JASMINE POV
I woke up with a start. Like a gust of wind had blown past me. I looked in the direction of the doors to my room and heard footsteps slowly walking away. I was sure I had sensed someone in my room and hovering above me.
Did I imagine that I wondered. Was it Keith?
The idea of him coming into my room with out my knowing and especially when I was asleep was unsettling and sent shivers down my spine.
I got up and out of bed. I looked at all the paperwork I had been going through that was on the bedside table.
I was feeling tired and spent. I had been staying up for several nights now.
I recalled that Keith had gone to the bank to receive information on the bank account that was tampered with by Diana and her sponsor. I was glad they finally caught the culprit. Hopefully, we were a step closer to finding out who was helping Diana. Because it certainly wasn't her who had changed the statements so hopefully the sponsor would come to light.
