(At Fernandez's home)
My phone started buzzing, Keifer's name popped up.
I quickly picked up the call .....
Hey, are you okay? Did you eat something, or do you want something to eat? I can order if you wanna? He asked as I picked up the call
Yeh I want to eat something, but right now I'm feeling different. I replied
Obviously, we did go a bit overboard yesterday, anyway do you want to go on a little stroll, at mall or anywhere, wherever you wanna. He said
Mmm, by the way, where are you right now? I asked
I'm outside your house. He replied
What. And Why? I asked irritably
Don't you wanna go? He asked
Mmm, wait a second, I'm coming. I replied quickly hang up the call
I fixed my dress and hair, then came out of the room.
When I came downstairs, Tita, Mumma and Aries were there looking at me.
"What?" I asked.
"We're coming with you," Aries replied.
"What? Where?" I asked.
"For shopping," Mumma replied, pulling me outside the house with her. Keifer was already there, waiting.
Everyone came out of the house, but I stayed there for a moment, looking at him irritably.
"We'll go with Aries. You go with Keifer," Mumma said as she sat in Aries's car.
"Come," he said, walking toward his car. I followed him as he opened the door.
I sat inside. He closed the door, walked around to the other side, and then got into the car.
When he started driving, he askedā
Are you excited about shopping?
Yeah, I am, I repliedĀ
The mall was really big. Then I saw Aries's car in the parking area.
"Let's go," Keifer said, holding my hand.
I didn't know where we were going; I just followed him.
When we reached the shop, Mumma and the other three were already there.
"Soā¦ let's go," Tita said, starting to walk toward a door.
When we all went inside the room, there was a collection of bridal gowns and pictures of different bridal designs.
"Ohhh, it's really beautiful," I murmured happily.
"Just try whatever you like," Keifer whispered near my ear.
"This one is really beautiful," Mumma murmured, touching a silk gown.
"Jay, you can try this one," Tita said, pointing at a beautiful floral gown.
"Let me see," I said, starting to check the gowns one by one.
Mumma and Tita were both sitting on the couch.
I was looking for the right one when Keifer came to me and said, pointing at a dressā
"This will look beautiful when you wear itā¦"
"Really? Should I try that?" I asked.
"Yeah, you definitely should," he replied.
A servant came and took the gown off the hanger.
"Ma'am, I can help you with this. It's too heavy," she offered, walking toward the changing room.
"Leave the gown in the changing room. I'll come," I replied.
I tried to zip it up, but I couldn'tā¦
And suddenly, he came inside.
"What?" I yelled..
"I just wanted to help you," he said, pulling the zip up.
"Didn't Mumma see you coming inside?" I asked, turning toward him.
Mumma and Tita went to look for dresses to choose for themselves. As for Aries, he left after receiving a call from Ella, he said.
"Now you go. I can change," I said, trying to push him out of the room.
"Oh, are you feeling shy? Don't be I already saw every inch of you," he said.
"Just go," I said irritably.
"Okay, but if you need anything, just call me," he replied and then left the room.
I changed my dress and wore the beautiful, elegant gown.
Then I came out and saw myself in the mirror.
"It is beautiful, but I don't feel like I'm going to choose this one. It feels like something is missing in this gown," I murmured.
"It's beautiful, but I think you can choose something prettier than this," Keifer replied.
I turned around and saw Mumma and Tita coming from somewhere.
"Ohhh, Jay, it's looking good," Tita commented, sitting on the couch.
"Yes," Mumma agreed.
"But I want to buy something different, and of course, because it will be the biggest day of my life ever."
"I just want to try something different," I replied.
"Okay, whatever my queen wants, I'll buy it.
And if she wants the whole showroom, I'll buy that too. Do you want it?" he asked.
"No, no, no. I just want to try an elegant, shining, starry gown that looks good in pictures," I replied.
"Show her what she's asking for, quickly," Keifer said to the staff member.
"Okay, sir," she replied and left to look for the gown.
"Yeah, I don't like heavy dresses and gowns, but when the day comes, I want to look good."
Then she came with a gown that stole my heart.
And it was exactly as I wantedĀ
I bought it immediatelyĀ
