Chapter 589 - Chapter 588: Juggler Becomes Light

Chapter 588: Juggler Becomes Light

"There is only one way to revive the Giant—that is for Daigo to become light."

Those were Yuzare's original words.

Perhaps Yuzare's spiritual remnant believed that Daigo resembled the ancient Yuzhou of the super-ancient era.

Or perhaps she was able to perceive the Heart of Light within him.

That was why she spoke those words.

Become light did not necessarily mean entering Tiga's body.

After transforming into Ultraman Tiga, Yuzhou's body, guided by his own will, began to petrify—

turning into a stone statue.

Then, a beam of light burst forth from within the statue, reforming once again into Tiga.

Leaving behind a combat body like this was, for Yuzhou, an exceedingly simple matter.

With Yuzhou present, the limitation of requiring a "Heart of Light" no longer applied.

To make Juggler an Ultra Warrior, all that was needed was for him to transform directly.

"Juggler, take this."

As Yuzhou spoke, a golden sphere of light appeared in his hand and drifted toward Juggler.

Everyone focused their gaze—

It was Tiga's transformation device, the Sparklence.

Cancelling his transformation, Yuzhou stepped beside Juggler and gestured for him to try.

"I… can I really do this?"

Juggler's hand trembled slightly as he held the Sparklence—

a tremor born purely of excitement.

"You can."

Yuzhou spoke calmly, standing at his side, lending him confidence and courage.

Juggler looked at Yuzhou. Determination flashed across his face.

He raised the Sparklence—

and pressed the button.

Everyone held their breath, eyes wide, ready to witness a historic moment.

However—

Nothing happened.

The Sparklence remained closed, silent.

No brilliant radiance.

No overwhelming glow.

"Ah…"

Laiha and the others felt an awkward tension fill the air.

They had been so expectant—

yet Juggler's transformation had failed.

"So… I really can't?"

Juggler lowered the Sparklence slowly, his voice heavy, his emotions tangled.

"Wait."

Yuzhou frowned, studying the Sparklence in Juggler's hand, then spoke after a moment's thought.

"It's useless. I can't become an Ultraman."

Juggler forced a bitter smile, his shoulders sagging.

Yuzhou did not answer.

Instead, he guided the dark power buried deep within himself, letting it flow out from his fingertips and coil around the Sparklence.

A sound like the shattering of a silver bell echoed faintly.

The darkness dissipated.

And the Sparklence changed.

"This is…?"

Juggler examined it closely.

Where once its wings had been entirely gold, they were now half gold, half black.

"Juggler,"

Yuzhou explained,

"you possess light within your heart—but the power you wield is darkness. You are not fully compatible with the light-only Tiga."

"Not compatible… then what about now?"

Juggler pointed at the black markings, confused.

"Now, you are."

Yuzhou nodded.

"Try again."

"…Alright."

Juggler took a deep breath.

He raised the Sparklence once more—and pressed the button.

This time, it was different.

Golden and black arcs of energy converged from all directions.

Light and darkness intertwined, surging outward from the Sparklence.

As the intertwined power enveloped Juggler—

A gigantic silhouette appeared by the lakeside.

A black-and-red body,

silver patterns across the chest,

and a blue Colour Timer shining steadily.

Juggler had transformed.

He had become "Tiga."

Yet this Tiga was unlike any before.

Juggler could feel it clearly—

Within his body flowed his own darkness,

alongside two luminous forces: red and purple.

However, the two lights could not be released simultaneously—only one at a time.

Thus, his current form bore only black and red.

Ultraman Tiga — Tornado Type.

(T/S: I still think the naming is irregular between Tornado (red markings) and Blast (purple markings), supposed to be opposite)

"Light and darkness coexist within you,"

Yuzhou said, gazing up at Tornado-Type Tiga.

"Perhaps this form was meant for you alone."

Zero studied Juggler carefully, astonished.

To think that someone who carried darkness so deeply could still become an Ultra Warrior.

"I did it!"

Juggler exclaimed, marvelling at his own hands, testing his movements.

"Juggler really became an Ultra Warrior…"

Gai smiled in relief, then turned to Yuzhou.

"Thank you, Senior Yuzhou—on Juggler's behalf."

"No need for thanks."

Yuzhou waved it off.

"Since Juggler's transformation succeeded,"

Zero said seriously,

"we should head to the Moon and see what's going on."

That unknown light was still radiating from the Moon.

This was no time to celebrate.

"I agree."

Riku nodded, activating the Geed Riser and transforming into Ultraman Geed (Primitive).

Gai transformed once more into Ultraman Orb Origin, preparing to depart alongside Geed.

"Senior, are you coming with us?"

Gai asked, thoughtfully.

"You go ahead with Juggler,"

Yuzhou replied.

"I'll follow shortly."

Orb and Geed nodded, then turned toward Tornado-Type Juggler.

"No need. I can fly on my own."

Juggler shook his head.

The crystal on his forehead flashed as he crossed his arms and swept them downward.

His body shifted from black-and-red to black-and-purple.

Ultraman Tiga — Blast Type.

"This form should be faster in flight,"

Juggler said, testing his lighter movements.

With a powerful leap, he soared straight toward the glowing Moon.

Orb, Geed, and Zero followed close behind.

"And… are you coming too?"

Yuzhou asked, turning toward Laiha and the others.

Because he had altered the course of events,

Airu, the Kushia native girl, had survived—

and had even become part of the group.

"We're coming as well,"

Laiha replied, glancing at Pega.

Pega immediately opened a portal leading to their mobile base, and everyone stepped inside.

Only then did Yuzhou remember—

Riku came with a fully equipped, high-end spacecraft base.

A base once left behind on Earth by Belial and Fukuide Kei.

Nebula House.
