197. Rich Women Turn Bad
"Are you planning to stay here forever?" Ling asked Vill-V beside her.
"If it doesn't come to a head, I think they'll handle it. After all, we're Vill-V..." Vill-V nodded.
"You're right, you're all Vill-V, so you're all my dearest little sisters." Ling nodded.
"Yes, older sister," Vill-V emphasized patiently.
"So you'll still watch over us as before, right?" Vill-V quickly understood the meaning behind Ling's words.
"That's right, I'll watch over every single Vill-V," Ling replied.
"What a greedy little brother, isn't having one older sister enough?"
Vill-V playfully pressed against Ling, her breasts flattened by the immense pressure, as if they were about to pop out, creating a striking visual impact.
"It's your older brother. Besides, as I just said, you're both Vill-V, you're all Vill-V." Ling said with a faint smile.
"I suddenly regret separating… This way, I could have all my little brother's love to myself." Vill-V said dejectedly, looking helpless.
"What? Are you jealous?" Ling chuckled.
"Alright, their 'houses' should be almost finished, I should go see them." Ling patted Vill-V's head, gesturing for her to get up.
But when Vill-V heard that Ling was going to see the other Vill-V, she refused to get up and clung to Ling.
"I didn't know my little sister would be so clingy." Ling looked at Vill-V with a slight headache.
"It's your older sister! I'm afraid you won't come back after you go." Vill-V said softly, blushing.
"Don't worry, I will definitely come back, I swear on my older brother's honor."
After much coaxing from Ling, Vill-V finally got off Ling.
"Come back quickly, and don't lie to me!" Vill-V tugged at his sleeve.
"Okay, don't worry."
Finally leaving Vill-V's study, Ling arrived at the 'Great Magician's' house.
This was a room with a strong card theme; after all, cards are arguably the most classic props in magic.
After knocking a few times and receiving no response, Ling pushed the door open and entered.
Three enormous hats came into view.
"Is she making me guess which one contains Vill-V?" Ling immediately understood her intention.
But Ling also knew that Vill-V's magic was definitely not that simple.
So he directly used the reverse selection method.
"First, this hat definitely doesn't have her." Ling flipped over the first hat.
Sure enough, it was empty.
Then, without giving Vill-V a chance to react, he lifted the second hat.
"This one definitely doesn't have her either."
"Then there's one left…" Ling stood in front of the hat, quietly observing.
Sure enough, the 'Great Magician' from under the third hat suddenly popped out and pounced on Ling.
"You cheated! You cheated! Who chooses the opposite of what I want!" The 'Great Magician' sat on Ling, looking down at him.
"You're still too green to beat me," Ling said proudly.
He knew all too well about Vill-V's tricks; cheating was commonplace for her.
No matter what Ling chose, she would make him always pick the empty one, so going against her intention and selecting the one that was clearly empty inside was the best way to break the deadlock.
"Damn it... best two out of three!" The 'Great Magician' demanded a rematch, clearly unconvinced.
"Vill-V really left all her cheating skills to you," Ling couldn't help but complain.
"Hmph, you don't dare?" the 'Great Magician' challenged.
"What's there to be afraid of? My sister is still my sister. Do you think you can turn the tables on me?" Ling retorted.
After another round of magic tricks, the Grand Magician was still unwilling to accept defeat, but there was nothing she could do.
"Hmph, a draw, I suppose," the Grand Magician said, arms crossed, still refusing to admit defeat.
"Whatever makes you happy," Ling flicked her forehead.
"Next time, we'll definitely have a winner!" The Grand Magician rubbed her forehead, a hint of reluctance in her eyes.
"Yes, next time for sure."
Ling left the magic shop and headed towards the 'Lecturer's' location.
The Lecturer lived in a classroom with only one seat besides the podium.
The Lecturer was engrossed in reading a book.
"You're here? Sit down," the Lecturer glanced at Ling and gestured for her to sit.
"Oh? The most rational Vill-V?" Ling inquired.
"It's not so much about rationality, but I feel that as an educator, I should maintain my dignity."
The Lecturer closed her book, her eyes fixed silently on Ling, her expression stern and unsmiling, which seemed rather stiff compared to the ever-smiling Grand Magician.
"Vill-V has no dignity to speak of in front of me," Ling said, stroking his chin.
After all, Ling was well aware of her embarrassing moments and dark history from childhood.
"I suppose so..." Vill-V's momentum suddenly deflated, becoming somewhat dejected.
She couldn't compare to Ling in terms of knowledge, so why bother pretending to be a lecturer?
"Suddenly, I feel so useless."
The Lecturer slumped onto the podium, looking utterly dejected.
"How could my little sister be useless?" Ling stepped forward to comfort her.
"Even if Ling says that, I absolutely cannot violate the 'Vill-V Regulations'." The Lecturer glanced at him.
"What's that?" Ling was confused; he had no idea such a thing existed.
"No matter when or where, every Vill-V is Ling's older sister. This rule is sacred and inviolable." The Lecturer recited the 'Vill-V Rule' with perfect precision.
"...No one can see this now." Ling stroked the dejected Vill-V's head gently.
A comfortable, adorable expression appeared on the instructor's face.
"Then... brother?" The Lecturer had ultimately betrayed the other Vill-Vs.
Because this seemed to be the only way she could gain more attention.
"Brother's here. Little sister can tell me anything that's bothering her."
Ling suddenly felt a surge of relief. This was the first time a Vill-V had called him brother!
"Brother!" The dejected look on the Lecturer's face faded considerably, and her voice became more cheerful.
"Good little sister, call me that a few more times, and brother will buy you some Solium," Ling said with satisfaction.
"Where did you get the money?" The Lecturer looked at him suspiciously.
"Making money isn't difficult, you just need to..."
Ling told the Lecturer some ways to make money.
The Lecturer's eyes gradually brightened.
"Why didn't you tell me before?" The Lecturer said indignantly.
Even her creations, those "genius trash," required a lot of money! If Ling had told her the secrets to making money earlier, she wouldn't have occasionally found herself in financial straits.
"Because I once glimpsed a sentence online: 'Rich women turn bad,'" Ling said seriously.
"..." The Lecturer was speechless.
