"You're quite comfortable," Jared Quinn sneered coldly, retracting his leg, causing Melody Thorne to immediately fall toward the ground.
She screamed, hugging Jared Quinn's thigh, and promptly landed on Jared Quinn's leather shoe.
"Jared Quinn, are you not bored?" Melody Thorne looked up angrily at the man above her.
"Explain," Jared Quinn tossed two words at her again, "Isn't it good for me to give you face at the Quinn Family? Must you make me show you a cold face?"
"Yes, I just like watching you show me a cold face, is that not okay?" Melody Thorne released him and stood up.
"Melody Thorne," Jared Quinn stepped closer, raising her chin, "I'm not satisfied with your explanation, say it again."
"Even if I'm lying, you still want to hear it?"
"Yes."
Melody Thorne sighed, "I'm just afraid that someone is deliberately trying to deal with me today, even the lights fell. If you're too nice to me, others might use me to deal with you."
