Chapter 565 - Chapter 564: From the Future

After listening to Yu Zhou's explanation, the little girl's emotions gradually calmed. She then turned her gaze to Camearra, who was cradled in Yu Zhou's arms, a trace of confusion appearing on her face.

"What do you intend to do?"

She no longer questioned Yu Zhou aggressively, but instead asked directly.

Hearing this, Yu Zhou felt a flicker of surprise.

At this point in time, she doesn't yet know how to save Camearra?

After all, in the future, it was precisely this little girl who had told him how Camearra could be saved.

However, Yu Zhou did not dwell too much on the discrepancy. Instead, he calmly explained to her the method by which Camearra could be rescued.

"In that case," the little girl said after listening, "come with me to Earth."

With a wave of her hand, she concealed Yu Zhou and Camearra from sight and spoke softly. Immediately afterward, her own form also turned transparent as she flew toward Earth.

"So… invisibility."

Yu Zhou glanced at his own state, then followed the little girl toward Earth.

Earth, Huaxia.

Rong City People's Hospital.

"May I ask who Mr. Li Ke is?"

A nurse hurried out of the delivery room, scanning the family waiting area as she spoke.

"I—I am!"

A man who had been pacing back and forth rushed forward the moment he heard his name. Grabbing the nurse's hand anxiously, he blurted out,

"Doctor, how is my wife?!"

"Sir, please calm down."

Startled by Li Ke's agitation, the nurse gently patted his hand and spoke.

"Ah—sorry, I'm sorry. But my wife… how is she now?"

Li Ke quickly let go and asked again.

"Your wife's condition is somewhat critical, so we need your signature," the nurse said solemnly.

"Our doctors will do everything possible to save both mother and child. However, if an emergency arises, priority will be given to the mother."

Hearing this, Li Ke's heart clenched. After a moment of hesitation, he gritted his teeth and signed.

"Please… I'm counting on you!"

Time passed, second by second.

Every moment felt like torment to Li Ke.

One hour.

Two hours.

Three hours… eight hours.

The family waiting area was left with only Li Ke alone.

Late into the night, the nurse finally emerged again.

"The mother has given birth, but she is exhausted and resting. However, the baby's condition is not good and requires immediate emergency treatment."

Li Ke's legs went weak, and he nearly collapsed.

"Please—please save my child!"

Barely in his twenties, Li Ke had never faced anything like this before. His voice trembled as he pleaded.

"We will do our utmost," the nurse replied firmly, then turned and left.

Li Ke was left alone once more, waiting in anguish.

Another three hours passed.

When the nurse returned again, her expression was grim.

"I'm sorry… we've done everything we could."

"The child—"

"That's impossible…"

Li Ke shook his head in disbelief.

"My child… how could my child die right after being born?"

"Please accept our condolences," the nurse said softly, then left the waiting area.

"Child… my child…"

Li Ke closed his eyes tightly as tears streamed down his face.

He was only a young man in his twenties, just about to step into the role of a father—yet tragedy had struck at the very beginning.

No one could accept such a blow.

"Do you believe in light?"

Suddenly, a voice echoed beside Li Ke's ear.

The sobbing man froze slightly.

"Who's there…"

Already consumed by grief, Li Ke felt no fear, only despair as he spoke through his tears.

"Do you believe in light?"

The voice did not answer his question and simply repeated itself.

"Light…"

Tears slid down his cheeks as Li Ke slowly spoke the word.

Light.

It was a word he knew well—intimately so.

From childhood, Li Ke had grown up watching Ultraman. He had never missed a single series.

His wife was the same. By coincidence—or perhaps because of Ultraman—the two had met, grown close, and eventually fallen in love.

What was light?

Light was Ultraman.

Light was miracles.

Light was Li Ke's belief, and a spiritual pillar in his heart.

"I believe in light. I believe!"

Li Ke raised his head and cried out.

This time, the voice did not respond.

For a moment, Li Ke wondered if it had all been an illusion born of grief.

Suddenly, the nurse rushed over again, her face lit with excitement.

"Congratulations, Mr. Li Ke! The child has miraculously recovered!"

"Really?! That's wonderful—wonderful!!!"

For a split second, Li Ke's mind went completely blank. Then his blood surged with overwhelming joy.

"She had almost stopped breathing, but now she's completely fine—healthy and full of life!"

As she spoke, two nurses carried the baby out for Li Ke to see. Shortly after, the child's mother was wheeled out on a bed.

"It's a girl," the nurse said with a smile as she placed the baby beside her mother.

"You've worked so hard," Li Ke said softly, standing beside his wife, his voice filled with tenderness.

"Give her a name," the child's mother said weakly, a faint smile on her pale face.

"A name…"

Li Ke nodded. As if guided by something unseen, he looked out through the glass window.

Faintly, he seemed to see a giant of silver, purple, and red, wrapped in radiant light, flying toward the sky.

The giant turned back, nodded once toward Li Ke.

"Let's call her… Li Na."

Back in space beyond Earth, Yu Zhou felt a quiet sense of reflection.

Li Na.

So, it was this girl.

And he had never imagined that her name would be connected to him in this way.

Perhaps this, too, was fate.

The little girl in the red dress revealed herself and looked at Yu Zhou, waiting for him to handle what remained.

Yu Zhou understood her gaze.

From the crystal embedded in his forehead, golden light flowed forth. Slowly, it condensed in his hand, forming a clear, crystalline Sparklence.

He handed it to the little girl.

"I said I would take responsibility for the consequences I caused."

"Give this Divine Sparklence to the future me."

"It seems that you seeking me out to save the world was never a coincidence."

The little girl looked at the Sparklence in her hand, then at Yu Zhou, and nodded.

As the will of this world, she was no fool.

From the moment Yu Zhou broke through spacetime to arrive here, she had sensed the dense aura of this world upon him.

It was unmistakable—he had grown up in this world.

Even though Yu Zhou radiated overwhelming light, he could not conceal the essence of his origin.

Yet what puzzled her was that, as the world's will, she could not trace the origin of Yu Zhou's aura.

And so, she understood.

Yu Zhou—

Had come from the future.
