not as an opponent, but as a friend who had just died "I'm so, so, sorry! Darwin!", he muttered again, showing emphaty to his new short timed friend.
