Sinnoh.
Divine Hall of Snow Peak.
Rumble—
The violent trembling made the entire hall shake, with large amounts of stone fragments and debris constantly falling from above.
Inside the hall, many people wearing gray robes and hoods gathered at the entrance.
Standing at the forefront of the crowd was Feather Moon of the Divine Hall, in a white robe, her willow-leaf eyebrows tightly knit as she stared at the stone gate being pushed open.
Beside her stood a Drampa.
Once benevolent-looking, it now wore a serious expression, with strong Dragon Energy flowing constantly over its body, accumulating power.
"Not going to stop it?" Drampa looked at Feather Moon.
Feather Moon gently shook her head, her lips slightly parted.
"No, it's something we will face sooner or later; let's treat this as an opportunity for our Divine Hall to emerge." She tucked a lock of hair behind her ear, "Once this is over, the league is likely to come looking for us."
Drampa nodded.
As Feather Moon said, it's unavoidable, and there's no need to avoid it.
"Is Little Natsuka not back yet?"
Natsuhiko, chosen by Feather Moon to be the spokesperson, had not returned yet. If league members arrived, they didn't know how to negotiate with them.
With the gap in eras, they were destined to need a mediator.
If Natsuhiko wasn't back, then it might be Kage stepping forward.
"Should be soon." Feather Moon glanced over her shoulder, into the tunnel where Regigigas lay sleeping.
During their conversation,
The stone gate, pushed by some great force from outside, slowly opened.
As a beam of light pierced through the gate into the hall,
The situation outside finally unfolded before the eyes of Feather Moon and Drampa.
A large crowd, with varied expressions and attire, accompanied by several Pokémon, watched the slowly opening gate with excitement and tension.
Pushing open such a heavy stone gate were two exceptionally muscular Machamps!
After opening the gate, they collapsed onto the ground, panting heavily.
This stone gate was incredibly heavy.
Mind you, these were Gym Leader Level Machamps, renowned for their strength, yet just opening two gates left them exhausted.
As the doors opened, Feather Moon's gaze remained fixed on the leader of this group.
Wrapped entirely in a black robe, only his hands exposed, one finger adorned with a ring inlaid with a milky-white Stone of Light.
This Stone of Light wasn't large and differed greatly from standard ones.
But its quality was exceedingly high.
If Natsuhiko were here, he would surely recognize the stone's top-tier quality!
Behind the robed man stood a few trusted subordinates.
At the edge of this lineup, a woman with bright silver, shoulder-length hair was engrossed in her phone.
The man gently rubbed the flashing ring on his hand and slowly removed his hood, revealing an ordinary middle-aged man's face.
With a smile, he looked at Feather Moon inside the gate.
With a soft chuckle, he said, "It's been a long time, Divine Maiden Feather Moon."
Seeing the man's appearance, Feather Moon showed surprise but also a bit of realization.
"Turns out it's you!"
...
...
Buzz—
A spatial tremor and ripple stirred the calm cave.
With the twists and folds, Natsuhiko slowly emerged from the void.
Beside him were Beedrills and a slightly curious Dragapult.
"Returned." Natsuhiko's voice echoed softly in the spacious area.
Watching the Stone of Light ahead, it sparkled at that moment.
"Regigigas, awakened by influence? Is that why an Alternate Space appeared?"
Beside the Stone of Light, three pillars glimmered with different colored halos.
Seeming ready to be awakened.
"What's the situation? I stayed in an Alternate Space for a month, and only a month passed in the Pokemon Realm? Hunter Guild attacked?"
A month seemed neither long nor short.
He almost forgot about the Hunter Guild surrounding the Divine Hall of Snow Peak.
Beep beep—
Before he could think further, his phone, reconnected to signal, began buzzing with notifications.
This phone, alongside the future Pokedex, didn't require charging, powered by solar energy, so once he returned and regained connection, many messages had already arrived.
"Hmm?"
Natsuhiko took out his phone, looking at the latest message, furrowing his brows.
The sender was Hunter Joanna.
The message content was simple.
"Mr. A attacks the Divine Hall."
Natsuhiko didn't check further, but upon seeing this, his heart tightened.
So Hunter Guild indeed took action!
Unable to wait for Meiyu, abandoning coercion, opting for direct aggression?
This revealed another piece of information.
Internal turmoil within Hunter Guild might soon commence!
Hunter A had to choose aggression, aiming for Snow Peak's Divine Hall without regard for loss, leveraging Regigigas or the Regi Trio's power to survive the upcoming reshuffle within Hunter Guild.
Or even further!
Hunter Guild remained a council, with twenty-six seats, six at the top.
But who wouldn't want to be the sole leader? The sole chief?
Hunter Guild was formidable but scattered. If someone unified this faction, they might not lose to regional underground forces.
Certainly not like Rocket Team.
But comparing Ocean Team or Magma Team, it's possible.
Unfortunately,
Regigigas, that Divine Beast, isn't easily subdued.
It's the terrifying entity that once moved entire continents!
Putting away the phone.
A question now stood before Natsuhiko.
Should he get involved?
Caution told him it's troublesome, don't get entangled.
But reason told him, at least stay to see.
Whether as the chosen spokesperson by Feather Moon or a "conspirator" with Joanna, or from an observer's viewpoint, he felt compelled to watch.
If Snorlax couldn't protect him, Dragapult certainly could ensure his escape.
Although Dragapult without Dreepy was likened to a gun without bullets, it was hardly weakened.
Moreover, Snow Peak's Hall didn't appear defenseless.
At the very least, that gate-keeping Drampa puzzled Natsuhiko.
An organization that spanned millennia wouldn't lack such combat capability.
Since safety was assured, observing wasn't an issue.
Gaining much from Regigigas' Alternate Space, although initially unintentional.
Inquiring about enhancing psychic powers was unrefuted by the Divine Hall.
Receiving some goodwill.
By emotion and reason.
Must take a look.
If Snow Peak's Hall couldn't endure, he could at least protect Meiyu.
This innocent girl, though unsaid, was dearly liked by Natsuhiko.
After much internal struggle, Natsuhiko decided.
Take a look!
In the instant he made the decision, at a moment of determination.
The "Will Treasure Pearl" tucked away for long, suddenly glowed brightly!
