The main body, still sitting on the sofa, was Heine, and the current location was the Prime Minister's Office in Berlin...
The aftereffects of exiting the Mind Network made him momentarily dazed, but he quickly stood up and walked toward the person behind the desk.
This office was very large, enough to accommodate a hundred people for a gathering.
But the interior was simply decorated with minimal adornments, very austere, consisting only of two black rugs and a few pots of flowers.
There were a few paintings on the walls, but none were works of famous artists. More conspicuous was the eagle sculpture clutching a swastika firmly on the door frame.
The person behind the desk was writing diligently, with a pile of thick documents and reports in front of him. He had the habit of personally handling these affairs.
"My Supreme Leader," Heine stood in front of the desk, raising his right arm.
The person behind the desk merely waved his hand, swiftly correcting documents with a laser pen before quickly signing Xiaohuzi's name on them and placing the stack of papers gently aside.
"Alright, my loyal Heine, is there anything you need to report to me? You were about to report before suddenly claiming 'Soul Emergence.'
The person stood up, stretched his back, his tall figure completely unlike Xiaohuzi's appearance, and he jested with Heine, gazing at the dark Berlin outside, contemplating future matters.
He had a tall frame, dressed in a green uniform, wearing a helmet resembling an astronaut's, with blue skin.
"Apologies, Supreme Leader, Hive suddenly initiated a Mind Link. I suspect Schmidt has some exclusive means of communication with him."
Heine stood with both legs together; in front of this person, he didn't seem as neurotic as he presented himself outside. Now, he was stern and solemn.
"No matter, your current identity is very important." The person turned his back nonchalantly, his tall figure approaching the window, with streets filled with patrolling Steel Warriors.
"Thank you, Supreme Leader. This time, I went to Paris for a vacation and unexpectedly received some intelligence. I immediately flew back to report to you. But just now, at the Hydra meeting, I made a greater discovery..."
Heine relaxed a bit, took off his military hat, holding it in his hand, and similarly walked to the window, speaking softly.
"Let me guess, Schmidt intends to overthrow 'me,' huh?" The person interrupted Heine's words with a smile. He spoke slowly yet with unimaginable authority: "Everything is as it was in history, the Red Skull..."
"Wisdom of the Supreme Leader."
Heine lowered his head; indeed, it was exactly this way.
The tall figure remained calm, slightly adjusting his helmet: "But others would not agree. Historically, they did not agree."
"Yes, even though I had been instigating within them previously, they still dared not challenge your authority, proving they are no threat to you." Heine candidly repeated his plot.
"Hmm... now just wait for Captain America to throw him off into space."
"Indeed, everything is currently unfolding as in history. The Red Skull is tangled with Captain America. Your target will soon be in your grasp, laying another foundation for your eternal legacy."
Heine nodded slightly. History had some alterations that required constant slight adjustments to align everything correctly, and the current situation wasn't without effort as he schemed to feed intelligence into the SSR.
"The Red Skull is actually the only one smart enough; he's noticed something is wrong..." The person sighed, seemingly regretting something but quickly raised his head, putting these thoughts aside: "So, what about the bait I set out? Anyone biting?"
"Yes, Viper, Whitehall, and even Hive, they are all very interested in the X Gene and the Undersea People. They've abandoned research on the Cosmic Rubik's Cube, turning instead to biological and chemical studies."
The person chuckled happily, pleasantly rubbing the back of his hand: "Very good, the Americans threw me a decoy, wanting me to waste effort in a research direction doomed to fail... they would never expect that the X Gene held no secrets for me, that I had no interest in it at all, casually throwing the project out to incite Hydra's schism."
"Wisdom of the Supreme Leader, now within Hydra, only the Red Skull and Zola remain fixated on the Cosmic Rubik's Cube."
"Hmm... that's fine, they'll have Captain America to handle them, and by then, I can leisurely fish in that location in the ocean, waiting for the Cosmic Rubik's Cube to land in my lap."
