Abraham let Donald and Roy in through the trashy, messed-up apartment and they entered the wardrobe elevator that led down to his mancave.
"You better make sure he comes back in one piece," Donald warned Abraham.
"I'll die before he does," Abraham said in passing, not doing much to quell Donald's rising anxiety. What did he mean he would die before Roy did? Was he already planning to die?
Donald harrumphed. "Ahem, how about… none of you dies?"
Abraham just shrugged and entered the APC. And Roy followed in too.
"Worry more about the abyss creatures that are gonna die," Roy said, sitting down in the seat Donny sat in on their expedition to District 03.
Abraham had over-prepared for the trip. Food rations, water, battery packs, energy crystals, and more were in full stock. The items carried would hardly last the entire six-week training course but it wasn't meant to. And the items lasting defeated the purpose of going into the wild to train.
