From above in the sky, Central Kaze can be seen like a desolate city. Buildings were torn down and the streets were empty, not a single soul in sight. Back over at the Mayor's Office, Taro and the Doctor continuously clash with their fists. Each blow that connected with each other sent shockwaves throughout the yard. After a while Taro is pushed back by the Doctor as he immediately shoots an energy attack that the Doctor effortlessly avoids.
"What's the matter?" "Your attacks are a lot weaker and slower than they were before," the doctor scoffs at Taro. "Don't tell me this is all the leader of The Agenda has to dish out."
"Shut. Up." Taro said, annoyed.
Struggling to rise to his feet, Taro swayed from left to right and then immediately fell back to his knee. Breathing heavy, he thinks about all he's lost in just one day thinking that it was the same as that night.
Realizing that he's in trouble, Sarah darts onto the battlefield.
"Boss, please fall back and regain your strength."
"Sarah," Taro whispers as he looks up at her. "Thanks and please don't die, that's an order."
"Roger," Sarah said as she let out a smile.
Pulling out a pair of daggers, Sarah rushes in towards the doctor and attacks him. However, he starts to toy with her by pushing her around and avoiding her attacks.
Outside of the yard, Taro tries to regain his strength by absorbing what little energy is floating around in the atmosphere, but to no avail he fails.
"Damn it, it's not enough." "I can't win."
Just then Mio and Newman appears, running up to the Mayor and Taro. Upon seeing Mio, Taro's eyes that were red with a reptile shape suddenly changed back to his brown human eyes and tears began to form. Running over to her, Taro hugs her tightly.
"Thank goodness, you're ok," he said as the tears began to roll.
Turning to Newman, Taro apologizes for failing the city and letting his rage get the best of him, however, Newman wasn't angry.
"If you really are sorry then prove it by putting an end to this nonsense," Newman said as he placed his hand on his shoulder.
"I can't, I'm too injured to even absorb energy from around me," Taro said worryingly.
"Is that what these little fluffs are?" Mio asked with confusion in her voice.
"Huh?"
"Mio, you can see them," Taro asked.
"Yeah, wait, is that bad?"
"N-No we'll worry about it later."
Looking at Taro for a while, Mio points out that certain parts of his body are glowing red and as she reaches out her hand, Taro begins to heal. After a while, a fully healed and energized Taro jumps to his feet.
"Wow, this is nothing like I've felt before, my body feels so light and free."
Before he could celebrate any further an explosion from the yard catches his attention. Taro then turns to Newman and tosses a communicator device at him.
"Can you get in touch with headquarters and let them know the situation?" "And Mio, anyone who shows up can you take care of their injuries to the best of your abilities, please and thank you."
"I won't let you down," Mio said encouragingly.
"Taro, make him pay for harming the people of this city," Mayor Lucas said with a heavy voice.
Giving everyone a thumbs up, Taro's eyes changed back into his reptile reddish shape and color as he dashed back into the yard of the Mayor's office.
"This is Chief Newman, do you read me HQ."
"Chief, this is HQ, where are you and what's your status?"
"Nevermind that, Taro is currently in battle with the mastermind behind the attack and he needs backup, send as many soldiers as you can."
"No need sir." "We received a call from the generals a few seconds before you contacted us, and they are on their way to your location now."
"What, their alive?" "Great, with them this fight should be our victory."
Back to the battle at hand, The Doctor conjures a cube and hits Sarah with it.
"This is getting boring," he said with a cold voice.
He then creates an even larger cube and hover it above Sarah. As he drops it, Taro comes in and using his ability, he blocks the attack and protects Sarah.
"Fall Back," he yells.
As Sarah rushes off the battlefield, both Taro's and the Doctor's abilities cancel out each other.
"What? He cancelled out my ability. I see, he doesn't know that his ability might have similar traits to mine. While his ability allows him to absorb attacks and send them back that isn't all it does, it also allows him to store said attacks inside his very own pocket dimension."
"You're really starting to impress me here boy," says the Doctor with a wide smile on his face.
"Good then lets keep it that way, eyes on me."
Taro then moves at an insane speed that completely catches the doctor off guard and lands a powerful blow to his face.
"S-So fast."
"What's wrong, don't tell me you can keep up."
Using his ability, the Doctor then creates a cube around his body to shield himself, however Taro uses his own ability to create and wrap a prism around his face and tears through the Doctor's defenses as he lands another blow completely shattering the Doctor's cube.
Lying on the ground, the Doctor thinks to himself that the 'bullet' must have worked on Mio, seeing that Taro is no longer injured or fatigued. Laughing, the Doctor stands once again.
"You and your little group are truly entertaining."
A gigantic slime then appears out of nowhere and consumes the Doctor which triggers a transformation. Before Taro could even think about his next move, he is blasted away by a cube into a tree, smaller cubes are then sent towards him and as Taro struggles to defend himself, a cube grazes his thigh. The Doctor then appears in front of him and lands a devastating uppercut then grabs ahold of his leg and slams him back into the ground. The Doctor then shoots a cube towards Taro as he activates his ability creating a blast that knocks the two away from each other.
Struggling to his feet, Taro is left breathing heavily as he jumps up only to see a bunch of debris being sent towards him. Instinctively, Taro creates a prism to block the attack, but the debris is absorbed instead. Realizing this, Taro rushes towards the Doctor as he creates another prism above the doctor and releases the debris as it falls on top of him. Taro realizing his new abilities, smiles confidently.
"So you figured it out, what about it," the Doctor said angrily.
Sweeping Taro's feet, the Doctor tries to crush his head but Taro activates Blink which allows him to teleport out of the way of the attack.
"Tch, I was wondering where that one was."
Digging his gigantic hand into the ground, the Doctor destroys the ground blocking Taro's field of vision as he lands another attack and sends Taro flying to the ground.
"I've toyed with you enough, it's time I end it."
As the Doctor got closer to Taro, his body suddenly got heavier and Faux appeared right in front of him and landed a cross attack causing the slime around him to lose its effectiveness and leaving the Doctor unable to use his ability. The Generals of the Agenda have finally arrived as they all stand in front of Taro with their arms crossed and a serious expression on their faces.
