Isolde chose to sacrifice herself to make her mom, and two brothers alive.
Isolde thinks, 'Mom would say to let us all die together, and Kaelen fears in everything. it seems Orion is the only option to make it a success.'
Isolde, seeing Orion, whispers in his ears, "Big brother, I am going to sacrifice myself, but promise me to take care of mom and brother. They are approaching us, first you knock Kaelen out, and I will knock mom out."
Hearing this, Orion felt bad.
Orion thinks, 'I wanted to ask her to go find a different spot to hide or just run away from us, but she is willing to sacrifice herself for us. this girl really has a heart of steel. but what will happen to her? Right now, quick decisions should be made.'
Orion nods his head.
In a split second, both Orion and Isolde knocked Selene and Kaelen.
Isolde goes out of the wardrobe and says to Orion, " Lock the wardrobe from inside. Whatever happens outside, never come out. Promise me that."
Orion nods.
After that saying, Isolde walks towards the middle of the room, and sits there placing her sword on her lap.
Orion locks the wardrobe and watches outside from the small gap between two wardrobe doors.
Orion remembers his power of his eye which is gotten from gods boon. Orion concentrates, then fate's eye activates, with the power of boon, Orion looks at Isolde.
from the Fate's eye, orion gets info about Isolde. Isolde's fate colour is yellow.
Orion thinks, 'this means she is likely a heavenly character, good then, it seems she will escape the hunt, yes, a typical protagonist luck.
Thinking this, Orion felt relieved and less worried, even though Isolde is stranger to him,the owner's lingering thoughts and Isolde's character to sacrifice herself for him, make Orion unable to leave Isolde like that, but he kept his promise not leave the wardrobe.. Orion really felt good to have a sister like Isolde.
...soldiers arrive with soldiers' wear which is similar to what modern people wear, black jeans and a shirt covered with iron armor and holding iron shields and swords. They all surround Isolde.
Commanders come after them. They wear just normal clothes with swords.
Then three male person's comes, their body is well build, like they are veteran fighters, their face looked like aged, about the same age as Orion's father's. They wore noble dress that highlights their family name.
One wears an olive symbol on the back of his jacket. and the other had two sword cross and the final one has a symbol of a man riding a wolf with a sword (they are called wolverines, because of their ancestors, they used to be soldiers in ancient wars).
These three people are prestigious people who used to be on equal terms with Oliver's dad. Each of them has a confined territory, but smaller and outskirt areas, whereas Oliver's dad, with his power, occupied a large area, which is the central capital of the Sword continent. these 3 masters know that their combined strength is not enough to kill Oliver's dad.
But now what happened.....? Where did they get the power and backing to attempt an attack, on Veynars' household?
These 3 masters are named as Kaelith Duskbane, Varros Blackthorn, and Lucien Crowhaven.
Lucien, who is shorter among the three, speaks first, looking at Isolde, " So you decided to surrender. huh"
Isolde, looking at Lucien says, "I am. but not without a fight. I want to know what happened to my dad?"
Isolde attacks Lucien who came forward with her sword, Lucien block it and throws her with brute force.
isolde wents several steps back and hits the wardrobe where Orion is hiding.
Orion holds his hands to his mouth to not let a single word from him.
Lucien attacks with a sword strike, the sword ki emitted from his sword hits Isolde. she barely stopped the attack, well, she may be a genius and overpowerd to the age group of her but no match for adults.
Lucien admired her by saying, "you stopped my sword strike, that's impressive for your age."
as Lucien said this, Kaelith says, "don't delay now, we have to meet him, as fast as possible or else he will get angered."
Lucien agrees to it. "yes. now take my double sword strike at full force."
Then a double sword strike comes towards isolde. Isolde quickly thinks if it hits the wardrobe her brilliant plan to atleast save her mom and brothers will be lost, so she comes forward for the attack, even though she know she is not able to take the attack.
Isolde blocks one sword strike but the other attacks her and the sword ki penetrates her dress and hits her body making blood come out. with unbearable pain Isolde is in her knees still holding her breath.
even then, no scream came out from Isolde.
Isolde asks, "can you tell me what happened to my dad, as you see I am dying"
Lucien says, "then ask your dad in heaven, and say this to him, Never take lightly of us three. HAHAHA"
As Isolde fell the other two came towards her.
All three sword continent leaders, surrounded her. They then takes out a golden device which is looking like a lotus bud.
Orion worries about Isolde, even though he came from earth, he did not want to ignore her as she risked her life to protect me, not him, but the original Orion, who is a good for nothing. even though good for nothing, but has a deep bond to Isolde.
Orion has feeling gratitude towards Isolde.
As she fell, orion is worring for her. Orion opens his Luck eye agian it still shows her previous state.
Orion thinks 'what now??'
Varros, the one who is holding the golden device, turns his hand in a patteern, making the formation of golden bud to open.
From lotus bud, one by one petal blooms and it soom appered like a fully bloomed lotus flower, in side the flower there is straw like golden thread which comes out. it has a mouth to it.
Varros brings it to Isolde backbone, then the mouth enters Isolde body cewing her skin. any human can never bear when someone eats their skin alive, and Isolde is still a child, how can she bear it?
But Isolde bore it. Isolde gritted her teeth hard, tears coming out of her eyes, but no voice came out of her.
isolde not want to scream, as that scream may wake up the other two who are unconcious and Orion may make a sound if he hears the loud scream.
Orion is still watching everything, tears coming out of his eyes and he wanted to come out and die along with Isolde.(Maybe due to lingering attachment of real Orion)
Kiran has no words to speak, he is thinking, 'Even though I am a man, can I do the same for my loved ones, I think I can't. She is really a good person with a heart as steel.'
