Chapter 636 - Chapter 635 – Completely Embarrassed

Within the Space of Light, time was distorted—one minute inside was equivalent to a single second in the outside world.

Yuzhou had only waited for about three seconds when the light emerging from Z and Sevenger fused together. In the next instant, a brand-new form took shape.

Ultraman Z — Alpha Edge!

"Not bad. That was quick."

Yuzhou nodded slightly and stepped aside, yielding the battlefield.

On this Earth, Z was the protagonist. Yuzhou had no intention of interfering with Z's growth. Otherwise, he wouldn't have guided Z to become one with that overly enthusiastic human in the first place.

"Z, Genegarg is yours," Yuzhou said, folding his arms in front of his chest.

"Senior Tiga, I won't let you down!"

Z replied resolutely and charged straight at Genegarg.

At the same time, Haruki also heard the exchange between Yuzhou and Z. He was shocked—but the priority right now was the monster destroying the city in front of them.

No matter who it was, anyone who disrupted Earth's peace had to be stopped!

With the combined power of Zero, Seven, and Leo, Alpha Edge came equipped with a built-in secret technique—

Cosmic Martial Arts.

Z rushed in with a full combo, battering Genegarg relentlessly and forcing it into repeated setbacks.

"So strong!"

Haruki exclaimed, looking at the monster being beaten back, then glancing at his own hands in disbelief.

"A fusion form that comes with techniques… no wonder it's the latest model!"

Yuzhou nodded in agreement. Indeed, after fusing Hikari, Cosmos, and Agul's powers, he himself had not only learned swordsmanship—but had somehow picked up Tai Chi as well.

A series of spinning kicks slammed into Genegarg's body, sending the monster stumbling backward just as it struggled to climb back up.

Enraged, Genegarg roared. Its body once again emitted a red glow, and countless crimson blasts erupted from it, firing toward Z.

Z didn't foolishly stand still. Instead, he summoned two head blades. Wrapped in blue light, they linked together mid-spin, forming something like a nunchaku—

—or rather, twin throwing blades.

Swinging the blades as he sprinted forward, Z spiralled toward Genegarg. The red blasts shattered one after another under the rotating blades, and after deflecting nearly all the firepower, Z closed the distance.

Slash—slash—slash!

Blue light flashed as the head blades carved viciously into Genegarg's body, before snapping back onto Z's head.

The assault wasn't over.

Z's foot ignited with flames, and with a twisting kick, he smashed Genegarg away once again.

Genegarg howled in fury.

Any monster would be enraged after taking such a beating.

As if its rage gauge had filled completely, blue light burst from behind Genegarg like nitro acceleration. Lowering its horn—the shark-fin-like spike on its head—it charged forward at terrifying speed.

However, because its right fin had been cut off by Hikari earlier, Genegarg's balance was off.

Instead of ramming into Z, it veered off course—

Straight toward Yuzhou.

"…What the hell?"

Yuzhou had been calmly observing the fight, even considering whether he should offer some veteran guidance.

This, however, was completely unexpected.

With no intention of stealing Z's kill, the crystal on Yuzhou's forehead flashed. His body shifted into silver and purple—

Sky Type.

Just as he was about to take off, a thought crossed his mind.

This could be a good teaching moment.

"Watch carefully, Z," Yuzhou said, facing the oncoming Genegarg. "I'm using speed-based power right now. But with enough training, even this form can withstand massive impact."

As he spoke, Yuzhou assumed a stance—clearly intending to take the charge head-on.

Boom!

Genegarg slammed into him.

A tremendous force exploded against Yuzhou's body, sending him flying backward like a missile.

"…I underestimated it! No wonder it dared to charge straight into the Land of Light—this Cosmic Savage Shark really lives up to its reputation!"

Yuzhou forcibly stabilized himself midair, flipped, and landed on the ground.

Z: "..."

"Z-san… your senior doesn't look very reliable," Haruki muttered inside Z's body.

"No," Z replied firmly. "Senior Tiga is incredibly strong. That just now… must have been an accident."

Z could never forget the sight of Tiga utterly crushing Tartarus.

"Unbelievably embarrassing!"

Yuzhou stood up and brushed non-existent dust off his body.

He hadn't suffered a setback like this in a long time.

Looking at Genegarg again, its body was glowing red once more, temperature skyrocketing as it prepared to fire again.

"Behave."

A freezing beam blasted straight onto Genegarg's head.

Icy mist enveloped its body instantly.

The red glow vanished at once. Frost spread rapidly, ice forming layer by layer—until Genegarg was completely frozen into a massive ice statue.

"So strong!" Z exclaimed excitedly. "As expected of Senior Tiga!"

"One move, and Genegarg's frozen solid!"

"That's… incredible," Haruki agreed, unable to hide his awe.

After taking so many hits without going down, the monster had been neutralized instantly by a single beam.

"Z—come on," Yuzhou called.

At this point, he had no interest in further 'training.' After being embarrassed like that, it was better to end things quickly.

Lifting the frozen Genegarg, Yuzhou flew into the sky.

Z followed immediately.

"Finish it!" Yuzhou shouted, tossing Genegarg upward.

"Roger!"

Z crossed his fists beside the Z-shaped Colour Timer. Brilliant light burst forth, then his palms pulled diagonally apart, forming a massive glowing Z across his body.

"Zestium Beam!"

A blue, arrow-shaped beam shot forward. At the same moment, the ice encasing Genegarg shattered with a loud crack.

The monster tried to react—but it was far too late.

The beam struck Genegarg directly, blasting it skyward.

Moments later—

Boom!

Genegarg exploded in midair. Z ended the beam, and burning fragments rained down toward the ground.

Seeing this, Yuzhou flew straight into the debris field, swiftly grabbing several objects that shimmered with light.

They were—

Ultra Medals.

The very medals Genegarg had swallowed.
