"Forward! Now!" Eric shouted.
Cyril slammed the accelerator to the floor.
The car lunged ahead with brutal force. The impact came fast and violent. Metal collided with flesh and bone. The hood buckled slightly as bodies slammed into it, werewolves flying off to either side.
At the same instant, Eric moved.
His hand shot to the door handle. The door flew open mid-charge and Eric launched himself out. He hit the ground running, grabbed the nearest werewolf by the neck, fingers sinking into thick fur and muscle, and yanked it backward with terrifying strength.
The creature barely had time to snarl before Eric slammed it into the ground, dragging it along at the same punishing speed the car had been moving. The asphalt tore skin. The wolf howled, then went limp.
The car plowed through the rest, sending bodies crashing into each other. Cyril wrenched the wheel hard, skidding sideways before slamming on the brakes. The vehicle screeched to a stop in a cloud of dust and burnt rubber.
