Chapter 534 - Chapter 157: The Homebound Train, the Returning Wanderer

A vague scene.

It's as if the future Ian could no longer predict.

As if fate was destined in the dark, leading him on a magical journey a semester ahead of the trio, many things seemed to have changed silently.

They are bound to trigger unpredictable butterfly effects.

However.

"It might not be a bad thing."

Ian raised his hand and gently wiped the window glass.

The hazy scene outside seemed to become a bit clearer under his wipe. As the train approached the platform in London, he also started to pack his things with the twin brothers and headed towards the train door.

"Won't you come to our house for a visit?"

George and Fred saw their parents who had come to pick them up.

They turned around and extended an invitation to Ian.

"There will be opportunities in the future."

Ian waved goodbye.

After the two brothers walked towards the Weasley couple, he also reluctantly stuffed the Black Phoenix into a small suitcase, dragging his luggage towards the wall leading to the Muggle Train Station.

One step through.

And it's a whole new world.

In the bustling Muggle Train Station, it was crowded with ordinary people waiting for the train. They did not notice Ian's appearance, nor did they notice anything different about this station.

"See you next semester."

Ian looked back at the stone wall leading to the world of magic and fantasy, left the train station, and walked towards a run-down little car that had been waiting for him.

An elderly lady with white hair was glancing around in front of the car.

"Long time no see, dear Dean Yelena." Ian walked forward and gave the orphanage dean a hug, feeling a certain nostalgic emotion once more.

"You've grown quite a bit, little one."

Dean Yelena helped Ian put his luggage into the trunk.

"The food at school is pretty good."

Ian, with a big smile, stuffed a large bag of cupcakes to the elder.

"You even brought gifts for the other little ones, haha." Yelena carefully placed the cupcakes on the front passenger seat in surprise.

"These are gifts for you, and I've also prepared gifts for others." Ian remembered that the dean of the orphanage loved eating cake, but she rarely had the chance to enjoy it throughout the year. There were many kind people who donated to the orphanage, but the frail old lady always preferred to save the limited food for the children.

"What about your professor at school? Didn't he say he would send you back to London?" Dean Yelena touched Ian's hair, expressing dissatisfaction with the Hogwarts Genius Youth Academy.

"He left when he saw you, there are other students he needs to escort." Ian chose to tell a small lie to spare Lady Yelena unnecessary worry.

"I still can't believe it, our little Ian actually got into a good school. The kids from rich families at school didn't bully you, did they?"

Lady Yelena pushed Ian into the backseat of the small car.

She also went around to the driver's seat and started the little car.

"The classmates get along well, there's no school bullying at Hogwarts, at least I haven't seen any." Ian blinked, his tone very cheerful.

"That's great! This shows that your school must have strict management."

Yelena let out a relieved sigh.

The shabby little car drove towards home under her guidance.

"You don't have to worry about my studies; right now I just want to know if the little ones have missed me?" Ian also temporarily put aside the matters of the Magic World. Regardless of where the future might lead, what should happen, and shouldn't happen, has already happened.

Life must go on.
