Upon appearing, the Ancient Gengar let out a weird cackle. It waved its hands at the sky, causing the dark clouds to swirl and form a black vortex directly above its head.

Connecting the dots, the effect of these black orbs was obvious.
If hit, the target would likely be sucked directly into the dimension inside Gengar's body.
"Be careful! Don't let Fearow or Aerodactyl get hit by those attacks!"
Kenji shouted a warning. Yun Erdun nodded grimly, not daring to be careless. His hand went to the Key Stone on his wrist.
"Aerodactyl!!! Mega!! Evolve!!!"

Responding to Yun Erdun's call, Aerodactyl roared.
The Key Stone on Yun Erdun's wrist erupted with brilliant light.
Aerodactyl was enveloped in rainbow energy. In an instant, Mega Evolution was complete. Mega Aerodactyl appeared.
The ancient bloodline within it awakened further. The rock armor that covered its body in prehistoric times—lost during the fossil resurrection process—returned, jagged rocks protruding all over its body.
These rocks were as hard as diamonds.
Its appearance became more ferocious and terrifying, its temperament even more violent.
Ancient Gengar showed no fear. It raised its hands and fired another volley of "Shadow Balls."
Fearow and Mega Aerodactyl weaved and dodged desperately.

Having evaded the black orbs, the two flyers attacked Ancient Gengar's massive body from different angles.
Given Gengar's mountain-like size, aiming wasn't necessary. Missing would have been harder than hitting.
Fearow flapped its wings, sending blades of wind slicing toward the giant.
Mega Aerodactyl opened its mouth, launching a pulse of draconic energy.
Ancient Gengar faced the attacks with zero panic.
The Air Cutter and Dragon Pulse struck Gengar's chest from different directions.
But the moment they hit, ripples appeared on Gengar's surface, like a stone thrown into a still pond.
Then, the attacks simply sank into Gengar's body and vanished without a trace.