At the mention of this, something seemed to trigger within him as he began to fervently describe his future.
Across different timelines, different versions of himself worked towards the same goal, laying the groundwork for the future unification of the Milky Way Galaxy.
He was often bullied as a child, called names like idiot and sickly Richards.
But after that, no one dared to say so, as he became the King of Kings, Master of the Stars, the greatest conqueror.
Though Heine had heard this many times before, he maintained a focused demeanor, occasionally nodding in agreement.
His master's time was nonlinear, at countless time nodes there were countless versions of him, each an independent entity.
Sometimes he felt he hadn't done something when, in actuality, his past self had already done it; time merely covered everything up.
"The Cosmic Rubik's Cube, in this era, I only want the Cosmic Rubik's Cube. But the Red Skull is too cautious. I can only use someone like Captain America, who he underestimates, to eliminate him. Currently, the Red Skull can't imagine how much trouble that American soldier will cause him."
"But great Supreme Venerable..." Heine hesitated: "Captain America and The Avengers will cause us even more trouble in the future."
The Blue Man merely shook his head with a smile: "No matter, time will prove everything, for ultimately, the victor will inevitably be me."
Heine simply nodded, accepting his master's words without question, and continued with the report: "The accident I was going to mention earlier was this: Mr. Sinister has lost contact with us, his aim to disrupt the enemy's technological development was not achieved, neither the British nor the Americans discovered him, misguided in technology, he was wiped out by Deathstroke."
"Is that so... it matters not, this wasn't something that happened in history. Occasionally, in altering history, unexpected incidents arise," the great conqueror spoke lightly, extending a finger to wipe an inconspicuous speck of dust on the glass.
Incorrect history would simply be wiped away, for he could utilize history or rewrite it, being a non-continuous entity outside of time, without any concerns.
"Praise you, Sovereign, your might can rewrite everything."
"History has always been a narrative to be clothed by people. Truthfully, I've grown somewhat weary... however, this era seems to hold some amusement, many things do not align with the history I remember."
"Indeed, you had me monitor Deathstroke, I've kept an eye on him continuously, and you once said this person did not exist in the past history..."
"That's right, a person somewhat like me, to the point where upon arriving in this era, the first thing I did after scanning the globe was to lock down his enterprise's technological capabilities with phase nanomechanical mites, before being assured enough to come here to masquerade as Xiaohuzi with the Illusion Machine, developing Germany's war machine... unfortunately, the industrial foundation of this era can only produce these toy-like things."
"He's dangerous, his power continuously growing," Heine rubbed his forehead, having temporarily lost track of Deathstroke. Every time Deathstroke went into the sewers, he dared not follow: "If necessary, I shall eliminate him for you personally."
"With the two hands I've given you? Once the Cosmic Rubik's Cube is obtained, you might try, though I expect the outcome won't be favorable... because history lacks this individual, I have no memory of what actions he might take."
The Conqueror did not reject Heine's proposal, also curious.
Heine understood the Supreme's plan that the Cosmic Rubik's Cube was presently the most crucial element: "With the Namor Fragment that's been super-divided and kept active, it's unclear why. The item we used to attract global attention instead drew Deathstroke, who organized a future people's army, collecting these fragments."
The Conqueror listened to his description, contemplated briefly, then understood: "I see now, he's worried about the lack of balance for U Demon after Namor's demise, assuming his opponent to be Xiaohuzi, never imagining it to be me. To avoid the timeline where the Arctic and Antarctic melt... in that case, find a way to give him all the Namor Fragments, just to get rid of him."
"Understood, great Conqueror, I shall continue to keep an eye on the Cosmic Rubik's Cube for you."
"Heh." The blue-skinned figure pressed several buttons on his armor, his form flickered, as if the space warped, transforming into the appearance of Xiaohuzi, thin and frail. He chuckled, running a hand through his parted hair, strolling back behind the desk: "In this era, I quite like the title of Supreme Leader..."
