"One of earth, one of fire… huh, looks like there's even one of elemental attribute and… what's this 'dream' attribute supposed to be?"
Hel toyed with the small box of elemental crystals in her hand. She hadn't expected them to remain so perfectly preserved after hundreds of thousands of years. The energy hadn't leaked much — it was only the souls inside that had long since dissipated.
"There are seven fairy elemental crystals in total. Two of them are rare attributes, and the remaining five are of the basic four elements. As for how we're going to distribute them among these four avatars — do you have any ideas?"
Hel placed the crystals one by one on the table in front of Niv. Beside the table were four palm-sized dolls — a dragon girl, a succubus, an angel, and a fallen angel.
When Niv built their bodies, she didn't model them after their original bloodline owners. Instead, she crafted them based entirely on Hel's preferences — creating four exquisite little loli figurines.
"The elemental one goes to the little dragon," Niv said, placing the elemental crystal beside the dragon girl. After thinking for a moment, she set the dream attribute crystal next to the succubus.
"This one goes to the little devil. As for the remaining two, just attach whatever to them."
Niv had found records in her new database about angels and demons. Once a being awakens angelic blood, its own attributes gradually shift toward the Holy element. Likewise, when a being is tainted by demonic blood, its nature turns toward Corruption. That was why Niv didn't bother matching the crystals to their bloodlines too carefully.
"Alright then, let's just pick the two with the most energy for the last pair," Hel said. She picked out the only sixth-tier elemental crystal among them and began the process.
After inserting the crystals into the four dolls, Niv started to establish connections with them. At first, her control was clumsy and awkward. But with the aid of her newly added six external brains, her coordination improved dramatically. Soon enough, she could maneuver the four little bodies skillfully, making them hover and dance around her.
"Alright, let's move on and make the next two," Hel said, playfully teasing one of Niv's avatars before pulling her back to the equipment.
"Which one first?"
"The elf."
Not long after, Hel and Niv had constructed the body of an elf. Perhaps inspired by Hel's Morrigan, who had a rather bouncy slime-like figure, Niv created this elven body with… even more impressive proportions.
To keep her enormous "assets" proportional, Niv made the body over two meters tall. Even Morrigan, at 1.7 meters, would only reach up to this elf's chest.
Which led to an awkward scene —Niv, controlling her new elf body, hugged Hel from behind, pressing that massive softness right down onto Hel's head.
Feeling the warmth and softness enveloping her, Hel sighed helplessly. "Niv… you're not exactly flat yourself. Do you really have that much resentment toward small chests?"
"Of course not! This is just to give my master a bit of variety. Wouldn't it be boring if they were all lolis?"
"That's your justification, huh…" Hel muttered, speechless. "Alright, alright, let me go. We've got one last body to make."
Hel wriggled free from Niv's grip and picked up the last crimson orb.
"This one, huh…"
Niv gave a knowing smile and led Hel to the operating table once more.
But as the new body gradually took form, Hel's expression grew increasingly strange.
"Just to be clear," Hel said, "I'm not a furry."
"But Master wouldn't say no to a gentle, affectionate catgirl, would he?"
"Well… that's true," Hel admitted, pointing to the creation on the table, "but don't you think this catgirl is… a bit too cat?"
Indeed, lying there was a small, fur-covered feline humanoid — barely half a meter tall, about the size of a normal cat.
"This is just the standby state," Niv explained. "According to my design, this body has both a catgirl form and a full cat form. And of course, if Master isn't satisfied with any detail, I can adjust it anytime~"
"Uh… maybe test it out first?"
After some more tinkering, the gentle catgirl was finally complete. As her dense fur receded, it revealed smooth, delicate skin beneath —a healthy bronze complexion and short silver hair that gave her a wild, untamed beauty.
If it weren't for her cat ears and tail, she would have looked just like a human loli —albeit one with slightly sharper fangs.
"So? This is Niv's specially made Gentle Catgirl just for you, Master. Surprised?"
Feeling the familiar softness pressing down on her head again, Hel tried pushing it away to no avail. "Surprised, yes. So… what about her cat form?"
"Oh, that."
Niv activated the transformation — the catgirl gradually changed, first into a furry humanoid, then smaller and smaller, until finally she became a pure white short-haired cat.
She sat elegantly atop the table, gazing coolly at Hel, occasionally licking her paw and grooming herself — just like an ordinary housecat.
"Well, this really is surprising. I thought you'd use some magical transformation technique, not something this… scientific."
Hel stared at the cat, unsure where to even begin her critique.
"Also — didn't you install a death-attribute crystal in her? Why make her fur white?"
"Hehe~ Because Master's a fan of white-silk lolis, of course! If Niv's going to stick close to Master, she has to match his tastes. Once I put some white stockings on her, she'll be the perfect gentle white-silk catgirl~"
"…You've really got some twisted tastes," Hel grumbled, patting Niv's elven body's oversized chest to break free from her grip again.
"Anyway," Hel continued, "of your six avatars, only the elf, catgirl, and angel have reached the sixth tier. The other three are still at fifth tier. But don't worry — I'll create artificial souls for them and give them innate ability tags.
The only problem is… I'm missing some of the rarer ability and spell tags right now. So for the time being, don't expect much from the little devil and little angel — they won't be of much use just yet."
