Lucian's POV-
I quickly finished my exam and went out.
I pulled out the car keys, my phone was in the backseat. I took my phone and dialed Stephen's number.
[Hello? What can I help with ?]
"Nothing special, but an investigation. I want you to investigate about Aria. What has happened in this month, specially with her."
[Fine, but first, you remember to meet your grandfather, right?]
"Yes, I'll be there. Send me the location."
I hung up.
I got in the car. Soon, my phone's screen blinked.
From: Stephen
To me: Address, at your home...We are waiting.
"We? Have they reached already? I still don't know who is coming along with my grandpa. That night when Stephen told me about their arrival, even he did not have any idea about the person coming along."
I sped up.
Today, I'll get some answers...not all but still enough.
After parking the car, I moved towards the main gate.
A blue colour Ferrari was parked in front.
All my maids were standing outside the house.
I turned towards aunt Ema.
"What's wrong?"
The only words she spoke were:
"Dear, be safe..."
Suddenly, the door opened.
Stephen was standing in front and 2 men were standing at his back, and rest I could see were only bodyguards everywhere.
I stepped forward...
Grandfather, I have never seen him form childhood.
And next to him was, Lysander Valle!!
"Come in, son", my father spoke.
"I don't need an outsiders permission to enter in my own home."
I stepped forward and went inside, I am not supposed to greet them, respect them when they could not do the same with my mother and grandma!
I went straight to the living room and sat on the sofa.
Aunt Ema came inside along with Nikos and his mother.
"Is this your manner? Is this what your mother and aunt taught you?", my father busted out his anger.
"Maybe, yes. Because they never told me to respect a coward and a betrayer."
"Shut up, Lucian!"
"Finally, grandpa. You spoke. I thought you had become mute while staying abroad"
"Have some respect, not only we are here but Ms. Economu is also here.", grandpa spoke calmly but heavily.
"I think she has nothing to do with me, because it's because of your beloved son, I have to face all this! A person who says protection and sells his families life!", I stood up.
"I don't need such father!"
I moved forward.
"Then we should go dad.", my father spoke.
"No one is leaving until I say.", I warned my grandpa, looking straight into his eyes and sat down.
"Everyone, please have seat.", Stephen requested.
"Sorry to bother you all, but I have something important to say.", Nikos's mother spoke up.
"What do you need to say?", I asked.
"Lucian, you know I transferred the agreement"
"Yes"
"Mr. Lysander Valle. I want to end the agreement my husband made with you."
"I am sorry, but the agreement no longer belongs to you, you have officially transferred it to The Sinclair's family.", my father spoke with attitude, as if he owns the decision.
"I know, but it wasn't me, it was my husband"
"But still you don't have any rights now."
"But the Sinclair's are trying to finish Lucian, they are harming him."
"This is normal in business world's"
My fists tightened.

"But he's your son"
"Of course, he's my blood. I'll help him if he gives me the company."
"Dream on", I said calmly, as anger and rage rushed through my veins.
"You should not interrupt when to elders are talking."
"Mr. Valle, it's not about business but it's all about they want to end the agreement, anyhow."
"Then let them do what they want"
"Mr. Valle, it's not right, Lucian is still young and vulnerable."
"I believe he is strong enough to solve this."
"I am done, LEAVE!"
I shouted at them, it's enough of speaking.
"I'll do what I want to, I don't need your help! I am strong enough, now get out you bastard!"
I shouted at my dad.
"Lucian! Mind your tongue!"
"MIND YOUR THINKING LYSANDER!"
"Enough!", grandfather stood up.
"Let's go Lysander."
"Yes dad."
They stepped out.
I collapsed onto the sofa.
Nikos, his mother and Stephen ran towards me.
"Are you okay?", Mrs. Economu asked.
"Yes, I am fine."
"I am sorry, I didn't knew the conversation will end like this. I really wanted to help you."
"It's okay, You did what you wanted to. Now, I have to do what I am supposed to."
"Lucian, I know I can't help you beyond this but... I have something I can help you with."
"What?"
"Nikos, my son. I give you my son as a friend, as a protector."
Nikos stared a her.
"Ma, I am already helping him."
"Not enough,from now on. Don't return to me, until this agreement gets over."
She pushed Nikos towards me.
"Mam! Are you sure, this child will die without you.", Stephen mocked Nikos.
"Yes Mr. , I'll take my leave now."
Nikos ran behind her.
"MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!"
"This guy is crazy!", Stephen laughed.
But...
I WAS LEFT HELPLESS.
ALONE.
SHATTERED.
WEAK.
Stephen stopped laughing when he saw my hands shaking.
"Lucian, it's not where you cry. Now, you have to return stronger, harder and powerful."

Aria's POV-
I was at Stella's place yesterday night.
And today, I was supposed to go to Greece.
Now my uncle is going to kill me.
"Hey! How are you feeling now?", Stella asked.
"Better."
I sighed.
"I understand what Lucian did might have hurt you but remember how we used to fight at first, now look, we became better?"
"Yeah, but it's not about us. It's his behaviour. He always tries to rush and solve things. He has 0 patience."
"True, but Aria, don't you think that what you both are going through is something called LQ?"
"LQ?", I asked confused.
"Lovers quarrel!"
"No way!"
"YES, YOU BOTH LOOK PERFECT TOGETHER, AND IN GREECE WHEN YOU WENT MISSING, HE WENT CRAZY LOOKING FOR YOU"
"He is like this with everyone"
"Not everyone but you"
"How are you so sure?"
"He never ran around Sophie, not his aunt, not his house help aunt Ema, not me, not father, not Nikos."
"He literal searched for you even at the places he has never been to!"
"Stupidity!"
"Love, it's affection."

"He sent the whole investigation team!"
My heart fluttered. "I don't know, but sometimes he makes me pissed off!"

"Yes Aria. Lucian changed completely when you came, he became soft hearted. He started to care for you. "
She held my hands.
"Look, I know I am jealous of you but Aria, it was you who changed him. He has no one to care for, but he still came back to London from Greece just to check upon you!"
"So, what do you mean?"
"He is not a monster but Aria, he behaves heavy because no one ever cared about him, no one loved him. Aria, you are the last hope."
"What do you want me to do?"
"At least talk to him, before going to Greece."
"How do you know?"
"I know everything."

Stella looked towards me.
"Fine"
"Let's go"
She pulled me out.
And took me to the car.
"Where are we going?", I tried to pull back but her grip was strong.
"To the Valle mansion!"
"Right now?"
"Yessss!"
She pushed me inside the car before I could speak.
Soon we reached his house.
"Wait, I am not ready!"
My pulse went high, body trembling.
Stella pulled me out and dragged me inside.
If I would have power to go inside the earth, I would have already sank in!!!!
Mr. Stephen was standing there.
"Pa, where is Lucian?"
Stella asked.
But Stephen's gaze was on me.
"Why is she here?"
He asked confused.
"Of course, to talk to Lucian.", Stella replied aggressively.
"He is not well, high BP. So he is resting."
He paused and pointed upstairs.
"In his room.", he completed.
"Can I go in?", I asked to Stella .
"Of course.", she pushed me towards the staircase.
I stepped up slowly.
I was not afraid, but TERRIFIED.
How am I supposed to explain myself after what happened yesterday night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
