These runes looked familiar to Logan. They were similar to some on Yepera's bones, but simpler.
"Looks like the person who built this altar studied Yepera's bones." Logan said, then jumped into the altar first.
Everyone followed Logan inside.
The floor was made of obsidian, covered with complex energy circuits that glowed faintly.
Arthur, Philip, Darwin, Monet, and Camilla stood on the outside, watching through a crystal ball projection.
Logan looked around and asked: "Who's first?"
Natalia stepped forward. Her black armor moved with the wind. "I'll go first."
She walked to the center of the altar.
The runes on the floor lit up instantly. A bright light shot into the sky and formed a figure.
It was a man in an old robe, holding a jade staff. His face was serious, and behind him, 21 familiar shadows flickered.
Logan scanned with his soul power and said: "This is a projection of the Third Chairman. He's a 29-star Saint."
