The moment we opened the door of the principal's office, the principal really seemed like she was already waiting for us to arrive. This is quite strange, quite really, I said to myself, but Yuan didn't hear it.
Then we got inside her office.
"Welcome, Mr. Xu Yuan. Please have a seat," the principal said to us.
Then we sat on the chairs there, and the principal said, "So, Mr. Yuan, you are here for your daughter's admission, right?"
We both nodded our heads in yes.
"Then she is enrolled in our school from Monday onwards. She can come and join us," the principal said.
Yuan smiled and said, "Thank you, Miss Qing."
The principal smiled while looking at us and said, "You're most welcome, Mr. Xu. In fact, it is a pleasure for our school to have your daughter in it," she said.
Then we both left the office together, and while walking in the lobby of the school, I looked at him a bit strangely. He noticed my expression and asked me, "What happened to you? Why are you looking at me a bit strangely?" he asked me.
And then I said, "Yuan, actually, the principal here just enrolled Chen Shiyuan without even asking her name. Don't you think this is a bit off?" I said to him.
He looked at me and then smiled and said, "Tell me, which school will say no to Xu Yuan's daughter?"

Then I hit his arm lightly and said, "You are really so bad."
He laughed a little, and then suddenly, in the lobby where we were walking just now, the teachers and female staff who were passing by got so much mesmerized by Yuan Yuan's looks, appearance, and even his presence in the school that it seemed like they couldn't believe that he was in their school.

Every single eye here that was on my Yuan Yuan's charming looks and charismatic appearance.

Then I held his arm and said in a low voice of mine, so that only he could hear me, "Let's walk fast and get out from here," I said.
And then when we headed out of the school, finally Yuan looked at me with a question in his eyes.
"What?" I asked him.
"Tell me, why were you in such a sudden hurry to head out of the school?" he said.
"Nothing. I just wanted some fresh air to breathe," I said.
But he didn't get convinced, as usual.
He looked at me and said, "I asked you for the truth, not a lie, you pretty liar," he said.
I immediately put my hands on Chen Shiyuan's ears and said, "How many times do I have to tell you this? Don't call me with such names in front of her. Otherwise, what will she learn from her own parents?" I said to him in a worried tone.
He smiled and looked at me. With one hand, he put my hands down from her ears and said, "Silly girl," in a much louder tone, loud enough for her to hear, after all, she was in her Pa's arms.
He said, "Silly girl, we have come a long way in this journey, a really long way," he said.
"And she is part of us, part of our beautiful memories and moments that we have spent together. She is just like us. How can we hide anything from her? She must hear all these things from us, and I want her to grow up with our silliness and endless nonsense dramas. I want her to witness our love forever. I want that if anybody sees her in the future, they can easily tell by looking at her how much love her parents have for each other, how many dramas we faced together in our lives, and I want her to witness each and every drama of ours," he said.
I laughed hearing that from him and said, "Yuan, what will happen when she grows up and goes to another city for her further studies in university after giving her Gaokao exams?" I asked him.
He looked at me and smiled and said, "Don't you know your Yuan Yuan?" he asked me.
"I know," I said.
"No, you don't. Because if you really did, then you would never ask me such a silly question," he said.
"How?" I asked him.
He smiled and said, "Don't you know me? When I am in love, I can't let that person leave me even for a second. I thought you knew that pretty well, but now it seems like you don't," he said.
Then I folded both my arms and said, "So what does that have to do with her?" I asked him.
"It has everything to do with her," he said. "After all, she is our daughter. I won't let her leave us. Whatever she studies and wherever she goes, she will go with us only," he said.
"Ooo really? Then what will happen when she grows up? Will you let her boyfriend take her?" I asked him.
