In the upper floor of the mansion, a discussion was underway. All of the eight people inside the room each had power and influence in the underworld. As the leader of a criminal organizations, it's rare for them to meet like this without their men around them
Of course, they all had one attendant on them. And due to the fact that the owner of the mansion is a neutral one that they trust, rare as may that be, is the reason this gathering even started. They all had their conflict and skirmishes over the years, and all of them will take down each other without other thoughts if there is a chance, but there's one thing the group all agreed with.
The Yakuza needs to be removed. Some of the group experienced the event nine years ago and know the purge that the Yakuza carried out after the fall of the alliance. So, they want to remove the looming threat hanging over their heads. While some newer group knows the exploit of the Yakuza who heard from rumors and experience their suppression
For that reason, they all agreed to flip the board and mess up the balance. So that they have the chance to compete and take the largest pie for themselves. Now, all of them gathered here to eliminate the Yakuza
The atmosphere inside the room was stifling. All of the leaders observed and scrutinized each other. The host and the owner of the mansion who was sitting quietly, opened his eyes before breaking the silence
"Gentleman. Don't you all have something to talk about? I'm sure that everyone's time was precious, so let's start"
The leader of the Sora business group looked at the host. Then, he smiled at the host and said
"Yes. The host is right. The time is ticking, the better we finish sooner, the better"
The other leaders look at him and they silently agreed. But one of them, a long haired thin man, laugh mockingly at him and said in a condensing tone
"You've got the nerve to say that, but what can you do to help eliminate the Yakuza? You're just going to tuck your tail between your legs when the fight started, and reap the benefits when we're all exhausted"
The man's long hair swayed as he lean back to his chair and crossed his arms. His gaze was locked to the head of Sora business group who was not affected by the man's words. He just smiled and said to him
"You don't understand my style Zamora. I'm preserving my forces for unforeseen circumstances. You know I'm not the one to place all of my eggs in one basket. I'm a business man after all, not a thug"
"Well, it sounds cowardice to me"
One of the leaders commented as he scoffed. Then, he said to all of them
"If where going to fight the Yakuza, we need to mobilize our forces with the same quantity. And all of us will provide all the necessary things to make out forces ready. From guns, ammunition, Intel, money and so on. That's the fairest way to ensure that no one complains and ensures the destruction of the Yakuza"
The other leaders nodded as they thought that it's fair for all of them. However, since all of them thought about ousting the others and take the largest pie, they are somewhat dissatisfied with the distribution of forces. Then, Zamora said
"I'm somewhat okay with the forces to deploy, but now, we need to discuss about the plan of attack that we will launch against the Yakuza. What's all your thoughts about this?"
The leader of Sora asked Zamora
"Did you all obtain some Intel regarding the movements of the Yakuza?"
Zamora looked at him and said
"Yes. We always had information about them, and all of your group is included too"
The mansion owner sighed as he heard that. He couldn't help but complain in his mind
'That guy, can they really cooperate? I feel like they will fight each other sooner of later. Maybe I should've just stayed out of this conflict'
The other leaders was a bit annoyed at Zamora, but when they all thought about it, the fact that the Zamora got some information about them doesn't come as a surprise anymore. Since all of them was secretly collecting information about the others too!
Some of the leaders noticed Zamora grinning at them and they couldn't help but cough. Then, Zamora didn't continue taunting them and said to Sora
"Yes, we've got some information about their bases and some important places. But it's definitely not their strategic bases. So, even if we destroy those bases, they will just relocate and our plan to eliminate them will be for naught"
As he said that, one of the leaders frowned and said to him
"So, even of we gathered our forces, without a place to attack, how are we supposed to destroy them? Is there even a point to this gathering?"
Then, one of the eight mocked him
"Well, if you just have some Intel to share and not just complain, we have better chance of destroying them. So what do you have?"
The man beckoned to his attendant/guard and took out a map. Then, he placed it to the table and said
"This is the place where the bases of Yakuza that I know is located. The circle in the map is where my spies noticed a large presence of Yakuza's. I'm not exactly sure if there's a base there, but the fact that they frequent this locations tell us about something"
They all looked at the small map and some of the leaders noticed that the information in the map overlaps with the bases that they know. Then, before anyone can say something, the mansion owner said to his men inside
"Go bring is a big map and marker"
The guard nodded and got out of the room. As the door closes Zamora smirked and said to the leader who offered the map
"Not bad. So, your not exactly useless"
A vein popped out from the man's forehead as he said with gritted teeth
"Are you looking for a fight!?"
Zamora smiled at him as he replied
"Relax. It's a compliment"
"This bastard!"
The man nearly stood up from anger when he saw Zamora's smile, but was cut off by Sora who said
"Alright, that's enough. Zamora, you need to hold your tongue a bit. We're here to cooperate, not to make enemy"
Zamora scoffed at Sora and said to him
"I told you it's a compliment. And who are you to order me?"
Sora pretended not to hear anything as he looked back when he heard the sound of door opening. The guard returned with a large map. Then, he walked towards the wall and placed the map there. As he returns to his post, the mansion owner said
"There's the map. You can write all of your Intellegence regarding the base of Yakuza in that map"
The leaders signals to their attendant and they walk one by one to the map and proceeded to draw the the location of the bases of Yakuza based on their intelligence
