Demon instinctively leapt back the moment Bunny spoke.
There was no hostility in her voice—not a single drop—but something in her presence told him to brace himself.
He studied her with narrowed eyes.
She hadn't made a move, yet had closed distance like a phantom.
"Damn... she's fast," Demon muttered under his breath.
He assessed her movements quietly, a rare smile creeping across his lips.
There was something exhilarating about her aura—heavy and overwhelming—and Demon knew immediately...
She was someone worth fighting.
Around them, the other students were left stunned. Bunny's entire vibe had shifted.
Butcher narrowed his gaze, thoughts racing.
If Bunny was on their side, maybe—just maybe—they had a chance now.
Demon let out a slow breath, feeling the energy pulsing inside him—still building up now that the students weren't attacking. But he barely had time to regroup.
Suddenly—
Whizz!
A bullet.
Demon caught it mid-air with instinct alone. But it wasn't just any bullet.
The canister burst open in his hand, releasing a purplish mist.
A familiar one.
"Ah, no—shit, not this stuff...Null X" he coughed, staggering slightly.
"Juice already warned me about it. Suppresses powers... and scrambles your head."
His balance faltered as he leaned against the wall, trying to stay upright.
The gas worked fast—too fast.
On the other side, Lexy and some of the observing heroes were visibly excited.
The tables had turned—and they could feel it.

– Bunny Unleashed –
Demon's vision blurred, shapes melting into one another.
He tried to recalibrate—
But then a foot came flying at his face.
He dipped his head just in time, narrowly dodging the kick.
A laugh rang out—a mad, almost erotic giggle.
Bunny.
She licked her lips, eyes glowing with an unholy hunger.
Even in his weakened state, Demon was still dodging.
"Still tickin', huh?" she cooed, tilting her head.
"Oi, you're bloody perfect, ya know that?
I'm gonna push you to your limit, luv...
'til you fucking shatter it."
She lunged with another kick, and again, Demon evaded—but just barely.
The students blinked in confusion.
Her words didn't make sense... yet they felt real.
Then—
BAM!
Demon slammed her against the wall.
But Bunny, undeterred, wrapped her legs tightly around his waist, trapping him in a dangerously intimate position. Her breath tickled his ear.
"Tell me, love... you like it rough or soft?" she purred.
Then she rolled her waist deliberately against him, sending a shiver through his spine.
Demon's face twisted with disbelief as he broke free and jumped back, shaking her off.
"Is she tryin' to mess with my head... or just bloody taunting me?" he grumbled internally.
"Doesn't matter. I can't use my powers... I'm barely standin'. Guess it's time."
His fingers twitched toward his belt.
Winner's techs.
He'd have to risk it.

– Hunter's Edge –
Suddenly, a shadow loomed behind him.
Draigo.
He spun to the side just as the boy lunged.
Swipe! Slash! Smash!
Three more attacks came—Demon dodged all of them, sliding low across the floor. He flipped back, palm out—
Poof!
Smoke bomb.
It detonated instantly, filling the room with thick fog.
Delta growled in frustration. "Watch your step! Stay sharp!"
"Yes, sir!" the students called back, fanning out with caution.
In the adjacent room, the heroes observed with intense focus.
"What's he gonna do next?" one muttered.
A sudden scream snapped everyone's attention back to the screen.
"LOOK!"

– Demon Reborn –
Demon appeared on the feed—bare-chested, bruised, barely standing.
But he wasn't giving up.
They watched in disbelief as he retrieved a syringe from his pocket and jabbed it into his neck. Then another. And another.
His wounds began to close—instantly.
"What the hell is that...?" one of the heroes gasped.
Storm narrowed his eyes. "He didn't have a gun before. Or syringes."
"Teleportation," Lexy replied coldly. "He hid them somewhere. Brought them in when no one was lookin'."
Their eyes widened.
In Demon's hands were now two high-tech handguns, sleek and dangerous.
The gas still lingered in the air...
But somehow, it wasn't affecting him much anymore.
Which should have been impossible.
They watched—stunned—as he stood tall again, guns loaded, eyes calm.
Like a demon reborn.
