At the castle, The king's face looked pale as he frowned, looking down while Gil arrived, pretending as if he was happy on the inside, but at the same time, he was sad and disappointed. He was smiling, just like every day, but he didn't want to land his eyes on the king's since he had shivers that raced down his spine every second he thought about the princess.
With a fake smile and two open arms, the king said, "Welcome back, Gil!"
Gilthunder respectfully bowed with both his arms aligned on his thighs, going to his legs. He then said, "Thank you, my king; we are back!"
"I can see that. Any good news?" said the king as he looked around the place where Gil came from. He looked concerned and desperate; his eyes darted all around, glaring at where the other soldiers were coming from, carrying something.
Gilthunder responded, saying, "Yes, and no!"
