Sera swallowed hard, her eyes glistening with unshed tears. "Of course. Is this why the bond doesn't seem to be broken?" She reached slowly toward the mirror, tracing the reflection of Ravok's form.
"I'm guessing it is. Listen, Sera…I have to go." Ravok said.
Sera nodded, her fingers still resting against the small scar at her neck. "Will I see you again?" she asked.
"I don't know. I can't leave Eric there for too long. I am heading to Redwood. If there is enough time, I'll see you."
