The next day.
Early morning.
Chen Lusi heard a strange noise and groggily opened his eyes, just in time to see Lin Ying zipping up her suit skirt, fully dressed and seemingly ready to go out.
"Wait."
Chen Lusi lifted his hand with some effort, and in a dazed state, conjured a magical orb, making sure it wouldn't harm her, then sat up yawning and handed the orb to her.
"Didn't you sleep well?"
Lin Ying sat down on the edge of the bed, not in a hurry to swallow the orb, but asked gently.
Chen Lusi ignored her and directly stuffed the orb into her mouth.
"Mmm..."
Lin Ying shot him a light glare, covered her mouth, and left the room.
Chen Lusi yawned again, lay back down, and fell asleep once more.
He really hadn't slept well last night...
Close to nine o'clock.
Chen Lusi finally climbed out of bed again.
Lin Ying had already left, and a hot breakfast was on the table. After washing up and eating breakfast, Chen Lusi routinely headed to Celestial Strategy Trading.
