Chapter 282 - Chapter 250: Coming Again?

The little cousin is hiding something, how should I get him to confess...

But Su Ming quickly gave up on the idea.

Gin isn't saying anything, and neither are Wade and Inez. It's probably nothing bad, so just keep it as a surprise.

Knowing what your Christmas gift is in advance would make it meaningless, wouldn't it?

The Outlaw is also known as the Rogue Woman; she's Deadpool's confidante and you could say a fling. Wade even bought her a big house, spending several million US dollars. Their relationship is ambiguous, but it's not complicated at all.

She's a mutant, a power user with strength capable of punching Rhino Man into the air. She has also beaten Spider Hero. While she carries two revolvers, they're just for show; she earns her keep with her fists.

She's immensely strong, moves quickly, and can crush Wade's pelvis, at a rate faster than his self-healing abilities.

Every time, Wade finds it both painful and joyful...

As for Mandy, she used to be Deadpool's manager, handling banking and collection matters. But later, she hung out with those tech geeks from The Four Wonders, discovering her research potential. After that, she provided tech support for the X Organization.

'Weasel,' he's Deadpool's bar-owning buddy in the movie, glasses-wearing, long-haired, with a scruffy beard, and generally unkempt. Besides setting up jobs for Deadpool, he serves no other purpose.

After greeting everyone around, Inez returned to Deadpool's lap, constantly blowing into his ear and playing with his bandages, her big eyes signaling something to Wade.

MD, what's the point of eating now, I'm already full from the dog food.

"You guys took a big risk traveling through time, just say what you need, we have tasks ahead."

Su Ming put down the fried fish sticks in his hand, rubbing his temples.

Mandy walked over to Weasel, distancing herself from the lovebirds: "We're here to take Wade back. Infinite War is ongoing, and there are many things in the future that need him."

"No way, Wade accepted my mission and took my deposit. Until the task is complete, he can't go anywhere." Su Ming lit a cigarette, leaning back slowly into his chair, rejecting Mandy's statement.

Not to mention Wade, even the others should stay. Once Namor is reassembled, we'll let them go. After all, time travel returns them to their original departure point.

Mandy looked at Deadpool for confirmation, and Wade, while handling the Rogue's brute force, continuously nodded. This era, aside from lacking color TV and the internet, is quite nice, and he hadn't had enough fun yet.

Mandy pinched her nose bridge, sighing softly: "Alright, we'll fulfill the contract and leave after it's completed."

"Since you're all here, you form a complete team. You can act independently. Wade knows my goal." Su Ming tossed out a hand-drawn map. It marked locations where Namor Fragments might be. The nearest, London, was crossed out with an X: "Let him lead you on your own. My requirement is that you acquire over ten fragments and deliver them to the London Temple in two months."

Mandy took the map and examined it: "We need to advance money for transportation and ammunition expenses."

"No problem, Gin will provide the money."

A few minutes later, a box of US dollars was on the table, and Mandy was satisfied.

"Heh heh...I'll be off then." Wade grabbed a handful of cash from the box, picked up the Outlaw at the waist, and ran for the door. As for what they were up to, Su Ming could guess with his toes.

"Yahoo!" The Outlaw laughed joyfully, emitting a standard cowboy shout, unabashedly declaring her intent to ride this red and black unicorn.

Watching them head out the door, Su Ming sighed, reminding himself that a few months later, he expected to see a pile of Namor fragments before him. As for what happened along the way, he didn't want to know.

With Deadpool on the mission with a woman, the chatter would increase, and Su Ming was already fed up with it.

Before Deadpool joined the team, he could be relied upon to do some work, but these seven days underground were hellish not only for Mr. Sinister but also for Su Ming himself.

The sword is sharp, but it's a double-edged sword that harms both others and oneself.

"Finally, some peace..."

Holloway patted his goatee. He felt rejuvenated, the air seemed fresher, and both Su Ming and Monac nodded in agreement.

"Alright, Wade may be talkative, ugly, and cheap, but most of the time, he's reliable. With agents from the X Organization sharing some targets, our task is now easier."

"The X Organization...sounds like a place that researches mutants."

The doctor picked up a sandwich, chewing thoughtfully. Although he could comprehend the appearance of Future People, the plight of future mutants seemed similarly dire.

Su Ming was aware of the X Organization, which could be considered a quasi-governmental entity of the United States, specifically doing the dirty work for higher-ups. Sometimes cooperating with Shield, more often, their tasks involved assassination or theft.

But he wasn't concerned with that, as long as they had power and were on his side for now.

"Don't overthink it. No matter how much you ponder the future, you can never predict how the world will evolve. Let's focus on our current tasks." The Mage agreed with Deathstroke's assessment. The world indeed changes too fast, and maybe in a few years, ordinary people would have the power to threaten mages.

Even the Ancient One, who possessed the Eye of Agamotto, wouldn't dare claim to foresee all of the future. Previous experiences taught Monac that living in the moment was the most important.

Su Ming raised his glass: "Come on, let's toast..."

However, just as Holloway and Monac were about to raise their glasses, several people suddenly appeared beside the dining table. Both sides instantly became alert, weapons in hand pointed at each other.

"Stop, we're on the same side." Su Ming held his forehead, sighing: "Hello, Cable, Domino, and the others...."

Upon seeing the surroundings, Cable lowered the gun, which was as large as a grenade launcher: "Slade, is that you? I thought you were Wade's cousin, but you're actually his grandfather? Is this 1942?"

Su Ming definitely didn't want a grandson like Wade; it would truly shorten one's life.

"This is indeed 1942 London, and I'm indeed his cousin. Anyway, it's complicated to explain. How did you guys get here?"

Cable placed his large gun on the table, pulling out the chair where Deadpool had sat, and sat down with a heavy thud, causing the chair to creak.

"That idiot Wade said he wanted to settle a score with Thanos, but I found that his busted belt malfunctioned. I barely tracked down his time point, and Domino insisted on coming to find him."

Su Ming shifted his gaze to Domino, who in this world wasn't the Black woman from the movie but a fair-skinned, attractive woman. She had one black eye circle, short black hair with ends curling slightly, looking quite cute.

The key point was her very exaggerated bust, making it hard not to notice.

"Uh, you're in luck, Wade just left. Go out and maybe you'll find him. No, with Domino, you definitely will."

Su Ming clinked glasses with Cable, disclosing Wade's whereabouts.

Domino blushed slightly, showing a pleased expression. After greeting Su Ming, she hurried to the door: "Okay, we're leaving. I want to see what that annoying guy is up to again."

Su Ming's mouth twitched. The relationship between Domino and Deadpool...it's quite complicated, but in any case, if she saw Deadpool fooling around with the Outlaw, the two women would likely start a fight.

With Domino's luck, finding Deadpool is almost inevitable. Let's hope Wade was quick about it and is already done by now...
