Melody Thorne carefully set things in place, poured water into her palm, and handed it to Jared Quinn. "Take it."
Jared Quinn remained still, his cold gaze on her. "If you intend to take care of me, then do it right. How did I care for you when you were sick?"
Melody Thorne "..."
If it weren't for Dr. Mo's message, she would have thrown the medicine in his face.
"Melody Thorne, don't forget that my injuries are all because of you," he added.
"I didn't want to come take care of you; I came to find Dr. Mo. If you don't want me here, I can leave right away," she responded insincerely.
When he cared for her, he was very attentive, like a husband caring for his wife,
but she couldn't do the same.
"Hypocrite," Jared Quinn scoffed coldly, but seeing she came to the hospital on her own accord, he let it go and looked at the water cup beside him. "The water's too hot. At least blow on it, feed me the medicine."
"You're awake now, you should have the energy to take medicine yourself."
