Faced directly with Uchiha Sasuke, Orochimaru knows better than anyone just how terrifying this twelve-year-old brat truly is!
"Impossible..."
"Must save enough Chakra..."
Orochimaru gritted his teeth, his body began shedding its skin once more, and his lower half transformed into a serpent, quickly fleeing towards the edge of the flames, disregarding the pain from the burning fire: "The arrogance of the Uchiha... does this brat truly think I'm that easy to kill?"
In the forest.
Uchiha Sasuke's figure continued to float.
The black-haired youth stared intently at Orochimaru, swiftly flapping the wings on his back, relentlessly pursuing him!
When Orochimaru finally escaped the area of flames, the dark-haired figure leaped down, the wings on his back abruptly flapping, causing a whirlwind!
The whirlwind scattered the blazing flames!
In an instant, it also blew Orochimaru's hair into disarray!
"Stop running, Orochimaru..."
Uchiha Sasuke's body emitted substantial Lightning Release Chakra, his raised hand blocking Orochimaru, and his arm collided powerfully against Orochimaru's body!
"What is this..."
Orochimaru widened his eyes in disbelief!
This move...
It felt eerily familiar, the movements unmistakably resembling the high-level Lightning Release Nin-Taijutsu mastered only by the Hidden Cloud Village's Raikage and the Eight-Tails Jinchuriki!
"Lariat!"
Uchiha Sasuke's arm instantly split Orochimaru's body in two!
"..."
Orochimaru's upper half fell to the ground, with shock still hangin in his eyes, still unable to believe Uchiha Sasuke's Ninjutsu.
Is this a joke?
Is this brat actually a Konoha Genin or the Raikage of the Hidden Cloud Village?
Blood...
Flows on the ground...
Orochimaru's two halves lay on the ground motionless, seemingly at first glance, this S-Class Traitorous Ninja of Konoha had been directly executed by Uchiha Sasuke.
"Hmph..."
Uchiha Sasuke nonchalantly withdrew his Chakra, looking at the bisected Orochimaru, and coldly said: "Enough pretending to be dead. If one of Konoha's Sannin, Orochimaru, were killed by me just like this, it would be disappointing..."
Before his words fell.
Orochimaru's upper and lower halves burst forth with numerous long snakes, quickly intertwining with each other, his body merging once again.
"Do you realize our gap now?"
"Regardless of any ability, I am far above you; even if I use the most troublesome means, killing you is a piece of cake..."
Uchiha Sasuke looked down at Orochimaru climbing up from the ground, coldly questioning: "Now, the person I want... should be found, right?"
"If Sasuke-kun can satisfy my curiosity..."
Orochimaru's body slowly climbed back up.
Rising together were the doubts in Orochimaru's mind.
Compared to other matters, he wanted to know where Uchiha Sasuke learned the Hidden Cloud Secret Technique, a technique that only successive Raikage could train!
A mere Konoha Genin...
How exactly did he obtain those Secret Techniques?
However...
Orochimaru soon had his answer.
Because the little white snake quickly brought back news of Kabuto's whereabouts.
Kabuto and his two teammates, who were also Orochimaru's subordinates, seemed surprised indeed when they saw Orochimaru and Uchiha Sasuke appear.
However, Uchiha Sasuke, without skipping a beat, asked Kabuto the moment he saw him: "Senior Kabuto, can you please tell me, where is Akihara Kagura?"
"..."
Kabuto showed a momentary bewilderment.
Even though Kabuto quickly concealed that bewilderment and doubt, it was still caught by Uchiha Sasuke, who was closely watching him.
Damn!
This world's Kabuto doesn't recognize Akihara Kagura!
"Then, Dean Yakushi Nonou?"
Uchiha Sasuke looked at Kabuto, asking another question, unwilling to give up hope: "After the second test concludes, I want to meet Dean Nonou..."
The entire Konoha leadership knew...
About the deep bond between Dean Yakushi Nonou of the Konoha Orphanage and Akihara Kagura, though overshadowed by Yakushi Kabuto always being with Akihara Kagura.
Actually...
Akihara Kagura often considered the dean's feelings, respected her like a mother, and Dean Yakushi Nonou was always very remorseful towards Akihara Kagura, thinking even if he was a visitor from another world, he was still a child of her orphanage.
"..."
Kabuto's expression changed.
The gray-haired young man slowly lowered his head upon hearing the familiar name of Yakushi Nonou, removed his glasses, and began to wipe them.
"..."
A peculiar smile appeared at the corner of Orochimaru's mouth.
An opening!
This Uchiha Sasuke knew a lot!
Because this Uchiha Sasuke knew about Kabuto and Yakushi Nonou, he even understood their close relationship!
However...
This Uchiha Sasuke didn't know everything!
Because this Uchiha Sasuke was unaware of the events between Yakushi Nonou and Kabuto, he didn't know that Yakushi Nonou had long died in Shimura Danzo's scheme, dead indeed at the hands of her most worried child, Kabuto!
"The dean has long since passed away..."
Kabuto, while wiping his glasses, didn't hide his past, and calmly said: "I personally caused the dean's death…"
