Rugbeard stared at the drop of blood on the dirt, then at Lucuis. A slow, toothy grin spread across his face.
" Hah, point taken." Rugbeard nodded lightly before sheating his own blade as well.
He watched Lucuis return to the little ones side.
" Daddy that was incredible." Emily embraced him without hesitation and praised his stunning display.
" You've improved far more than I expected young master." Su did as well, though not as enthusiasticly.
" Can I learn swordsmanship too daddy?" Said Emily in a sweet yet innocent tone. One which directly plucked at Lucuis's heart strings.
" That..." Lucuis didn't know what to say, to think she'd be interested in such a thing after watching his match.
" I'm afraid I'll have to discuss it with your mother first, alright sweetheart." Lucuis lifted her into his arms and said.
" No... Can we not?" The little one poured puffing up her cheeks, her eyes glistening while she pleaded.
